Placed my first order based off size chart sizing. Literally SO off. So I return the items for a smaller size, set up as an exchange thru the Fabletics website. I return my items and wait. I see they have been delivered and I wait. And I wait. Then 10 days go by and I reach out to Fabletics inquiring about my exchange. Turns out, my exchange was cancelled due to an 'inventory issue.' Yet I received not communication at all. So I have to then have my exchange 'sent to another dept' so I can receive a refund. Who knows if I would have ever even received a refund or been notified at all that my exchange was cancelled had I not contacted Fabletics. I just cancelled my membership bcas of this. I don't trust that I will receive what I pay for. Feels like a scam.
I was over charged for the items I purchased. Fabletics was advertising a promotion that said you can 80% off of everything but they only gave me 80% off eight items. I provided them a copy of the promotion which supported 80% off everything. They gave me a store credit for an improper amount (which I wanted a refund). When I brought to their attention the credit was not correct. They did not bother to correct. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and it's been 7 days since I have responded to her and have not received a response and I did a follow up reply to her again today and I am waiting for a proper resolution.
I was charged Tariff on a purchase 6 weeks before Trump was sworn in as President. Why an additional charge for this? This seems like a money grab. I love your products but I cancelled my subscription because of this.
I returned my purchase on December 27 and didn'tt receive a credit in my account until a month later. I just wanted a credit to my account so I could buy other items. I happy with the products I purchased just not with the return procedure.
I've always loved your clothing hence to reason for never leaving. It's great quality for great price. However when I saw you started to charge your loyal customers the tariff fees I was appalled that an American owned company would charged their own American people to make up the money. As a business owner myself I completely understand the need to increase prices due to the never ending increase in prices of our community. But instead of thinking of opening up a factory in the US to avoid the tariff imposed on you for making your products overseas you decide to put on us. Then supporting another country and not thinking about the jobs you can create here. Thank you for the products until this happen but until you think about other strategies to not put this on your buyers I will not be coming back.
I placed an order on 10/24/24. After 3 weeks of not receiving my package I reached out. They no longer have a chat line and no one returned my email. I contacted Fabletics again on11/25/24. They told me then that they had shipped my package back because they were out of stock. It made no sense because if there was something to be mailed back it existed. Also I ordered many items. Were they all out of stock? They offered me a store credit after holding my money for 32 days knowing they were never going to fulfill the order. They then agreed to credit my card back as if they were doing me a favor. I've been a customer for a long time and their customer service has fallen by the wayside. Had I not called I guess I would have never received my purchases and they would have held on to my money.
I love fabletics I have been with them for 10 years plus however the style and quality of fabric has changed to my liking over the years and hasn't really been catching my eye to buy. I still look put dor unique adds but right now I'm on the fence with fabletics
I went into Chandler store and they ordered my 2 vip sets 1 navy and 1 black. I received the black not navy. I called and the gal said it was delivered by doordash and they had problems with them. She would send my set. I didn't get it, called again and they said I need to callback in 24 hours as she was escalating the problem to be resolved. I called 24 hours later and they said they delivered the set. They delivered on a Saturday to my business which is not open on Saturday, EVER. She said the escalation group said it was over and they are not sending me my set. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I own my own business and would never treat a customer that way. This needs to be resolved correctly. I like your product but will never buy from fabletics again if this isn't solved.
The products I purchased were great--good quality and all products I ordered were shipped. The shipping is a little slow compared to what we've gotten used to with Amazon and other companies but no complaints on that.
Fabletics told me they were exchanging my two items I received for the correct ones, and of course I believed them, but after I mailed them back everything they shipped me they canceled my exchange. They then told me they "could not refund my original payment method in full", a statement they negated on December 2, when they refunded the one "out-of-stock" item they wouldn't give me anything but store credit for (then wouldn't let me use the store credit) for over a month. In spite of the $14.06 refund they provided to me five weeks after my order and three weeks after receiving all merchandise back from me, they told me they still could not refund my original payment method and were mailing me a refund check, which one of their rude agents cancelled a month ago and the whole sham of the refund check by mail was a lie. I waited the 6 weeks for it to come and then was told yesterday that I would be provided a resolution of a full refund to my original payment method after now what has been 2.5 months. Of course, this was also a lie, and since Fabletics convinced me to close an uninvestigated dispute with the payment processer with the promise of a refund they now have never provided, the payment processer has now told me that my only recourse is to file federal charges.
I ordered a medium as this was my first time ordering. Well I'm 5'5" & 120lbs. & they were still way too small in the waist. Plenty of fabric in the length but there was no stretch in the waist & hips.
I do not like this brand and the sizing is VERY inconsistent as well as took over a month to get to me
Every time I go to the site the NEW items never have xxs or xs available. It's like they were never created. It would also be great to have an email when new items are added to the site. By the time the member credit is available all the new stuff is sold out in most sizes.
Fabletics never disappoints. They offer the best pricing and the best workout wear in the market. As a former fitness professional and now elementary educator, Fabletics is a brand I can use everyday. I will never stop supporting this company! I live in it daily!
Fabletics in store and online has the best customer service. Always friendly and helpful. The answer all my questions and event offered to help me further with my account challenges which were user error!
I have attempted to order from Fabletics three times over the past 6 months. I live overseas and use an APO mailbox. I have received orders in the past to this same APO. This year they have been shipped, I wait to receive the package, then I get notice of my "return". This is disappointing and frustrating. I am not sure if they changed shipping companies, but this was not an issue before. Extremely disappointed in this lack of service. Fabletics customer service is courteous, but the shipping company is apparently unable to actually ship to an APO address any longer. Disappointed and frustrated with the shipping is the best description.
I don't understand why you can't return their product and get a larger or smaller size from their app. There is always a mess up and then my order gets canceled and then I need to pay for shipping again or I am too late and I don't receive the product. I wish things were the same with their sizing but it's not.
I unsubscribed and ended with fable-tics WEEKS ago. If I continue to get emails i will be getting legal representation to file a lawsuit. I have video evidence of me unsubscribing but yet still continuing to get emails from fable-tics like this one.
If you love athleisure & scrubs you will LOVE Fabletics. Fabletics if you need brand ambassadors please let me join your team :)
The membership pricing is confusing and leaves the member wondering if they really paid the price marked. On the order page it shows member price. On final order page it shows original price. Then subtotal. Then overall discount not individual discount. So you never really know how much you paid for each item especially if you do large orders. Plus the tariffs charge was ridiculous and almost made me cancel before each order. Felt like that was a sneaky up charge. The whole process was convoluted!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
