The staff who work for Fabletics are great, however, I've been a member of Fabletics for five years and the quality of clothing had gone down. Leggings are getting more and more see through, cuts of the same shirt and size are off, the fabric doesn't hang well on most bodies, and shorts are splitting a few weeks after wearing. I'm sure COVID had something to do with the supply chain. I've had to return all orders in the past two years.
Scrubs are amazing and affordable. Runs a little smaller, may need to size up if you are voluptuous.
Bought a bundle pack of bras. The material is not as comfortable as previous purchases. Very suffocating feeling

The leggings fit so well and wash easily. I still wear my first pair that I bought a couple years ago. I am on a limited income, therefore I can only buy when they are on sale. As for the other clothes, I am 67 yrs old, and not quite built to wear the tops. Highly recommend!
Not what I expected at all. I thought that the leggings would be more soft and have more stretch.
Shirt is tight & has no give at all. Pants are comfortable but all the material is to thick. I won't buy another pair of scrubs
From my first purchase to my most recent purchase I have not been let down by any aspect of the brand, from style to quality. The design functionality has been a huge selling point for me. Long story short, I'm highly satisfied.
Love Fabletics, I've streamlined my yoga practice with a new wardrobe. Love the matching bras …. I do find I need to size up for comfort.
Great styles and lots of sales. I had to explore sizes not used to. I think they run small. I sized up on the pants. Then I had to size down for a jacket. Love the availability of bras …. Lots of styles and colors….

I made my first purchase from Fabletics for an overseas trip - a pair of water resistant pants for $80. I had to create an account to purchase them (which was annoying...just take my money!) & was barraged with messages about signing up for their VIP program to get the pants for $20. I opted to pay $80 for the 2X pants. They arrived & were too big, so I took them into a local store to exchange them for a 1X (in hopes that I could try on the 1X). They didn't have them in stock, so they said they'd do the exchange for me & have the 1X shipped to me. Cool. Then she was like, "Oh, you got them for the VIP price. They're $90." No, ma'am. Long story short, she said she'd honor my $80 price via a store credit adjustment. Then she tried to sell me the VIP program. I said no. She persisted. I told her I'd opt to remain a peasant. She didn't think I was funny. So we got the deal done, & I eventually received the 1X pants in the mail...which were too snug. (Why is there such a huge leap between these sizes?) So I gave up, bought my needed pants from another retailer, & submitted for a return for the Fabletics pants. I received an email saying the deed is done & find that they've issued me a store credit. Come to find out, because that straight-faced lady at the store did some magic adjustment to honor the original price, the return was only eligible for a store credit...since this 2nd pair of pants was "bought" with a "store credit." I ended up spending over 4 hours trying to get in contact with an agent to request an actual monetary refund. I finally received the paper check in the mail. So yeah. Given that first experience with Fabletics, I'm not signing up for a second experience.
I am a nurse and thought I would try a set of the scrubs since my mandatory color for my unit was available. I usually buy another comparable brand, same material & price range. I purchased one set & I loved them more than my old brand. I like the fit, wrinkle free & a little cheaper than my old brand. I bought several more sets. My only complaint- the VIP status. You have a great product. Just sell it as is. Please don't complicate it!
The last 4 times I tried to access the site it was down.
Great design and fantastic materials. I enjoy wearing Fabletics at the gym, home, and in town. Practically anywhere.

I love fabletics but the only downside is the shipping is way too long. It's a bit ridiculous.

The products are great they just vary in size for some reason. I order the 3X and the shirts were all different lengths. Now this didn't stop me from ordering their shorts which are fantastic. The price per moth for their "membership " is a bit steep also. By the way it's not the easiest to cancel said membership so keep that in mind.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
