Severely overpriced after trial period. Not enough new things to pay a membership each month which only gets you a slight discount and usually only usable towards one item, such as a pair of shorts.
I usually wait until something is on sale because I don't care much about fashion and only about comfort. Everything I have got from fabletics has been some of the most comfortable clothes I've owned

I want to discontinue my VIP membership as I have all the athletic clothes I need right now. If you discontinue your VIP membership, you lose all the VIP credits you paid for. I understand that you can go in each month and opt out, but it is tough for me to remember, so i feel like I'm stuck with maintaining the membership just so I don't lose the credits I've earned through the year. I would love to see a way to "cash out" your VIP credits, and not have to be in a position to forfeit them. I'm sure I agreed to all of this when I signed up for VIP, but how it actually plays out doesn't feel great and I'm pretty frustrated.
I like fabletics products, and most of my workout attire is Fabletics.

I liked the shorts but had to send them back because they were too small, then never received the new ones. Called and the representative said they would be here tomorrow… 3 days later nothing.

This company just scammed me $49.95 for a "VIP Membership" after purchasing something from their online store.
I tried contacting their customer support to get a refund for this "Store Credit" the MINUTE i received the bill from PayPal and the customer representative said they cannot refund it once it's billed even though it's unused.
That's extremely scammy and illogical in this day and age of technology. I'm glad I puchased using PayPal where I can dispute this and also have my Credit Card Company to back me up.
That being said, I'm now spreading the word so people are aware of this behavior of charging memberships hidden from their convoluted Terms of Service and isn't even visible during your purchase checkout.

I was a VIP member for a month. Of course like every one else, I found it too hard to remember to skip in the five day time window and got charged again after intending to make one purchase.
My first order was stolen by the delivery people and customer service was excellent about reshipping my items, even letting me make last minute changes to the orders and promising to do price adjustments later on for everything that was sold out when it came time to reshipping. Was very pleased with that.
What I'm not pleased with is the predatory pricing strategies and business practices. Everything is "imported" meaning probably 0 supply chain transparency or guarantees for human labor laws. The VIP pricing is clearly meant to get more money from people who forget to cancel. On top of this, I noticed today when I went to review all of my items (some were seriously sub par) that they actually don't allow you to give a star rating? They ask you numerous questions and then poof somehow all of the items have reviews with star ratings. I thought this was very suspicious so I went to look at the reviews of products I had ordered and noticed all of the reviews were 4-5 stars, even ones where the review is absolutely roasting the product on quality, fit, etc. I don't know how they get the star ratings, but I know they don't ask us when we write the reviews. Very deceitful and I will never order again for those reasons.

My experience has been really good so far except for a couple of t-shirts I purchased a few months ago (I ordered XL and when I looked at it and tried it on it felt and looked like a sz M/L. Other than that my experience has been good.

I purchased leggings from fabletics. Not only was there a tear in them before I'd even put them on, but I'm still waiting for a refund, nearly two months later.
The tracking information is now not even listed on the Hermes website when I type my code in because they arrived AGES ago.
I was told 3 weeks after sending them back they still had not arrived in their warehouse. I purchased the leggings late February, got them early march, returned them within a day of receiving them and 26 emails later from different 'members' of their team, who I don't even believe are human anymore due to their lack of care in checking the email chain, I'm still yet to receive my refund.
Initially I asked for an exchange but was told after 3 weeks they were no longer in stock and was offered a refund. Last week I was finally told the refund would be put into my account within 3-5 days. It's now been over a week.
Long story short: don't buy from this company. Their quality of leggings is awful, overpriced and the customer service is shocking.

The sports bra is comfy and band died not roll unless I sit down. The shorts are too short for my taste. I would wear them over leggings. I wish you had made ling leggings to go with this ensemble.

I had one dilemna with shippng, paid for extra expedited delivery and did not realize that i had to wait 2-3 days for the order to be procecessed and then the order once packaged would take the quoted time to get to me. Felt that could have been clearer when i chose to pay extra!

Terrible service. I have been skipping the month every month religiously since I opened an account and they still took £44 out of my bank account due to a "technical error", I have called 3 times and they have still not refunded it since the 22nd of November. The first call they advised it would be 3-5 working days which was fine but it didnt appear and the second call they advised it would be in by lunchtime, which it wasn't so I called again the next day and they advised it would show after 24hours from the second call. Still doesn't appear in my account. They are refusing to take any ownership on late payment fees I have incurred with my car insurance as a result of them stealing the money from my account! Doesn't fill me with much confidence.

