I'm a bit conflicted. I love the quality. I have accidentally missed skipping the payment for a monthly membership credit a few times and now have 3 credits and nothing I'm interested in buying. I love my black leggings that I wear most days, and the new jumpsuit, but I think the brand could provide more than basics. I have an old floral pair of leggings that are one of my faves!
This site makes it so easy to order. I love the products they offer. The prices are very competitive. The quality is outstanding.
The fact that you have to go in and manually pause your membership for the month, increasing your chances of forgetting to, is diabolical. And paying $60 for a "credit" for one item is infuriating when nothing costs that much. AND the return process is a pain, and they don't refund the shipping cost. I like the shorts and sports bras but overall it's a scam.
Since I usually purchase everything on line, it's important that the process is fast and easy. Fabletics's website is seamless because I usually place an order every week. If the process is difficult I will find a different company all together. Simplicity is a requirement for my loyalty.
When i first started my journey with Fabletics, I was not sure what to expect. I can say I was not disappointed, and have my children, adults, all wearing the clothes. I have nothing but good things to say. The quality of clothing is more than exceptional, and the choices are awesome. There is a nice variety of clothes to choose from, which fits everyone to their own taste.
The material used for leggings is not as good a years ago. Stitching comes apart easier and the pants are not made from the same material. The other clothing has been fine, they just need to go back to using the better material for leggings.
This brand is amazing. The clothes fit perfect. I have been buying from the website for a little over a year now and I can honestly say I'll continue as long as the quality continues being good and comfortable.
At first, I was able to get a great deal and the quality was great, however, I found it very difficult to find what I wanted to buy and it seemed unfair to buy a sports bra for the same price as a while uniform. The challenge was that everything I wanted to get was always sold out.
The way they make you sign up for a subscription and then make it difficult to cancel and easy to forget is one of the worst I've ever seen. And I am not a 90yr old woman. I am a college educated 25 yr old who studied business and can tell you first hand this model is SCUMMY! Do not buy
I've been getting leggings for years, and most recent order started ripping/piling after one wash. Taking the time to be able to talk to a human when resolving an issue is always a challenge. I'm canceling my membership when I'm through with my credits.
Product is great. But needed to return a couple of items. Not easy like Amazon.
The VIP credit is really hard to understand.
The products viewing on line is harder to gain an understanding of — & now scared to order more

I started a Fabletics account to get new scrubs during the promotion. The shipping took almost 20 days and the scrubs were absolutely horrible, hands down the worst scrubs I have ever tried on, and I've been wearing them for almost 20 years. Customer service was incredibly difficult to deal with. I wish I never even bothered with Fabletics.
I always have the best time shopping@ Fabletics online. The clothes are great quality. Long lasting materials. Or forever? I've never had a tare. My outfits always make me feel the most confident. I've been an XS with Fabletics and an XXL, both of which fitted me perfectly with the short option! #1 spot for workout clothes and scrubs.
Sizing was a bit off. Will return them.I purchased a different color to what I had purchased in the past and they fit differently..
Had paused my VIP membership and just restarted and man, did I miss so much. Finally updating my foundation wear and WOW! I am in love love love with the Yitty Square Neck bra! I even bought two more in the same color from the outlet sale! Next up I'm going to try my hand with the shapers!
I still have leggings from a purchase I made about 6 years ago and they are still going strong!
I am a frequent purchaser of fabletics products and the biggest shortcoming is the time for the product to arrive. On their most recent sale, I only received about half of my order which I had paid for express shipping on. They were very helpful on the phone to get it resolved but only offered to ship the remaining contents via regular shipping which takes about two weeks. Three weeks after ordering my express shipment, I received the items. I don't need to tell anybody how to do their job but I was a bit taken back. I left it sit for a minute to make sure they had ample time to see their side through and I wasn't just leaving a bad review. Slow shipping is slow and express shipping is modern expectations...just hope it all shows up so you don't spend the money for nothing.
Good quality clothes. Comfortable, stylish and made from good materials. My problems surround a sluggish website and painfully slow shipping. Nearly everything ordered through a direct retailer arrives in a couple days but these take 2 weeks or longer. Worth the wait in some regards but infuriating each time because it simply doesn't compare to any other competitor.
I'm not crazy about having a monthly fee of almost $60 and have to remember to opt out of it each month. It would just be easier to not have a fee, allow every customer enjoy the benefits of making purchases of this brand, and still have low prices for everyone not just members. I really like the clothes but the monthly fee is really something that makes me want to move forward with canceling my membership and never purchase from this company again.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
