Easy to get a return email, but the attitude is just plain bad

It's easy to reach them. But do not expect assistance or any shred of respect.

I emailed customer service and received a reply within minutes. They were prompt, professional and helpful. I would recommend them.

I reached out to them on Facebook and they replied really quick and were really friendly. They even messaged me again a few days later and followed up to make sure my order went smoothly.

I had a problem with my order late Friday afternoon after they were closed. I sent an email, but I was afraid my order would already be cut, so Monday morning I called. There was no long wait with funky music before someone was on the line. He was incredibly nice and helped me add more yardage to my order. And my email also had a response shortly thereafter. I think the customer service couldn't be better!

I emailed them using the email address of the initial response. They replied back to me within 24 hours, answering my questions. When I needed more information about tracking, they reached out to the shipping warehouses to get it for me. Customer service (for me) was exceptional!
