Of course, part of this is my own fault, but I bought a gift for my adult son. I did not read the "fine print" in which I suppose I was told I was being signed up for a "club membership". Then, after purchase, I find out I'm committed to ~$60/month membership fees! Whoa, wasn't expecting that! So, offer good prices, force membership, upset potential customers is their business plan. In defense of fabletics, cancelling the membership was easy (phone call; had to say 3 times "no, I want to cancel" as the sales pitch continues. In the meantime, the clothes I ordered arrived, but fit and finish wasn't as expected so returned 2 of 3 items. Never again; I should know how these scams work at my age.
Fabletics doesn't care about their customers. They took payment on 12/2 for an order I made that has not been delivered over 20 days later. They take no responsibility for their 3PLs and keep pushing out the delivery date. I have to go out and buy leggings, missing $50 and no idea if my package will ever make it. Instead of absorbing these common third party risks, they pass it along to the consumer with a support team that reads a script. For low quality, cheap gear, go to Walmart. For high quality, lululemon may be double the cost but you'll get your order and the quality is better.

First of all, I love the colors. It's the best part of this collection. I was a little disappointed in the fit and quality, however. They shorts are a little big (I ordered a small). I'm a 29" waist and about 5' 9". The tank top's neck hole looks like it's been stretched over and over again and it is now unable to return to its original shape. Or maybe it's just that there's too much material. And the Fabletics logos are already peeling off the shorts (not that I mind, I don't like logos anyway, its just emblematic of the overall quality). The best item I bought were the joggers. They are so comfortable! I got the purple and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. Thank you for the opportunity to share.

Hoped to love this new workout brand from kate hudson. Like the clothes but hated the customer service and monthly fee that I don't remember agreeing to; felt like I got taken advantage of a bit. Wouldn't waste your time or if you do be careful!
I enjoy shopping with Fabletics. They're workout clothes are stylish, durable, and just the best. Although sometimes they're tank tops have super huge arm holes, I've been happy to see that there are now other options that do not make me show off my bra. I almost exclusively use Fabletics for my workouts which include running, walking, pilates reformer, and spinning.

I ordered a simple e-card on April 21st for my sister-in-law. It is May 1st and she hasn't received it. Their customer service line is a JOKE. Over 230 ppl ahead when I called and their live chat not working. Gee if only there were ppl at home right now looking for work to answer phones! I'll never buy anything from this company. If this was my experience for a gift card I can only imagine what it must be like to cancel your membership. Kate Hudson should spend some time with Chaz Dean. Happy with most, not happy that many styles are geared for much younger women. I am 66 and go to the Y, at least 5 days a week. All the crop tops and youngish styles are
Not appropriate for me. Please remember our age group. My other issue and it has existed since the inception of Fabletics is Sports Bras. I just purchased your new one that is supposed to be for High Impact exercise - Not!, all is does is flatten you down for no movement and certainly not comfortable in any way. Why can't you work on some stylish underwire sports bras, maybe that's old school but they work and don't compress you like a mammogram machine.

The desktop UX is frustrating and, when you do have issues, the chat feature rarely resolves issues + the actual customer service is terrible. Falling apart clothing requires you to return it despite having photos, then wait for them to receive the item and send you a replacement. Shipping, for years, has taken 12-15 days and has never improved; clearly, they are not investing in this. Overall, they've kept me as a customer even when I've called to cancel in the past. However, at this point, I'm pretty fed up and there are enough competitors out there that I think I could find similar pricing for the same quality so I will be canceling my membership.

Every time I shop at Fabletics, online or in store, it's it's amazing experience. Online the shopping is easy, sizes are consistent, and sales and deals for members are outstanding. When I am in store the employees are always helpful, encouraging and aware of your personal space. It's easy to use your member credit in store, and their return policy is great too. On top of all of these great things, the clothes themselves are VERY well made and hold up to some of the toughest wear. The leggings are not see through, they don't roll or ride, and there are so many different fabrics and colors to choose from. I love Fabletics and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen to me!

