I've been a Fabletics VIP for 3+ years now and it's a genius program. There are always new products on the first of the month so if I see something I like, I'll purchase my credit and redeem right away. If I don't, I'll skip the month and look at sales to see if anything catches my eye. The products are always very high quality and arrive very fast. Returns also go very smoothly. They also have a corresponding workout app if you are a VIP and that has some great workout options!
I ordered several things in the May sale and saved money and received them in a timely manner! I was out of country during their arrival and was very excited to see them waiting on me when I came home. The flare yoga pants are very comfortable and I could even dress them up for work 🤩! No one questioned them.
I love all their clothes! The leggings are my favorite… it shows on my order history 😁 I never had any issues so I never had to reach out to customer service for anything.
I love everything I have purchased from Fabletics. Sometimes my size or the style I'm interested in is sold out, which can be frustrating; but overall I'm pleased with what I have found so far. Great quality for the price I pay, for sure!
I'm Heather's mother. I decided to try your products as a gift to help Heather as she works as a class instructor/trainer in the Astoria area. She seems to enjoy the clothes, and tells me she received many compliments, but she (as a former balleria) is unusually attractive. The only problem I had in the process was feeling a bit tricked into clicking on the club membership, then having to find and get through the unsubscribe of it. Too much time for me to invest, and there's always some trepidation as to whether I'll be charged again. You might avoid making your customers feeling tricked into the membership.
Sweatpants were fantastic! Great fit and comfortable. However, pay special attention to what you're signing up for. Unbeknownst to me (because it was never spelled out clearly in the purchasing process), what I was doing was not purchasing sweatpants, but signing up for a recurring monthly membership payment. No big deal you say? Just cancel it? Oh no no no. You can't cancel online; it requires actually calling and speaking to someone…. Like I said, good clothes, but unethical business practices. I am warning all my friends and colleagues to steer clear of Fabletics.
In the process of trying to cancel my membership I was told that I would be transferred to a live agent. This never happened. I waited and wasted my time for nothing to happen.
I ordered a set of scrubs which I have never tried on and no longer need or want so I will be sending them back. But after ordering y'all withdrew an additional $60 for some membership that I never authorized.
Not At All Likely I will ever order from Fabletics again.
Bought some cargo pants which are super comfortable, perfect pockets, and great for camping or just hanging around. Love, love, love these cargo pants.
Just a poorly made website and app. Hard to find items, it freezes, gets stuck and/or remove cart items. My husband almost completely gave up making any purchases due to the multiple issues trying to shop. Can't easily get from woman's to men's items to shop and vise versa. Very frustrating site to shop on, which is a shame because their clothes are great.
1. It usually takes about two weeks to receive my order. You'll get notification of shipping about 7-10 after you order.
2. The monthly payment program has finally become worth using. In the past and still often, pay $50 for credit and are offered merchandise thats worth $12 for one ($50) credit. Lately, I'm seeing them offer items or comibnations of items that are equal to or greater than the value of the $50 credit.
I wore the pants three times before the zipper broke. They accepted the return but for pants that claim to be $80+ I expected quality. Cheaply made with a pricey logo.
I think the service is fine, I usually skip my membership because I don't need new clothing that often but when I do order things the deals are good. They do run out of popular sizes often thought
I really like the styles but I think offering sales to non customers most of the time is so frustrating. I would buy a lot more of those sales were given to current members
3 months ago I hit the "SKIP THIS MO TH" button & went on with my day. A few days later my credit card let me know Fabletics took $59.95 off my card! So the last 2 months I have been watching more closely & had to make a phone call to skip. The agents don't seem to apologize & tell me it's my fault but I have tried clearing cookies, multiple browsers & multiple computers but the SKIP button does not work! I also can't change my payment method unless I make a purchase! I am about to cancel my membership.
The quality…the imagination…the colors…used to be so incredible. Now many of the fabrics are easy to snag for leggings or they are like a cheap, glossy swimsuit material.
You used to be competitive with Athleta for creativity and fun for running leggings or even sexy leggings.
What I find offensive? Everyone caters to large women these days but when you have cancer like my mom did, a brain tumor like myself, your clothes often times HANG ON US.
XXS is now the typical thing that America does. "Vanity sized it."
It used to be pretty accurate. Now? I have to take my leggings in from you guys to my tailor. Ridiculous and expensive!
At least with Athleta? They come with a freebie tailor. Might not be quick but it will ACTUALLY FIT.
I love wearing trendy things. I have been an athlete my entire life and relearned to walk twice after two of my brain surgeries. Your leggings that were XXS…? Helped me and so many other combat blood clots.
Your leggings were also great for not setting clots whilst traveling to Europe. I go there for Christmas and to ski and I bring 5-7 pairs and hand wash them to save on space.
Since I only ever take one carryon that says a lot about your product. This is even for skiing for 2 weeks and I use the leggings to battle blood clots with my favorite sport overseas too!
You guys just need to tweak your game and not cheap it out. Girls who love fashion? Will PAY for it.
Ordering online and trying to get the pieces you are interested in is way harder then it needs to be. Also, somewhat fake merchandising to seem bigger than what it really is. Example: Just place all power holds in one place vs by just ONE color to add more pages and seem like such a big deal. Your not. Why? Because you are trying to hard to BE. Customers like myself who have the means get annoyed and go back to athleta and lulu. Keep it simple silly. It keeps gals like me coming back. Also? I think it's RUDE/SIZE racist I cannot get stuff that fits me in XXS on LIZZO's side of stuff created. I have a brain tumor. No I do not have an eating disorder. Some people actually are thin. Remember that when you only go to size "SMALL" in her line. What message are you trying to relay here have you ever thought about that? It goes BOTH WAYS.
Lastly?
In details of fabric? Being an ex figure skater we never ever EVER used any type of fabric backed with white backing. Elastic wear that is dark on the worn side and white on the inside, washed a few times (properly of course on warm/gentle no dryer) the moment you bend over it literally looks like you sat in snow or paint. Tell your customers if the fabric INSIDE IS WHITE! Since anyone who knows anything? Knows it's cheap, and it isn't worth the measly credit let alone the $49-69 range. Drives me NUTS!

I love everything from fabletics so far! It's always such high quality and the return process is so easy if I don't like how something fits on me. I love that they are constantly updating the styles and colors too!
I love fabletics so much but my only problem is the subscription.I would love to partner with fabletics or promote the brand. All the new collections are so bomb.
I love the quality and feel of the materials. The fabrics feel very smooth to the touch, so even in hot weather you don't feel like you're going to sweat through the clothing.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
