There is zero chance I would pay full price for the clothes. I'm not convinced they will hold up. And wow, they show stains unlike any clothes I've owned before. I wanted to love them. Not the worst clothes I've owned, but I don't see any reason why I'd go to Fabletics again.
I like the high waisted fit and pockets and overall comfort. However, they do not wick away heat or moisture. I bought them for doing barre class which is not a high energy class and I can't use them. I am a regular body shape and size at 5' 8" and 149 lbs. I have the luxe, anywhere motion 365, and on the go power hold. They all have the same heat issue.
The leggings and tops I purchased were just wonderful. I was visiting from Australia and my partner saw the commercial. We decided to give Fabletics and go. Considering it was my first purchase, I only bought a few items. If I had known they would be great quality and fit perfectly, I would have ordered several more pairs. When they arrived and I tried them on, I immediately went to the website to see if the sale was still on... Unfortunately, it wasn't.
I loved the scrubs. I never got my first set for 19 dollars. My first order was around 60 dollars. While that is cheaper that most, I never received the discounted scrub price as advertised.
The discounts I get for member credits pay for themselves. I can't go anywhere else to get tees and shorts for $10. Plus, the active wear doubles as both lounge and work pants.
Great products but shipping takes forever. I wish shipping was faster. But will always pick them over other workout clothes. They last forever and fit great. Wish the bras had padding sewn in though
I bought a set of scrubs from an ad on social media. The price was great. When I got my items I liked the top but hate the bottoms. Then money started to be taken out of my account because somehow I had paid for a monthly subscription. It took a while to locate customer service and hhrn they acted annoyed when I wanted to cancel.
The items are fantastic but the offer snares you. You can cancel but make sure you do or else you get charged ridiculous amounts of money. Almost scam artists since the charge isn't made obvious until you finish checking out.
I forgot to skip the month so my card was charged and a VIP was added to my account. Took a couple months to find something I wanted and was available in my size.

J was offered a great deal to come back then I did not receive all of the items in my order. I was 10 items short yet the order said complete. I called customer service and they sent me what was available at that time but now I have 1/2 of a bathing suit which doesn't do anyone any good. It wasn't until I called that I even received that.
I was on the phone with them multiple times and they said my refund would be back in my account and about a month of waiting it's still not in my account
I bypass my monthly credit every month bc I can buy sets for less than the credit. Why would i use a $50 credit to get $30 worth of stuff for free?!?!?
Fabletics products stand out the sizes are smaller than expected and unfortunately were limited when I ordered. However, limited availability also means others at the gym wouldn't have the same outfit.
The phone number listed on the website takes you to a third party company who trys to sell life alert necklaces. There are no actual customer service agents for a live call.
I ordered an exhange and received the exact size I had returned instead of the different size I requested. The help is so lacking that I am unlikely to continue purchasing due to the hassle when things go wrong. I have also purchased panties that fray and fall apart after one wash. Again, no CS support.
Items take forever to deliver and method of shipping is highly unreliable—I had initially ordered a set in a completely different color, it never made it to me; when credited back, I couldn't reorder the same color. Highly don't recommend.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
