My boys love their products and pretty much only wear their shorts now. My husband started wearing them and loves them too. Pricing is amazing for the quality of this brand. Fast turnaround to get them shipped. Great quality and great prices!

I have several pairs of pants for work and I love them. Their zippers worry me a little as they are not very heavy duty. I also have several pairs of workout shorts. I love them except that this last order I got, the lighter colors are see through.
They are ok, the cell phone pocket is high up on the shorts so it's hard to use.
I love shopping at Fabletics. At their store the staff always makes sure you're taken care of. I love that I can order items in the store and have them shipped to my house with free shipping. I love being able to return items to the store that I bought online. I've been really happy with them.
You advertised 2 pair of shorts for $20. I purchased the 2 shorts paid $20 and then a week later $60 was taken from my account. Never agreed to anything other than the $20 for 2 shorts. I tried contacting and got nothing. Will never order again and will definitely be stopping anyone from order as well.
Prices need to be lowered for me to continue to purchase uniforms from them. Material of clothing seems to be like other brands so nothing special to me about clothing from Fabletics
I am a vip since the company launched I have always paid top dollar while other people paying 10$ for a short. Same short I paid $55. But is all good. I am happy for them. But we vip get nothing.
Product was supposedly shipped, but never arrived; shipping info suggests it was never picked up. I tried to place another order but they couldn't expedite, despite my need for the item before a planned trip. Had to get a refund and order a similar product from elsewhere.
My son wanted to try out the clothing. He likes the clothing but I don't see how the discounts apply and how to use the monthly fee toward purchase. There isn't a clear explanation for how to do this and I can't find actual deals yet.
Love all the shorts with one exception; I have a pair of workout shorts with only one left small pocket. All my other shorts are great.
Have loved Fabletics for years. And since they have come out with the Pureluxe Leggings the love has grown. As a woman with cellulite these smooth my legs & look amazing. And the pockets are a must!
Pants are okay, however I have been trying to cancel subscription as I don't want to buy clothes every month. I have not received any reply to my emails. I guess I will just have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge as fraud to get someone's attention.
For the products I have purchased I really enjoy! They are great quality, durable and reasonably priced.
I don't love the VIP membership. You are required to make a monthly purchase (obviously unless you skip), but 9/10 times the products I want to purchase are unavailable in the size, color, or type that I want. Very consistently. I would have likely purchased more if things were available but they hardly ever are and that's very frustrating. Or I want to buy a set of scrubs and the top is out of the color I need but the bottom isn't. Or the size. Etc.
I like the bundles. I look each month to see if there is anything I like because there are some really good deals. However, there are some months that either don't have anything appealing or I waited too long and there isn't any available in my size or color. I wish credits didn't expire because sometimes nothing is appealing or I didn't have time to look.
After receiving my first shipment Fabletics, I was not satisfied with the fit of the leggings on my waist and even the short length was too long in the inseam. When contacting customer service on my return and cancelation of membership, the person continued to postpone the cancelation for several minutes before accepting my request as a final answer. Once I returned the product with tags, I only received half of the credit I originally purchased the products for. They still had tags and were never worn. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the loss of time and money I spent trying Fabletics.
I want to look at women's clothes. I constantly get circled back to men's and I have to go through the whole filter process again. I want to cancel but have to call some number that never answers
I understand the customer base may be more female related, but please make it easier to find men's clothing on app and site.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
