I think this is a good value but larger sizes can be limited.
Been very pleased with my Fabletics purchases. Look sharp and stylish with active wear!
Kind quality products and efficient service! Always the best!
Quality products and kind efficient service, information on products are very kind and reliable
Bought some running shorts on sale and are satisfied with the quality
Great shipping, pricing and quality.
I will shop again.
Best lasting leggings I have ever used in my life; love them
This is my second go around with them. I like their products but there is always a catch to become a member. I will be dropping it for $60 dollars a month. I do think their products are good not great and their deals are ok. They get you on the membership and the sales don't always work in the customers favor.
Terrible customer service and part of order cancelled with no notice. Current order has yet to arrive.
I was greeted before I was fully through the door, told that everything was 25% off and that if I spent $200 I would receive an additional $50 off- the rep was engaging and happy to be there and made the experience very pleasant
The sales prices for new VIP orders was excellent. However, all shirts had to be sent back for small sizes as sizing guide led me to believe I needed shirts larger than I normally wear, so purchase true to size rather than going my size guide. Return process was very easy with drop off at UPS. Disappointed that options/sizes go quickly and had to pick different than what I originally purchased in my return.
I really would recommend fabletics scrubs to everyone because the quality is amazing, they are very comfortable and relaxing feels like you don't have on scrubs.
My husband and I ordered swimsuits, shorts, and a cabana shirt. Everything fit amazingly and it was very good quality. The only thing I wish was different is that all sizes would be restocked in a timely fashion. It takes a long time to find something you like in a specific size.
The materials are very comfortable but they(shorts/shirts) just fit weird. The only thing I actually wear is the jogger pants. Also, had no idea they were going to charge me monthly until my wife told me about that part. Seems kinda sketchy. I'm 5'10" 185lbs athletic build for reference
I have the fabletics membership for 3 plus years now. It's a great program, I pay a monthly fee and shop every six months with my credits. The clothing is very comfortable and stylish. You can't beat the price on their monthly deals.
It seems really difficult to understand and use your credits and cash back money.
Not really sure the benefit of membership, feel like I can get most of the stuff cheaper than what a credit buys me each month just waiting for one of their million sales. I've been overcharged the last two times, they advertise "2 for" a certain price, discount one and charge full price on the other. I have gotten refunds but shouldn't have to. The worst is they use a second rate shipping service called Ontrac, always shipping issues…deliver to the wrong address, always some excuse for delays and regularly show up on a weekend to a business address to further delay arrival. My last order still has not arrived from 10 days ago. Red white and blue for the 4th which is today…NOT HERE! Dave the money and frustration, they just don't have there sh&t together!
A lot of fake advertising and promotions. Whenever I see an AD and try to find the items on the website its not there/available. A lot of the same things in different colors, but not a lot of styles. Sizes are definitely off as well- I don't ever remember being a large, only at Fabletics. Might cancel my membership and go somewhere else
Your membership is an obvious attempt to give customers a bad deal. You can buy the outfits already put together which don't include much of your entire line or you can get ONE item which almost never equates to what was paid for the credit. While I generally like the clothes the bad taste from the membership scam makes me hesitate to buy.
I enjoy when I get my reminder email at the first of every month to purchase an outfit from Fabletics. I don't worry about fit or quality and find it to be a treat for myself that I look forward to
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
