Having nice gym clothes can significantly enhance your workout experience. With Fabletics, I not only feel great in my activewear but also feel good about my budget after each purchase! While many brands offer high-quality fabrics and stylish pieces, I live by a personal mantra: "If I'm leaving the gym with clean clothes on, I didn't work hard enough!"
Fabletics stands out for its excellent selection of comfortable fabrics at great prices, allowing me to focus on my workouts without worrying about the wear and tear on my gear. The entire process—from purchasing to managing my membership, and handling returns or exchanges—is straightforward and hassle-free. Plus, their customer service is commendable. Overall, I highly recommend Fabletics for anyone looking to elevate their activewear collection without breaking the bank.
I really wanted to love Fabletics, but my experience with their products and subscription model left me disappointed. Every time I ordered something, I noticed that the fabric seemed low-quality. The synthetic materials they use always reacted with my skin, causing breakouts. I typically have this issue only with cheaper, low-grade fabrics, which leads me to believe the quality just isn't there with Fabletics.
On top of that, I'm not a fan of their auto-charge VIP membership model. It feels predatory to charge customers monthly unless they remember to "skip" — a hassle that adds unnecessary stress. For the price point, I was expecting better quality and transparency, but unfortunately, Fabletics fell short on both fronts.
If you have sensitive skin or prefer high-quality fabrics, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Spotted on Facebook, with an offer od $10 for shorts. Well, not stated, but only the first pair. Still the sales prices were decent, so I bought 3 shorts, 3 t-shirts and pair of skivvies. Products arrived timely from the UK, and are good quality. Fine print indicated that this was a sign-up for a monthly program, which wasn't too difficult to terminate.
The absolutely shady way the subscription works (hiding skip buttons and making you click multiple times in order to not be charged and making it extremely difficult to cancel) is frankly sick. The fact "sales" are usually for items that are 95% out of stock so aren't really sales at all because you need to buy multiple pieces, often, to get a full discount (or anything you might buy on sales is out of stock) is also just anti-consumer. The only reason Fabletics gets any stars at all is because the clothes are legitimately high quality and very nice. It's a shame they can't allow their product to speak for itself and have to resort to despicable, pathetic money grubbing that makes me almost never buy from them even though I actually love the clothes.
Both the shorts & joggers are high quality & comfortable. Good value for the price when on sale.
From the quality of their clothing to customer service they are doing things right! I love the membership specials they have too! Such great perks!
I use leggings and scrubs from Fabletics. Their new scrubs are my favorite. I tested a pair when they were still working on the release and they have since added more colors. I have pink, gray, and blue. They fit great, they're comfortable and stylish. I've since tried some leggings and I love them also. I have a few black ones with pockets and flared bottoms, I love that they have petite sizes. Overall I would say the items I've ordered are great quality and shipping is usually fast.
The old bait and switch...got me with the 2/$24 pant deal which didn't clearly and boldly call out that the price was for members that paid a $60 monthly subscription fee. So really the pant deal is 2/$84. I would have never bought them if I realized I would need to maintain a subscription/monthly membership fee. Didn't even realize until I saw the $60 charge on my card. So even when checking out, I'm sure the membership I 'signed up for' was hidden and shady in the process. Never coming back.
I did not like money being automatically taken from my account each month. How many exercise clothes do you need? Yes I know you can pause the subscription. But most people are too busy to pay attention to pause it until it's too late. Now you have a couple hundred dollars of credit that you have to use on unwanted merchandise. Sorry but I cancelled my subscription and will never sign up again. I wasn't all that crazy about the quality either.
I have shopped at several stores across various states. I'm always welcome, and the employees are eager to help. They always have stylish and functional athletic wear for every type of body. If I had one suggestion, it would be store credit for the monthly credit instead of just being able to use the credit on one item.
Wonderful shopping experience… easy no hassle returns
Easy to navigate website and friendly customer service
Good value for the money and exclusive offers but my wardrobe is full now.
Clothes are decent. Not great, but decent. As in, one pair of gym shorts developing holes after a few washes, but the rest are in one piece.
They make canceling the membership a huge problem. They will end your chat, redirect you needlessly to new agents, and ask you what felt like a dozen questions to try to convince you not to cancel - which I get. The membership is insanely expensive for what you get, and it's extremely difficult to make your credits worthwhile. Since they radically inflate their "regular" prices while selling the same type of stuff you find at Walmart or Target then require the membership to get a reasonable price, I won't be back.
Never during my use of your site was I made aware of it being a membership. I DO NOT want to be apart of a membership group in which you can enroll or take a pass each and every month! And it being how you'll determine if you'll charge my credit card. So that every month I would be charged should I not remember to take a pass, it's a set-up for failure! Resulting in being charged a monthly fee and you'll profit not from the sale but by my membership fee. I'm the consumer and I want ONLY to make my purchases because you want to sell your goods to me. I, as a consumer is looking for quality, customer service, and a good value for the product I want to purchase. You may have all of that…but it wasn't demonstrated it my situation! Especially when I called to cancel my membership and I asked to have to my order cancelled, which was within an hour, then I was told the order shipped already! So I ate it! Making my point! No credit was ever offered and no solution was offered to make me change my mind. Because of this YOU ARE A RIPOFF and must be proud of it!
Clothes were delivered in a timely manner and always in new condition.
I could understand only 80% of the conversation with customer service --- not acceptable. Outsourcing to foreign speakers is a deal breaker. The refund did not include original shipping which is not the standard for any other business from which I have ordered --- again, unacceptable.
On the few occasions I have had to interact with customer service they have been very knowledgeable and helpful to resolve the issue. Products are good quality and last a long time. I would like to see more availability in the extended women's sizes.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
