I ordered my fabric on April 12 20 it still haven't arrived to me here in Ga... I know Covid 19 slowed things down a bit but come on A MONTH... no email no calls no nothing from them... I even put in notes that I needed it very soon... i wanted to have my wedding veil made from this... that won't happen now i wasted my money and time... it was my 1st experience with this company... First order with this company. I ordered 4yards of purple sequin material. I went with Flat rate shipping which was for (7-10 days). I placed my order on March 6,2022 and received my order on March 11,2022. Great quality & color. I like that They offer the rewards program where you earn points. Will differently order from this company again!

Started dealing with this company a few months ago. Shipping was delayed by the COVID-19 shutdowns. Understandable. The problems I have with them have to do with last minute partial order cancellation. I would order two yards of a fabric and I would get half of what I ordered. Instead of contacting me to see if I still wanted it, they would ship as is. Now I have a yard of a fabric when I need two. Overfilled orders are a problem. I purchased two scrap boxes from them. Not bad but takes 45-60 business days to get them. I recently tried to order a third 20 lb scrap box and the cost went from 49.99 to 79.99 overnight! So not worth it for a random assortment of ends and returns that cannot be returned. I will not be purchasing from them again. Customer service is quick, but snotty and full of attitude.

Order 5 different yards of fabric, tod it would take 7to 10 days to ship... then they told me 15 to 30 days to ship when I asked them where my order was. Tried calling them on day 33after order placed with no person to talk to. Finally shipped after I opened up a case with PayPal after 37 days from ordering date. Get order and 2yards are missingg with a scratched out invoice saying those would be refunded... still waiting on refund... lesson of the story... DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: the company has reached out to me and has offered a resolution for the terrible experience from this... I am big believe on second chances and am going to be giving them a risk free try again. They did offer me compensation. If they get it right this time around I'll become a regular costume. I will give another update once I place my next order but for now I'm moving my one star to 4 star because to the costumer service that I am am getting right now. I am hoping that I'm not let down again... time will tell.

Fabric is easy to work with and seems to last outside for years. I have used it for a lot of boat covers and patio furniture.
I purchased trellis blue fabric for outdoor cushions, knowing the material was water resistant. I live in Maine and do not have scorching daily sunshine; in fact, the cushions were predominantly under an awning, taken inside in the evening and because of rainy days, they have been outside for a total of less than 20 hours.
I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. The fabric has turned purple! There is no question about it. A guest walked on to our deck and said, "Wow, you've got purple cushions! Never thought you'd do something like that!".
I knew that after about 500 hours, there was the possibility of fading. This is not fading but a color change.
I contacted the company several times and all they could suggest was a discount on a future order, knowing I would not order form them again. "Customer service" was a joke.

I have ordered from them many times and this is second time were their shipping is taking more then two weeks to ship. On their website it says orders over$99.00 ship for free in 7-10 days. Exactly two weeks to day today and I just received portion of my fabric. Lady I talked to doesn't even have a clue where the rest of my fabric is. They do not care that my business will not be able to deliver my products in time.I will no longer do business with them.
Other than charged for the purchase the service of this company is unreliable. Not only does it takes weeks, well maybe more since I have not gotten mine yet, all the emails to the company requesting some form of communication bounce back, starting to believe it's a scam and will report it to the better business bureau

It took them 46 days to ship 1 cut of fabric. When I contacted them after 32 days, they were rude and made it very apparent that they do not care about their customers. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered vinyl from this site, and paid nearly the same price for shipping as the cost of the vinyl. The company sent it boxed rather than on a roll, and it arrived irreversibly damaged due to colour fading and creasing. Customer service was completely useless for any help. They insisted that the small print at the bottom on the listing of the vinyl excused them from the reasonable expectation that goods be delivered undamaged.
I ordered 8 yards. Apparently anything under 10 yards is sent folded. There is no notice at checkout about them folding the vinyl and no option to upgrade shipping so fabric isn't sent folded. Anyone who's ever worked with vinyl knows you shouldn't fold it.
Despite the fact that the product arrived damaged, I was expected to pay return shipping after already having paid for shipping once.
Go anywhere else for vinyl.
Worse place ever. They reached to fix the issue and then said she's no longer with us and they will NOT be fixing anything and basically told me to F off! Manager won't call, keeps avoiding me. They promised one thing and did completely different. Not dealing with them again. They forced me to ship through fedex ground and I ended up losing $250.

I ordered from this company twice. The first order went fine and I was glad to find a good supplier for fabric. When I received my second order from them two of the pieces of fabric I ordered were damaged. One had fading and the other was stained and had serging at the end. It also smelled like burnt plastic. When I contacted them for a return they asked for photos which I sent. Then they asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I replied and then never heard from them again. That was about a month ago. The customer service is terrible, the quality of the fabric makes it unusable. I am out money now for a piece of fabric that they charge $22.99 per yard for. They have ignored the last three emails I sent them. I know now that I'm not getting my money back so I'm posting this review in case anyone else is thinking of ordering from them.

Ordered fabric on April 19. It is now May 22 still no fabric. Contact company several times and told it was cutting and shipping each time in next couple days. Still nothing. They sure took my money quick enough and no product. Reported to BBB

I never leave reviews. However, after dealing with this company I feel it is only fair to warn everyone else.
Their swatches do not match the actual fabric you receive. And then when you return the fabric (because its not what you wanted to begin with) they claim it was not returned following their return policy. Which was never clearly sent to me or explained. If it is so important to return it the way the want it they should make that very clear.
Then they receive the fabric (that they can resell) and will not give me and refund. They do not alert you they are actually not refunding you and do not call back when they say they will.
There are plenty of other fabric places to purchase from. Do not bring your business here!

I've waited for my product for a month they just told me it 45 to 60 more days, it was a mistake to try to order from here. Places like this shouldn't exist. I just went to the store and bought the fabric it took me 20 minutes.

Cancelled order a few hours after I ordered it. They said the item had already shipped and refused to cancel the order. The FedEx tracking showed that a shipping label had been created but the Item had not shipped/ Informed the company but they still refused to cancel and refund my credit card. I will have to refuse delivery and ask credit card company for a chargeback. Terrible, dishonest customer service.
The above customer placed an order on December 15,2021@ 8:01 PM and paid for a 2-day delivery expedited shipping option. Our warehouse immediately processed, cut, and packed the order since it was a time sensitive order. The order was then sorted and picked up, at which point the package is no longer retrievable. Customer contacted at December 16th 2021@ 11:21 AM via email asking to cancel the order. We responded in under an hour informing the customer that the order is unfortunately not cancellable as it has already been packed, sorted and picked up by the carrier. We informed the customer that he is nonetheless welcome to return the package for a refund. Evidently, the customer instead opted to just leave a negative review claiming we were "terrible" and "dishonest", when in fact we were just meeting the fulfillment obligations that he paid for.
Answer: Easy to get a return email, but the attitude is just plain bad
