I've had to send fabric back because they short the yardage. They do not take your calls or send tracking information. The customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Every time I have used the web site it has worked perfectly! You can not ask for any more out of a company! The delivery was about 5 days early!

I will never buy from this company again. I don't care how "competitive" their prices are.
I ordered two pieces of fabric a yard each on 6/03/19. I waited until 6/12/19 to call them because I hadn't received any shipping info by that point. I figured I'd give the benefit of a doubt that they just hadn't reached my order yet.
On the 12th, I was put on hold for 5 min as the rep "checked my status". If I can see the status of "unfulfilled" on my end and he was given the order number AND could list the details of my order back to me, HE ALSO SAW the status was unfulfilled on his end. This was code for, "we don't have the order prepared, and now I need to ask what B. S. I'm supposed to tell the customer".
Sure enough, he came back with B. S. saying that my order shipped the previous night and that I would be recieving tracking information THAT NIGHT.
I'm sure that if I called a different day, the order would have been shipped the night before then as well.
Also not sure how it takes 24 hours to get tracking of an item that supposedly has already shipped. But at 11:47 pm, I received an email with my tracking number and a delivery date of 6/14/19.
Interesting, seeing as how I paid for standard shipping of 5-7 days. But I'm not going to complain about that part because they had already sat on my order for over a week.
And when I looked at the tracking history it stated that a shipping label had been created on 6/04/19--The DAY AFTER I placed my order. It also said it was accepted at USPS Origin Facility on 6/12/19. If you remember that was the day I called them.
To top it all off: the fabrics smell. One of my fabric pieces was cut so badly that I am missing a good 6 inches on one end. The other white fabric has marks that I cannot get off.
Fabric quality and colors are good, quick delivery, I will definitely buy more products. Thank you.

The material is just what I wanted. It is for skirts for a dance school. The price was the best. I did alot of checking prices on line.
Waste of time I used them and asked after 30days if my stuff would ship and they canceled my order...