Ordered some cute looking leggings and tops on October 9th. It's now three weeks later and the shipment has not even left their warehouse yet. I have contacted them twice to get an ETA on shipping but they only apologize for the delay without giving me any more information. I am going to give it another week, and if the order isn't on its way to me by then I'll be asking for a refund and definitely cancelling my VIP membership. So not impressed.

The customer Service sucks. It's hard to reach from Canada on cell. Sometimes a recording comes on number cannot be reached. Then when you do you hv to get thru computer screen. The people r nice but not authority wise able to do more than the basics. My personal account is messed up does not let me skip month and nobody knows how to fix except phone. I'm cancelling the funny thing they would not let last call. I hv to call again & go they all the chaos x2. They talked me out of it about 6 months ago but I'm done this time.

I ordered one outfit from them, that was about four sizes bigger than it stated. Then I have found out they have been taking £44 a month from my account without my knowledge and without me ever ticking a box that agreed to this deal. When I phoned, the man said it was basically tough and I would have to order another outfit and they would not refund me the money. He said I had the option to skip a month and I didn't, so I am not getting my money back. I have never even seen anything about this agreement or "skipping a month" absolutely furious! Avoid this company at all costs!
I got charged almost $60 for the VIP credit, and then all the packs dropped in price to less than $40, but still cost 1 member credit. On top of that, I still had to pay for shipping even though my member credit cost more than $50, which is their free shipping cut off. Total scam

It's a fine experience.
Pros: Easy access to mostly attractive workout gear. Decent pricing with the member credit. Kinda fun to pick items. Easy enough to cancel. Returns are easy and fair.
Cons: Super expensive for the quality without credit, so if you want more than one item that month, you're overpaying. Quality is meh. Selection is just ok. Material on leggings is overly restrictive given softer materials available today. Automatic monthly charge is kinda stressful.

The website is super hard to navigate, it is impossible to "skip a month," the guy on the live chat disconnected me as I was trying to do what he said in an attempt to use my credits (almost $300.00) which I still cannot apply to my cart. I can't believe he disconnected me in a matter of seconds. I have never been so frustrated with customer service, ever! I still do not know how to skip a month or use my credit nor was I able to cancel my membership because he disconnected me. Absolutely, the worst.

I was excited to sign up for the membership as their clothes look great. But I placed my first order 9 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. They created a shipping label but USPS still hasn't received the package. Feels like an intentional inconvenience to drive their "rushed shipping" upcharge. If your business model needs that extra $5, just add it to the price of the goods and ship all items timely. After my order arrives I'll be cancelling my membership because this experience leaves a scammy feeling.

I ordered the sale leggings to try them out. I didn't know i was signing up to give them $49.99 a month to WHAT? Buy athletic wear forever? Who would want that? This is a really horrible way to do business and they know people will screw up and not realize what they did till its too late. They will then only return 2 months worth of money. That means if I had not seen the charge, because I don't have a lot of time to look over every charge on my bank statement, I could have paid them $600 a year until I noticed. It's so sleazy, Kate Hudson should be ashamed! Some of us work really hard for our money and we hope there aren't predatory companies trying to steal it!

The worst customer service. I argued with the first rep then hung up after being placed on hold multiple times in one hour called right back and got a different rep and got my refund in 2 sec. I asked to report the other rep but did not get anywhere. Like the clothes but service sucks.

I have been ordering things from Fabletics for a very long time. The past year this company has really gone down. I have had two orders and the most recent one made me realize I won't be continuing my membership and ordering from them.
I placed an order and was looking forward to my products for an upcoming vacation planned 2 weeks after it was placed. I received a tracking number and it hasn't uploaded since their shipping partner supposedly sent it out to USPS. I had been trying to get a hold of customer service on all forms for multiple days When I finally got through to an obviously outsourced call center. They told me that they would have resent the items but now they are out of stock.
Unfortunately the only way when you want to cancel your membership and get the monthly credits back is through a check...

The underwear I bought was low quaility. To make matters worse, I didn't even know the company signed me up to be a "VIP member" until I got a random $50 charge on my account months after I bought their mediocre product. Waste of money that I'll never get back. Would not recommend, and there are much cheaper and better options out there. In all honesty, I don't even see this company making it another 5-10 years.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
