Placed an order and waited 3 weeks. When I tried to find out what happened I was told that order had been returned!
I called and spoke with a representative who refunded my money but I never received any other information regarding my account.
Cancelled my membership.
I've been shopping at fabletics for years. This is the second time they've sent me the wrong item. I was told they were going to correct the issue and send me the correct items. After weeks of waiting, nothing came. I asked them what the issue was and they said they were waiting for me to send back the items. I was planning on doing that after I got the correct items. I didn't think they were going to hold on to the items I paid for until I corrected their wrong. After back and forth, they didn't feel the need to do anything for me. They offered me nothing for this ongoing negative experience.
Love Fabletics quality! I'm an active wearing girlie so their clothes are unbeatable because I can dress up or dress down items. And absolutely obsessed with the colorways they come out with!
I started buying Fabletics for my girlfriend last Christmas and she loves everything that I get her from here and when I had to return or exchange things that didn't fit her there was no problems and when I had an issue and needed to talk to customer service they were very polite and got my account fixed in no time

Sizing with items are completely inaccurate, that is if you can actually order what you want. Most of the best outfits are completely out of stock in matching items, with no restock timeframe. Credits have expired, so you're paying for nothing instead of accumulating something for your money. Also, many items around $30-$40 take up one member credit, so you're still loosing about $30 on each order. Complete waste of money.
I love Fabletics and I love their membership perks as well, my entire family uses my Fabletics account and wears Fabletics on the daily. I have leggings from you guys that I've had for four years and they STILL are in perfect condition. It's like, I don't even have to buy leggings anymore because they never wear or tear on me, good thing you guys have other stuff :D
Overall it's good. I like that I can skip an unlimited amount of months. The clothes last a long time. Sometimes the sizing is off and I think the prices are ok.
I love my uniforms, fits well and comfortable. My athletics wear are stylish and very relaxed fitting. Also I buy on sale which is always within my budget
I'm not fully satisfied however the uniforms are not too fitted l( printing out an entire figure) thus making the fitting relaxed
I was very surprised when my credit card was charged 59.00 each month. I called to find out the reason why. I was told that it was for my membership. I asked what membership. They told me that I was automatically enrolled and I am being billed 59.00 per month. I let them know that that does not make any sense. Here I was purchasing an outfit once or perhaps twice a year, and I was being charged almost 720.00 a year, for a membership which I never authorized.
Doing that is very much illegal. So I asked them to release me from that membership.
Every purchase I make from Fabletics has been difficult.
1. I have to call about not receiving my merchandise. 2. My package is always sent to the wrong address, at an LA post office. I live in NY. 3. I have to call them every time, just to hear them tell me that my item is no longer in stock. 4. They will never call me to say that the item is out of stock, yet they have my money.
I hope that no one else have such bad service from this company.
It's frustrating when shopping online and the finding most item out of stock. If they are out of stock why enve list them on the site.
Great! I 💜 these! They last forever because I do not put them in the dryer. I hang dry them. They look and feel brand new. Thanks for making such a great pair of leggings. I Highly recommend!

When you find your size, order it. Otherwise, you will not get the things you would like to have. Available sizes seems to be a problem for Fabletics.
I'm a larger woman, I purchased several items from fabletics. I ended up giving them all away. Nothing fit me. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the items.
Not the quality I was assuming it was. Clothing was lower quality than 32degrees and the bag's zipper broke the third use.
Didn't get entire order. Getting charged every month for nothing. Advertised sales aren't what is actually available to you.
I love Fabletics products, probably a little too much ha. Their athleisure brand is comfortable, stylish, high quality at very reasonable price.
I had an order for a set of scrubs that said it would be delivered within a couple days, the order took almost 40 days and I called customer service to ask them where the package was (as it said delivered like 2 or 3 times) and they said ""sometimes in life we just have to deal with it". My response was pretty much just asking them why they thought that was appropriate to say? There should be some sort of checks and balances in place to avoid that, OR at least set the expectation that it would be 30+ day delivery. I cancelled my subscription immediately following and no one asked why or even cared that they were losing a customer.
Tbh the VIP membership model is pretty annoying but as long as you stay on top of that, the products are 👍
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
