I'v had to contact them repeatedly to get my order. It's been 2 months and it's still not complete and it was only 3 items. I got one item in 2 weeks another in 6 weeks and now the wait continues. They promise and promise. I too can promise. I PROMISE TO NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Bought a GPS system as a Christmas present. Received it on time and set it up in my Jeep a couple of days after Christmas. It immediately blow my heater out. Took me several days to get the Jeep into the dealership and in the meantime I am driving around in the winter without heat. The dealership found that the heater circuit/blower were blown. Repair cost was over $400.00. Also, did I mention that my husband had to drive me around for 2 days - back/forth to work while my vehicle was being repaired. Returned the GPS as defective with shipping/insurance at a cost of $20. I wrote Factory Outlet a letter about the GPS short-circuiting my heater along with a copy of the automotive invoice showing that the heater circuit had to be replaced. Factory Outlet is still charging me a re-stocking fee - Guess thy put it back on the shelf to resell to another sucker. So I am out re-stocking fee, shipping/insurance cost, and automotive repairs of over $400.00 plus inconvenience that I did not have my Jeep for 2 days while it was being repaired and out a nice Christmas gift. **** all around.
I purchased three filters in anticipation of changing my filters ever 4 months. Since I put a filter in just before the order arrived, it was 4 months until I used the first filter. When it came time to put my third filter in... the o ring was defective and would not seat. I called to report it and because it had been a year since I ordered (three of them) they would do nothing. How was I supposed to know the third one would be defective? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND. Order at your own risk.
I bought a Rand McNally GPS for my truck it came lait so in had to leave with out it when I got back home and left with it it stopped working 3 days later after sending it back they kept 38 dollars out of my refund plus it cost 12 to send it back so I am

I bought a refurbished Uniden phone with two receivers. The second receiver did not work; an error message said it was out of range of the base. The returns policy claims that a full refund would be issued for defective items, and a 15% restocking fee charged for returning the unwanted item. I contacted the company to authorize a return and refund. The price was $59.95. They sent me $37 so I wrote to ask them why they didn't issue a full refund. No answer from them.
I had a bad feeling about this business and told my wife that I suspect they won't issue the full refund. I was right. I'm still waiting to hear from them as to why I they didn't give me my full refund. If I ever do hear from them, I expect them to say that the phone wasn't faulty.
UPDATE - 6/18/18: The company finally made good and sent me the rest of the refund. The total price of $59.95 has been refunded.
On top of this, if the phone wasn't faulty, and they charged a 15% restocking fee, that would have been $9, but they deducted $22 from the $59.95.
This was my first and last purchase from this company. Incidentally, it cost me $12 to return the phone by USPS. I note they have a lot of negative reviews, and I'm not surprised. I'm giving them one star but I'd prefer to give none.
UPDATE AFTER MERCHANT CONTACTED ME --
After an initial refusal to take a return, the merchant reached out directly and solved the problem. They were much easier to deal with than expected and solved the matter amicably. Definitely would work with them again.
I ordered a compass from them, and the compass has a defect (declination adjusts on it own- HUGE issues when you're navigating). I called requesting a different compass, since this one has a defect, and the lady said it's not possible since I do not have the original packaging. This is very frustrating since this is NOT my fault, it is a factory defect. I can't believe there is now way for me to at least receive a different compass. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Tried to order a GPS to be shipped to California address I have a US credit card but their on line system wouldn't accept my Canada billing address so I changed to PayPal also on thier site Item didn't move out of my basket so I phoned the 1800 number and I'm pretty sure the person was tedinfyfrom a script He wouldn't listen to just kept telling me they don't accept Canadian credit cards even though it was through PayPal
All in all a horrible customer non service experience. Back to bricks and mortar stores for me

I ordered replacement water filters on Jan 2nd. Their confirm email stated that I would receive them in 2 - 5 business days. On Jan 18th when I called them to find out when my order would be delivered (11th business day), they had a hard time finding my order and when they finally did, they couldn't give me an ETA. I asked to speak with a manager, after being on hold for 40 minutes, they hung up on me. THEY ARE THE WORST!

On June 14,2020, in response to an online ad, I attempted to purchase a Lowrance Navionics HotMaps Platinum Lake Maps for the Southern United States. I paid the item online, but when the order was received, I was told that I had ordered a Map of Canada. I called and was assured that if I returned the Canada Map that I would receive byt Southern United States Map by return mail once they received the return. Instead of following through, Factory Outlet Store deducted what I assume to be a $34.04 restocking fee and refunded $164.05 of my original purchase price. I called to try to correct the failure of Factory Outlet Stores to honor the agreement to send me the Southern U.S. Map, offering to return the $164.05 which had been refunded. Instead, I have been ignored and treated very poorly. I will sue Factory Outlet Store to enforce the contract to deliver the correct map, but will not let them escape paying my time and expenses of compelling them to do the right thing..

I ordered a Minn Kota battery charger and quick disconnect accessory on a Monday. I wanted it by the next Friday so I opted for 2 business shipping for
$44.75. Extra. On Thursday I called because I did not receive tracking info. They said the order wasn't shipped because the quick disconnect was out of stock. So when were they going to let me know if I didn't call? I told them to cancel the quick disconnect and I opted for overnight delivery for the charger which I needed for the weekend, that charge was $65.66. They were not willing to offer any discount on the shipping even though they inconvenienced me.
Another issue, returned a Minn Kota plug that wasn't right for my application. They grilled me why I was returning it and wanted to suggest another product. I told them I was all set, going a different route. They supplied a return form which indicated a possible 15% return fee. I returned the new unused item in its original package. They actually charged me 17.4%.
This company is a disgrace to online retailers.
Two days of dealing with this company left me frustrated and angry. Couldn't process my card payment after using 2 different cards. Wanted me to send check or money order, WHY? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
