They dont deliver the product. My center table amounting to ******* Ashley Maple Recatangular table is still not delivered. They ask you to pay the shipment cost, Their store person named Ejaz asks you to pay, do the work of following up with different email ids, they dont take responsibility of it
The items look good but be prepared for endless quality issues to emerge. I bought furniture for my whole house but it has been two years sheer agony of dealing with cracked dining table legs, fading sofa fabric and false promises by their management to fix things. I am in the process of filing a case in consumer court against them. Please save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere
Given an option i would give a negative rating to Fabuliv. Their quality of furniture and customer support is pathetic. My newly delivered furniture is developing cracks, the joints are opening, edges have come out, there are holes in the wood,, their is no alignment and when i raised the issue they are just making some or the other excuse, not owning up on their mistake of delivering a product without making it go through quality check.
We bought this coffee table from Fabuliv. It has an excellent craftsmanship with a beautiful combination of colors. We would recommend this brand to anybody looking for something different and classy.
The stuff is great. No question about it. But processing can give you a headache. They'll forget to update you, not have an update and may goof up your order. But they do eventually send the right stuff and all is forgiven. Order 1 thing at a time.
Their display stuff is really beautiful. But don't get fooled. I booked a dinning table with a side table. At the show room it looked perfect. But what I received the side table drawers had light blue patches which is very visible. Now when you seek help there seems to be no response from them. I tried through messaging them and their customer care. Nothing seems to be working.
Please don't waste your time and money on fabuliv. Not worth it.
