I bought a refurbish glaxy S5 new phone with one year warranty from this site about 15 days ago. Within a week the battery and phone started malfunctioning. Battery drains within 5 hrs. Of charge. Phone lost all my music files.
I contacted the telephone numbers for customer service. The told me the phone is international, not US. Even though it has a one year warranty, no one is able to help.
IF there are any regulatory agencies for big giants like Samsung, I hope they scout these sites to discover what these foreign companies do to American consumers and start holding hearings.
Also, I hope there are attorneys who scout these sites to get consumers to start class action lawsuits.
Beware of saving $100 but potentially losing $500 for bad product and no customer service...
