I ordered over 450.00 of merchandise and still have not received it. Each time I call, I am told it is "in the warehouse waiting to be processed." I understand COVID has delayed many things, however I ordered these item well before some other items (similar number of items) from other companies (athleta, nike and lululemon) at least a week after I ordered from Fabletics and they all arrived. I ordered on 4/21/2020... and I am still waiting for my order "to be processed."
Although they have cute items and I like what I have previously purchased, it is definitely not worth the hassle of trying to get someone on the line (or via chat line) trying to see when and if this order will ever "be shipped."
I was a VIP member, cancelled that and do not intend on ordering again.
I saw Fabletics advertised on Facebook. They get you with what looks like cheap prices if you sign up then come to find out there's a monthly membership cost that I wasn't aware of until after signing up. Im sure it's there but it's not obvious that you're signing up for a monthly paid membership. Seemed sneaky. Then you have to call to cancel where I had to tell them 4 times I wanted to cancel before they obliged. If you're not a member the prices are ridiculous for what you're getting. Also the quality and fit of the clothes was disappointing. Two tops in the same size fit me differently and I went by their size guide. Won't be shopping with them again.

Love the style, they are true to there size. I'm from Northern Alberta, Canada and they are so warm. The sweat shirts feel like butter and so comfy and best of all nothing shrinks! Also if I don't have time to look and shop I can skip the month and go back and still order for that month. Love Fabletics!

I don't really see any costumer advantage with the restructuring of the products. Now almost everything is priced individually, very few complete outfits fall into the member credit category. I basically skip every month and I think about quitting all the time, but every once in awhile there is something great that I really love so I stay in it, but my purchases are very few and far between lately. I also like the sales.

I've been ordering clothes from Fabletics since their launch a few years ago and I still feel like I can't get enough. The fabric is soft and comfortable, the leggings/capris hold you in just the right amount and no matter how often I wear and wash them, they hold up. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to buy my workout/lounge clothes from Fabletics. You should, too!

This company has charged me twice and then charged me again and try to say the payment didn't go through which it clearly stated on my credit card statement that they took the money off my card. Then on top of that the customer representative was going back and forth with me... so unprofessional! I cancel my account and I will never deal with them again!

I have been purchasing products for many years now and have always been happy with my choices. I am 70 years old now, keep myself in excellent shape and look very good in my outfits if I do say so myself. Believe it or not, there are lots of women just like me and we don't feel represented by Fabletics. Why don't you have some of us as your models? We can rock your products just like the other younger women do. Fabletics should be representing all women. I personally think it would be well received in many ways, and good for business. I was very dissatisfied with their business tactics when i was automatically enrolled into a membership an then charged a membership fee the day before they notified that it could be cancelled. I spoke with several so called customer service reps who did nothing to address the problem. Who knows you might have a good product but I for one will never do business with you again. Fool me once sham on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I've ordered many items from Fabletics over the years & I don't have many good things to say. This purchase was to replace an order from May that "got lost". I was refunded... in store credit... so I attempted to order one of the items I had previously tried order. Cute? Comfy? Stylish? Sure, I guess. Worth the hassle? Not one bit.

I purchased xl sweatshirts in the past years. The crew neck one fit perfectly however the 2 other sweatshirts which are short are way too big. I assumed they would maybe shrink which they have not. I guess they are not made of cotton. Nonetheless I cannot return items which have been washed so sadly I will most likely give them away.

I have had a great experience with Fabletics! I find their product to be in excellent quality. I would reccommend it anytime. They are just a little bit high priced for me BUT thankfully they have a membership program that allows members to get fantastic deals! I found the staff to be very efficient. Getting back to you in a timely manner and willing to help and listen to any challenges with ordering, mailing etc. Great company!

Today I have to admit it was quite easy to order from Fabletics. However, over a period of time I have become more and more frustrated with the website. It takes forever to find what you want and finding it seems quite illogical. When you get to what has been recommended for you it is often sold out! So I often gave up trying!

NOT true to size. I ordered my first "$24 VIP promo" and the leggings were too big. I ordered replacement leggings and thought all was ok. It was not. They ran out of stock somehow and they did not process a refund. In fact, no one let me know what was going on - that the new smaller size order was not being shipped! Also you have to cancel the $49US monthly charge or it will be charged and continue to be charged every month. Even when I did cancel somehow my account "didn't recognize" my transaction/request!?!?!? Long and short is this is shady, sneaky and a money grab.
I was charged the monthly fee when I forgot to skip one month. I was unaware that the membership credits expire and never received an email about it. They will not reimburse me or reinstate my membership credit. So this company took $60 from me and kept it and I have nothing to show for it. That is an absolute scam and really disgusting business practice. I've never purchased a gift card and when I went to use it a year later the company said, your gift card expired. I feel like this shouldn't even be legal. If I give a company money, I expect something in return. Cancelled my membership and will review as many places as I can so no one else deals with this issue. Fabletics will never get my business again.

It automatically signed me up for the VIP membership. It charged almost 60 for a credit. The clothes Feel cheap and if I'm going to be charged 60 I might as well have gotten a real name brand athletic outfit. I mean alo leggings were only 30 more.
I really do like the feel of these leggings and they are long... Which I love! I ordered XL and they are a bit too snug and tend to roll down in the waist, but no worries... I'll just have to work harder to fit into them properly

I'm extremely unhappy that after making a purchase of leggings... my card was then charged again for a membership fee that I do not want. I bought the leggings on sale but ended up paying full price after they took a membership fee. No thank you! Never again!

First of all, I've been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months, and just barely was successfully able to do so. Meanwhile, my bank account continued to be drained. The website is completely useless! Not to mention, the quality of the product is comparable to Walmart sportswear.

I pre-ordered some shorts that were suppose to be on sale but had to pre-order, however they charged me full price! So I called and got a rep who said because it was a pre-order you're charged full price regardless of what the advertisement said. I immediately cancelled my membership, then the rep asks if she gives me they discount would I continue my membership! WHAT!? No cancel please! What a joke! I will be returning these items.

I cancelled my account in March from VIP and also asked to unsubscribe from fabletics... and was then billed again in April. I have called them and the customer service was rubbish... I have lost £44 which they will not refund! Do not sign up with this company!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
