I used this company in the past & all purchases went well. Then they changed their name & since then... In this past year they have FAILED EVERY SINGLE TIME! It took four months for them to respond by email to my cancellation of one order after waiting six months for it to be filled! I emailed, I called repetitively and sat on hold for 30 minutes 4 times and finally hung up. And finally sent an email that told them to CANCEL the whole order. That was four months ago. 7/2/20 I received an email stating they could not fill the order because they were OUT OF THE FABRIC. Today, 7/9/20 I received another email stating they would not be filling a different order for 2 yards of fabric that was ordered in May. I think this company is bogus at this stage of the game & would not trust them to fulfill orders. They are UNRELIABLE!

Don't order outdoor fabric from fabricwholesaledirect.com! Under a covered patio with little direct sunlight, the white and teal fabric faded to a light purple, and the bright green on a separate fabric faded to a muddy almost brown color. I spent a lot of time and moneymaking several patio chair cushions, and one week after putting them out, they are trash.
