I don't understand why you can't return their product and get a larger or smaller size from their app. There is always a mess up and then my order gets canceled and then I need to pay for shipping again or I am too late and I don't receive the product. I wish things were the same with their sizing but it's not.
I unsubscribed and ended with fable-tics WEEKS ago. If I continue to get emails i will be getting legal representation to file a lawsuit. I have video evidence of me unsubscribing but yet still continuing to get emails from fable-tics like this one.

The membership pricing is confusing and leaves the member wondering if they really paid the price marked. On the order page it shows member price. On final order page it shows original price. Then subtotal. Then overall discount not individual discount. So you never really know how much you paid for each item especially if you do large orders. Plus the tariffs charge was ridiculous and almost made me cancel before each order. Felt like that was a sneaky up charge. The whole process was convoluted!
I ordered a body suit and the stitching came undone as soon as I tried it on. Customer service told me to send it back for a replacement and I only have 7 days to do so. I mailed it back weeks ago and I still do not have the replacement. I emailed customer service again and received an automated response that they will no longer be using emails for customer service. I have NEVER heard of such a thing.
The credit that is automatically charged monthly for the membership is only applied as partial payment to certain items. If your credit is higher than 1 item you want to purchase, you can't add another item to complete the credit amount because the full credit gets applied to the single item.
On a separate order I placed, I had an issue with the shipping. The package seemed to have been delivered, but I did not receive the package. I then emailed to request help with the lost package, but I was told to contact the carrier; The carrier stated I should contact Fabletics, which I did, but got no response; So now I'm shot the credit and do not have the item I purchased. I have already cancelled the membership due to this lack of customer service.
Purchased a space in the lot, but when I arrived, there was not 1 single space remaining, and there was also another vehicle that was driving around looking for a spot. Not sure how it works with it saying that a spot is guaranteed, yet none were available.
There was something on the rewards shop, not working. Customer service was friendly and efficient and got it handled right away for me.
I was previously a member and enjoyed stocking up on my activewear. After losing a lot of weight I needed to invest in smaller sizes so I joined again and have been enjoying the new colors and bundles.
The quality of the product has declined. Probably due to cost measure savings. The fact that you have to join the club and potentially get charge $60 a month if you forget to skip the month is a deterrent. There are better options.
I ordered underwear the package never came the post office sent it back I tryed re order my underwear an you were sold out.
I had been a member years ago and felt the quality was a bit less consistent this time around. I also could never understand how it made sense when there were these huge sales (fairly often) and my member credit would count the same as something of lesser value (bc of the sale). There wasn't a credit or ability to tack on extra stuff. It didnt seem equal to what I was paying per month and then I had to pay shipping. Also I wish the sports bras had the ability to adjust the size of back and shoulders.
For several weeks now, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I have tried to go to the Fabletic website but the images are loading very slooooow. After a few attempts, I get frustrated and give up not purchasing anything at all. I know that there may be busy times when the website is overloading but I have tried different times of the day or week.
My initial order was placed in January 25 after waiting exactly 4 weeks with no package I reached out to the company for a reorder which took another several weeks
The $60 credits are a complete scam. When using the website to purchase items with credits, often times you are using a credit to purchase an item that does not cost $60. This is dishonest and stealing.
I placed an order For myself and two separate orders for a total of 3. My daughters received their packages but my packages were returned. I received a couple of emails saying my items were returned and I have no idea why. To make matters worse, my credits hang not been refunded.
For the past years, I have been a member of Fabeletics because they never disappoint. My friends and family always compliment me on my active wear.
I didn't like the pillow I thought it was to thin and could not sleep on my side with just that pillow.
Your website and product is great. You purposely make skipping a month difficult. When you send out an email about using the monthly credit or skipping, I should have the skip button on that email and not have to search for it on my Account. Every month this is frustrating to have to take time to do this, making me do this doesn't make me want to see things to buy, it just makes me want to cancel the membership,
Without fail every time I go to the Fabletics store at the Garden State Plaza every staff member is always a pleasure. I always have great experiences whenever I go there. They are amazing at customer service… kudos to you guys
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
