I buy Fabletics like I pay my bills. The fit, quality, fabric is beyond belief. Every day I start my workouts at 3am-5am, go to work until 5-6pm. So imagine my ethics in the gym! I wear nothing but Fabletics when I'm out, my body and clothing is like an advertisement! And I'm happy to do it.
I wore the cold whatever leggings once and the pilling is insane what a waste of money. The quality is no longer there do not spend your money here if you want quality leggings genuinely invest in some lulus

It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive. The updates on my delivery came and went several times. I got notification when it was delivered. Nothing, leading up to that, was actually updated accurately. Just said it was shipped… waiting for carrier pickup.
It's frustrating to me that the only way to explore product bundles is by asking a store associate to look it up in their internal systems and the complication of checking out and spending credits and the bundling…it's too much. Make it easier to shop!
The clothes had pilling after one wash, the colors bled on other clothes and they didn't feel like quality material. The womens leggings, which were advertised as a dupe for lululemon leggings, were loose on my legs. Just super disappointed.
I still have not received the item I ordered. It was returned for exchange for a smaller size and I keep getting emails that it is on the way but not yet received. It is now 80 degrees here in the daytime. I am not gonna be able to use it now until next fall!
I placed 2 orders and paid the $59.99 membership fee 2 months. I ordered a pair of tights that advertised as "winter" so I expected them to be thicker than their normal tights. But they are not so I'm pretty disappointed and don't feel I received the value I expected for the membership fee. Just too expensive.
They don't use regular fabric that lasts like it used to, all the compression stuff they have now a days breaks or tears after a few uses
I arrived at the store and was greeted immediately by an associate. I prefer petite size due to length and they did not have that option at the store. The associate was great in she encouraged I get what I want and the item could be shipped to my home.
Disappointed in quality of winter leggings. Washing directions were followed and they pilled terribly.
The membership is not worth it who's buying clothes every month? They're pushy to make you keep it also
I got three sweatpants for the gym and a long teddy coat, which I am in love with all my purchased items, and they have become my favorite pieces of clothing! Thank you, Fabletics, for a Fab experience!
I Sent 5 items back for return. The warehouse only found 4. I was charged for the 5th item that i no longer have. I didn't keep up with my return receipt. It took nearly a month to process the return and i honestly thought it had been returned already. Never had a warehouse lose my return before. Shouldn't there be an extra pair of pants lying around?

I did like the black pair but the colored ones are another story. The leggings all ran small in the colored patterns and when trying to exchange everything was all sold out. The material is very thin on the colored leggings. Showing every dimple and imperfections. To say they're are worth over $50 is baffling. I have leggings from Sam's that cost $11 that are better.
One of the pants I ordered was pilling after own use. I asked for a replacement but they wouldn't allow it until I sent my original back. However, it was out of stock one and they could not guarantee I could get a replacement if I sent it back and it went out of stock
While the products are of great quality, the shipping has a lot to be desired. So if you need or want something fast, don't order Fabletics. If it doesn't bother you to wait, then absolutely get their products.
Placed my first order based off size chart sizing. Literally SO off. So I return the items for a smaller size, set up as an exchange thru the Fabletics website. I return my items and wait. I see they have been delivered and I wait. And I wait. Then 10 days go by and I reach out to Fabletics inquiring about my exchange. Turns out, my exchange was cancelled due to an 'inventory issue.' Yet I received not communication at all. So I have to then have my exchange 'sent to another dept' so I can receive a refund. Who knows if I would have ever even received a refund or been notified at all that my exchange was cancelled had I not contacted Fabletics. I just cancelled my membership bcas of this. I don't trust that I will receive what I pay for. Feels like a scam.
I was over charged for the items I purchased. Fabletics was advertising a promotion that said you can 80% off of everything but they only gave me 80% off eight items. I provided them a copy of the promotion which supported 80% off everything. They gave me a store credit for an improper amount (which I wanted a refund). When I brought to their attention the credit was not correct. They did not bother to correct. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and it's been 7 days since I have responded to her and have not received a response and I did a follow up reply to her again today and I am waiting for a proper resolution.
I was charged Tariff on a purchase 6 weeks before Trump was sworn in as President. Why an additional charge for this? This seems like a money grab. I love your products but I cancelled my subscription because of this.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
