Had paused my VIP membership and just restarted and man, did I miss so much. Finally updating my foundation wear and WOW! I am in love love love with the Yitty Square Neck bra! I even bought two more in the same color from the outlet sale! Next up I'm going to try my hand with the shapers!
I still have leggings from a purchase I made about 6 years ago and they are still going strong!
I am a frequent purchaser of fabletics products and the biggest shortcoming is the time for the product to arrive. On their most recent sale, I only received about half of my order which I had paid for express shipping on. They were very helpful on the phone to get it resolved but only offered to ship the remaining contents via regular shipping which takes about two weeks. Three weeks after ordering my express shipment, I received the items. I don't need to tell anybody how to do their job but I was a bit taken back. I left it sit for a minute to make sure they had ample time to see their side through and I wasn't just leaving a bad review. Slow shipping is slow and express shipping is modern expectations...just hope it all shows up so you don't spend the money for nothing.
Good quality clothes. Comfortable, stylish and made from good materials. My problems surround a sluggish website and painfully slow shipping. Nearly everything ordered through a direct retailer arrives in a couple days but these take 2 weeks or longer. Worth the wait in some regards but infuriating each time because it simply doesn't compare to any other competitor.
I'm not crazy about having a monthly fee of almost $60 and have to remember to opt out of it each month. It would just be easier to not have a fee, allow every customer enjoy the benefits of making purchases of this brand, and still have low prices for everyone not just members. I really like the clothes but the monthly fee is really something that makes me want to move forward with canceling my membership and never purchase from this company again.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on the 2 for $24 deal and I wanted to return them to get the shorter option (my bad) and when I did they were out of every single color of shorter leggings except for black. My refund took forever to process and I eventually did get the new leggings. I realized the 2 for $24 deal signed me up for the scam membership after reading one of the promotional emails and when I called to cancel this (because its impossible to cancel on the website) I had to beg and plead with them to cancel it as they offered promotion after promotion to keep me on.
I ordered some pants. I waited for the pants. Got an email saying my order cancellation was complete. I never canceled my order and they were out of the pants when I went to reorder. If they run out of something then just say that. Stop this bogus "your cancellation is complete" crap. I've had other issues with my orders over the years. They don't seem concerned about improving that.
I've wanted a jacket in these colors but it was unavailable and I chose another one. Soon after I found it back in stock and immediately ordered it. I'm ready for some more cool days so I can enjoy this and get more compliments.
I love the leggings and bras. Always great fits and colors, been wearing them for years and will continue to. I can't stand the site, however. And this is the reason for my bad review, because it makes me not want be a member of Fabletics. The prompts to purchase more before I check out is super annoying and aggressively tacky. The bugginess while navigating the site is time consuming and frustrating.
The Fabletics experience is just fantastic. Great customer service all around and so easy to make returns or exchanges. The products are great - and at a fraction of the cost of other athletic/athleisure wear. Being a VIP member is easy and convenient, and unlocks a whole host of benefits. I love the designs, fit and quality. I always look forward to the new product drops - especially since my favorite items sell out so quickly!
I love the Fabletics Men products - am branching out into the shirts a little more. The One Shorts are amazing all around! Just wish that you'd have more in stock. The limited stock goes so quickly, and then it's gone. But your One shorts are quickly outnumbering the high-end, expensive shorts in my drawer, and I usually get compliments on them! AND - your customer service is amazing. Making returns or exchanges is so easy!
After being a Fabletics member for only a few short months I cancelled. Though they say they are size inclusive the items I received had to be ordered 2 sizes larger then what I typically wear. Additionally, the 3 months worth of credits I had accumulated don't seem to be able to be used. Items are shipped to addresses not on my account, or never received, credits not refunded, it was a whole mess really. Sad because I wanted to love it.
The quality of your leggings have gone downhill and cheap in last year or so. They don't fit the same, thin weaker fabric and they fray at seams…
I love Fabletics! Everything I have gotten has great and it also fits perfect. I was skeptical about what size to get since I've lost some weight but I guessed my size right on the money. I also love how the leggings suck in my tummy and also allow me to exercise and be comfortable.

I've always found the staff to be very helpful in the store but hesitant to order online since sizing can be very different from item to item. Also, my nearest store closed so I probably will cancel my subscription.
Live Fabeletics products. My go-to for working out wear, running errands, or just relaxing. Products are stylish and comfortable.
I love logging in and seeing multiple credits waiting for me. I know I have essentially prepaid for clothes but... girl math=free leggings! Love the compression and buttery soft feel on the leggings. Tops are hit and miss for my taste.
Every time I put an order through and the site identifies there's stock of the item I am ordering and then I will get confirmation that everything has been ordered. A couple of days later, like clockwork, my order will get cancelled for "out of stock" reason and apparently the warehouse it is shipping from is out of stock…and I will always try to put another order through and that one tends to go through with no issues!…I am not doing that anymore….FABLETICS has gone to crap with their service.
Bring back the monetary credit instead of just giving a credit. I will be canceling my membership because you have so many salesmen and I cannot take advantage. I'm not going to use a credit that I paid $59 for to purchase an item that's on sale for $20. When o first joined I would get to use the dollar amount. Not happy about that so I will be cancelling my subscription
The customer service and shipping was terrible. The quality of the items was fine, but the zipper on the top is either open or closed. You can't have it partly open or it opens all the way. I will personally never order from Fabletics again.
I ordered my husband some pants and shirts for work. The shirts were okay, but the pants were very cheap. One pair ripped while he was putting them on for the first time, and the second pair was just way to small and not accurate to the normal men's pant sizes. Waste of money.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
