Nothing ever in stock

My size is never in stock which is xxl and I always order stuff for my daughter in size med always out of stock. I get bombarded with email then let down because of stock issues.

NEVER AGAIN

I used Fabletics to purchase a few items in March of 2014. After being charged (because I never received an e-mail reminding me to 'skip' a month) $49 in July of 2014 I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a representative begging him to cancel my account. I happily accepted the $49 charge, it was my mistake after all, but asked to be removed from the service from then forward.

This August, a full year later, I got an e-mail informing me that my account had be charged for $49. I had not received an e-mail or charge from Fabletics in a year, so I called and kindly explained the situation to a representative. She accused me of lying about canceling my account, then put me on hold for 15 minutes so she could 'listen to the call' from last July. After taking me off hold, she explained that the company had 'lost' the recording of my call and again accused me of lying about canceling my account the year before. I spent another 10 minutes with her asking to be refunding and explaining my position and, when she finally agreed, she blamed me for the entire misunderstanding, attempted to convince me to stay a VIP member (for a bonus of 500 points--wow!) and then rudely ended the call before I could confirm my refund.

TL; DR

Terrible customer service, nefarious charging procedure and overall company-wide dishonesty. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Extremely comfortable and slimming! When I first put them on I thought, hmmm! I may not be able to breathe, but once they were on they were so comfortable! I didn't want to take them off!

Underwhelmed

I was so excited to start my membership. Each time I tried to order the items I wanted were sold out. The items I did end up getting are not the quality I expected.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company! I ordered my first (half price £22) yoga outfit in a hurry and accept i did not read the small print. I contacted the company when i realised an additional £44 had been taken from my bank account last week, first by email to cancel my VIP membership and secondly to request a refund as i was in Greece when the emails were sent and i was not logging into my emails. They weren't having any of it and emailed back to say i needed to ring a premium rate number to cancel. I have just rung them to be informed that the £44 cannot be refunded and can only be used to purchase their goods. I have never known a company where you have to opt out every month or your bank account is automatically debited by the cost of a yoga outfit. How many yoga outfits does anyone need?! The onus is on you to opt out every month or you will be charged. This is totally unacceptable in my view, i reluctantly had to order a second outfit, even though i didnt want one as they were adamant the £44 could not be refunded. Presumably this is how they get all their business!

Read the fine print!

Their leggings are decent quality (though expensive) but be aware that purchasing a pair automatically enrolls you in their $50/month subscription service unless you know to uncheck a tiny box at checkout. Normally I look for this sort of thing, but I didn't think to here because who SUBSCRIBES monthly for LEGGINGS? Now I know.

The only pant zipper on 2 the only pant series did not represent good quality. The zipper split and now i'm trying to put it back together, frustrating. No inspection tags to share.

Comfortable casual outfit

Love the products… hate the site…

I ordered $150 worth of items online via a promotion. The package carrier indicated that the package was delivered at my front door. This is impossible because I live in an apartment building and all packages are delivered to the front desk. You can't access the building if you are not a resident. Customer service told me that they could only give me a store credit, I insisted on getting a full refund because they no longer had the items that I wanted. They made believe that I would get a refund in the next 48h... I had to call back 4 times and follow up 4 times for them to tell me the same thing over and over. This lasted 2 weeks. The supervisor, said that in order for me to get a refund I needed to contact the carrier Starship (the worse), and get a proof of non receipt. Which makes no sense because they already indicated it was delivered according to them. Ultimately, Fabletics gave me the runaround for my refund, which I still do not have, they refuse to be responsible or even help follow up with the shipping company that THEY CHOSE to work with and made me responsible for the carriers incompetence.

Online purchasing with Fabletics has been the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had, this coming from someone who worked in retail management for over 15 years.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

I am completely disgusted with my experience in dealing with this company. About a year ago I purchased a tank off of the site and was billed 50$ a month for 3 of the following months before I finally noticed it on my statement. I called and canceled my VIP membership and about a week ago I was emailed a gift card that was worth 50$ to try to make up for all the money they had taken from me. I got back on my account to redeem the gift card and paid the REGULAR price instead of rejoining as a VIP (I made sure that I read every little thing I was clicking on this time) and it still ended up somehow changing me to VIP and charging me for the last month anyway. THIS SITE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE MONEY.