I purchased activewear from them, drawn in by their vip sign on special like most people. I had started working out again and needed a new active wear wardrobe. I bought various leggings and bras to start. The quality is so poor! Do not buy from them. Eveything slips, has no compression, and gives me the worst shape. I bought some leggings from other companies to compare and in every case fabletics were so much worse than anything I didn't like from elsewhere. Fabletics leggings shows every dimple and gives my butt a weird shape. So unflattering. This is trying on 6-8 different leggings from them. The only positive thing I have to say is they are not see through. The bras have no hold, and are not possible to actually work out in. I tried multiple sizes too, so this isn't a size issue. One sports bra has an elastic lining that literally cut my skin and made it bleed. I looked online for reviews and noticed they are all raving reviews by paid INFLUENCERS. There is no where for actual customers to leave reviews meaning there are no actual honest reviews for them. They are a scam. Do not give them a dime. Everything for workout clothes is absolute garbage. I tried for about 4 months, buying various workout clothes with nothing being worth my money. All the active wear I own by fabletics are useless items. The only items worth my money from them has been non active wear. I got a pair of flare leggings (too flared to work out in) and a pajama onesie thing that are nice. So if you buy from their non active wear stuff it won't be total garbage but I recommend just trying a different brand all together.
Took obnoxiously long to receive my items. The tracking never updated and I had no idea where my stuff was, ever! Customer service was not only unhelpful and clueless, but often unfriendly and unprofessional. Pretty sure it's random people with tons of noises going on in their houses. When I first ordered, all of my items (except 1) were eligible for return/exchange. Finally received my last item 20 days later and magically all of a sudden my account says Final Sale on all of them.
I waited a month to receive items, with no tracking updates, terrible customer service, and now I am stuck with sizes that do not fit me after I took my measurements according to their garbage website.
This company is a SCAM and garbage. I am nice and patient person. Truly. But, not only will Fabletics NEVER get my business again, I plan to spread the word and warnings to everyone. Terrible company and shame on any celebs involved. -10 out of 10. I'm sure I will get a little message below saying they will contact me, much like the many others I received on social media after they stopped deleting the dozens of negative comments. They never did reach out. What a joke.
PS: Even when you cancel a membership, go to the bank and get a new card! I have read numerous reviews saying that they claim you didn't cancel and charge your card anyway. BEWARE.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on your products and you initially did NOT honor my VIP status for some reason and I was not able to get VIP prices for the longest time. In essence, I had to RESTART my purchases to once again get VIP status. There were dozens of times when your products were advertised at a certain price (i.e, in an advertisement on Facebook) and when I went to the Fabletics' site that specific reduced price was NOT available. I called to complain and was told to take a "screen shot" of the advertisement which had already disappeared on Facebook because I had logged off. This is FALSE advertisement, and this has happened way too often. It's only because I like your products that I continue to be a customer. And, I should not have to take a "screen shot" of anything... ever. You can see I spend money on your site and I would not take my time to complain if I was lying. I simply want FAIR treatment and to be regarded as a VALUED customer since I choose to spend so much money on your site. I do NOT feel treated this way at all.
Every order that ships from Fabletics takes weeks to receive it. I'm not sure why but Fabletics needs to figure out shipping given the quickness of its competitors!

Ms Hudson should be ashamed of herself! Taking money illegally from customers, who like me didn't even realise that when you buy an outfit for £ 28 it then gives them a free reign. To take money from your account £44 a month to be precise! Now can't pay my utility bill due to this suddenly going out of my account without my permission.! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Basically nothing should out as specially different that would make the experience of shopping too much different from other online retailers that sell specialized workout or causal wear.

I love the products, leggings are excellent and I love how I look in them. My only complaint was the membership to access the products it doesnt make sense that they constantly have good sales but I can use my 1 credit that I paid 50dlls. Leggings on sale of like 19 dlls a pair, I cant use my credit money has to be a separate sale. And the products that I like are never available. I also tend to forget to skip the month, a lot. So decided to cancel my account.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
