I called to discuss a canceled order and was provided with a few different options to choose from.
The rep took the time to look and discuss other options that best fit.
I got sick of receiving notification after notification of promos that only apply to new members. If you do find a deal, the stock is so limited. I got a few things that I wear around the house, but overall I was frustrated with the fake deals and low stock. Moving on.
Wasn't as great as I thought it'd be, the clothing was OK but the price wasn't worth it. Even with the credit I paid more than I thought I should. But the ability to pause and membership was nice.
The quality of the goods have changed. There are no cotton outfit any longer and only nylon. The colors are not vibrant and pretty any more. They are dark and very ordinary. Overall, nothing unique about the outfits.
This site is designed to blatantly pressure you into more and more and more. The entry offer is so enticing you start to look and add a few things to your cart. Then before you can checkout you have to skip the digital checkout line offers, which is annoying. Then there is the subscription service, which even if you "skip" like it says you can, it still charges you for the first month. Then you get so annoyed you just cancel the whole thing. But not before you have to spend your credit, lest you lose out on your auto $65 so you select and item that's meant to be free, but wait, now you have paid $75 once taxes and fees have been applied. Finally the item arrives and it's the lowest quality garbage you can imagine, that's not comfortable and looks as cheap as it feels. The whole thing is designed to charge you $200 before you realize what is going on and then you'll never look again.
Any big business that uses USPS(a government funded program) for standard shipping let alone anything to save a couple bucks at the customers' expense is a business that won't continue to get my money. There are better shipping companies available. All of them are faster, better, more efficient than the government funded and regulated USPS.
Limited availability of items in store makes it hard to use credits given that different items fit different, so its easier to buy when one can try items to make sure they fit well; or even buy something as a gift to someone
This store is probably the best in the west. The employees are so helpful and recognize regular clients as soon as they walk through the door. The amount of personalized service they offer is second to none and I only shop at this store for all my needs.
I have received my orders faster than expected or within the date expected. The quality is amazing and I have referred the products to others. I'm very satisfied with all of my items and I am looking forward to ordering more items.
I placed an order. It was shipped to the wrong address (my fault. I didn't notice the shipping address). It was never delivered and was returned to fabletics by usps. This was 2 months ago. They took a month to process it, then sent me an email saying I'd be refunded. I was never refunded or even credited to my account. I'm done
I had to get cancel my credit card and replace it because of this website. That said, the leggings were good. The trade-off isn't worth it to me though. Super stressful dealing with this site and everything related to it.
Not good quality of coat,bad clasp. Fur sheds. Short sleeves. Not warm at all.
9 or if 19 pieces came. When we called they didn't know how. The person didn't even want to remedy it. Have no idea how and when we will get those items. If we do a return, they will return money for only the pieces we received. What is sad is that they have very good product, just no service
I make a purchase of about 8 items - primarily undergarments. I really liked these items and they were the reason I reinstated my membership. Everything was fine until I received a notification my order was shipped and 4 items were cancelled. I would've appreciated the opportunity to cancel the order or purchase similar replacements rather than just shipping the rest of the order. Customer service reps were no help.
I bought these products for the price and for the pockets. The service was good, but there are only a couple styles I wanted. I thought the new styles might keep the pants from falling down, but meh, gravity really likes this fabric. But I do wear them sometimes, just because of the pockets!
I've been at Fabletics member for years and they always have amazing customer service. As long as you can remember to cancel Vip monthly it's great!
Overall I think the product is good. There are two problems with Fabletics that prevent me from being a regular customer:
1- My size is never available. It is always sold out.
2- If my size is available, which is either a small or extra small, I place an order and over 50% of the time I have to return it because it is either too big or too small. When I try to exchange for the next size, it is sold out.
Fabletics has the best stretch pants and shorts. They are thicker,have pockets, and prettier seam than LuluLemon. Not to mention, less expensive.
Bought a pair of shorts. Received notifications that it was shipped and in a state away. Two weeks goes by and no new notifications. I get ahold of customer service and they tell me that there was an issue with shipping and they sent it back. If I didn't get ahold of customer service and asked for an update, they would've sent the shorts back and kept my money. Not the first time having this type of issue with customer service. They refused to answer my questions and just have me the solution script that they are trained on. It didn't work. I closed my account and never shopping with them. I can careless for Fabletics.
The power hold leggings are the best! I have noticed the few newer pairs feel like a little different material though and I have a little hole in the knees of one that's only a few months old so that's disappointing. I love the style but there are a lot of tops I can't wear, I wish they had a few more non crop top type options!
I love my power hold leggings and the sport bras but all the tops I've got are always so short and it's just how they are. There are so many cute tops I'd like to order or don't because of the length, I can't wait for the crop top trend to be over. If there were better top options I wouldn't have canceled my membership.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
