I purchased several pairs of running shorts, but the quality seems to have gone done. The fabric of the shorts and shirt are like paper. Very disappointing as I bought shirts before love's them.

Always sell out of items. Do not get VIP credit. When you purchase all items, you should be able to give VIP credit on every purchase.
While the items that I purchased were fine and inexpensive, they weren't inexpensive if I knew there was going to be a monthly recurring charge as a "member."
I cancelled my membership and ate the first fee.
You have to buy clothes every month in order to offset the monthly over $50 membership fee. Who buys new clothes every month?

Everything I have ordered from FABLETICS has been high quality! I have a hard time keeping white shirts stain free, but the material FABLETICS uses comes clean every time!

I bought several pairs of shorts and 3 pairs of underwear. I am wearing the shorts just about exclusively. I wear them out, wear them around the house, and wear them to exercise. They are comfortable and stretchy. I wear a pair of the one shorts with the liner as a swimsuit. Very happy with the purchase.
There used to be so much more selection of color and cut and pattern. Now it just seems like they come out with a brand new pair of black leggings every month. Def not inspired to buy any more of those.
The products are generally good. They are comfortable and reasonably priced (on sale). The selection is almost always lacking. If you want black or gray and no designs, you are probably good. The problem is the customer support and shipping. Both shipments had issues and this last one had a slice right down the package, right down a pair of shorts. It's amazing that a knife even made it that close to a sealed package that had zero tape on it. Getting customer support is way harder than it needs to be. The first person dropped my chat when I didn't respond within 30 seconds. I'm not joking. I responded within the same minute and they closed the chat. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next agent. Horrible all the way around outside of the actual items you receive. 3 stars is a stretch, but I am wearing a pair of pants right now and I have to admit the product is good.
If you ever find the items anywhere but fabletics.com, you are probably going to be happy.
The City Creek team is always so wonderful. They're the most knowledgeable and kind sales people I've ever worked with. I get better service here than I do in some luxury brands. I recommend Fabletics to all of my friends... the quality product, and the wonderful customer service it make worth going into the store vs. shopping online.
The tops never fit right even when they added plus sizes & every month I was charged to my card even though I had went online to skip a month & you build up member rewards to only get left over stuff they probably could'nt sell.
There was a little delay in the delivery of this product, but I love the product and it fits so well!
It's almost the only brand I workout in. In my opinion, it beats the price of Lulu Lemon. It beats the quality of Nike. And the fit of the 365 leggings stays up. The only thing I would add would be drawstrings to the waists of the leggings.
My items have been sitting in a warehouse for over a week that is literally 20 mins from my home. My order was meant for my trip coming up that I now have to figure out what I will be wearing. No point in buying the clothes at a great price and quality if I never get to wear them.

Used OnTrac, cheap but incompetent, to deliver and shipment was lost. Customer service at Fabletics should be called customer abuse department. Totally unhelpful. Shipment showed up inside my locked mailbox two weeks later at which point I dropped my claim with my credit card company. Product I received was mediocre at best. Avoid this company at all cost.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
