I love the comfort of the leggings. For working out, sitting around the house or going out to an event. I also appreciate the design as I am very curvy with a small waist. The leggings always fit without the gap in the waist and Im not constantly having the come down in the back when I workout or sit down. I have. Been a customer for 3 years and enjoy the benefits of the VIP discounts.
I have come to really like and enjoy your clothing. I am trying new things, referring your site to others. I am how ever very unsatisfied with shipping. I payed extra for 2 to 3 day shipping and still did not receive my package for 6 days. I will not pay for shipping again and just wait out the time to get my purchases. I absolutely love the quality of clothes. BUT every time I look for my monthly collection there is nothing in stock. I love the variety of stuff they have on the site. They just never have anything I want available to purchase.

I been with fabletics maybe 2 years and I literally have everything that I want. Need new products the past 6 months I just been getting random items because a person can get everything they would want with a 6 month membership

The item came quickly. The mobile app isn't very responsive but I still was about to find and order what I wanted. The fit is perfect I just have to remember to order small tank tops. The shorts and jogger are awesome.

My order has never arrived... The tracking number showed that it was delivered but it never got delivered... I called the customer service and they are not in the US... in Philipines... Well, the woman i spoke to- barely speaks English-- I gave her my address - she did not get it right... so it was shipped again to the wrong address... I called Cust Service again-- nobody is in the US! If Kate Hudson is really associated with this company -- too bad for her and all the customers that she misleads. I did not know that the company out Philipines will be charging my credit card-- now they have all the info... they will never transfer you to customer service within US-- SCAM!
Prices are way higher than they use to be and the monthly credit does not cover anything anymore so not sure what the point of it is. I placed a few orders and the delivery took forever, and the quality of the items does not seem to be as good as a few years ago.

I cannot find the location on the website to cut off the monthly debit that I had no idea was going to be done until it happened in a subsequent month when I bought nothing. The clothing is OK, but the sneaky monthly stuff is $#*!ty. Can you help me? You have my name and my email. Help me.

Would recommend the shorts and boxers, but the joggers were not as good. A bit pricy too
I lived in Colorado over the summer in an apartment. I ordered shorts twice and never got them in the mail. First time I messed up with the address (I was still getting used to sending packages to the building). But the second time, nothing was wrong and I still never received anything on my doorstep or in any nearby package facilities. I was VERY appreciative when they said they'd send it again on my mistake but was disappointed when I never did anything wrong and ended up missing out.

I have been a VIP member with Fabletics for about 8 months. I really like the quality of the products they sell and have not had any issues with any of their items. The only problem that I have is most of the items I want to purchase are never in stock.

Long story short, They charged me for an order I was trying to place with my credit point. Went to the cart and purchased the pair. My credit didn't, which was my fault I thought it would automatically apply when I confirmed my order. I spoke with them and they said they would reimburse but lose the credit, which is fair. So the order was shipped and I had a charge on my card. When asked they said it was for the pair I was refunded on. So basically I ordered a pair, that i was charged for, then refunded and credit used, only to be charged the full amount on the day it was shipped. Customer service was horrible and I was given the run around. Spoke to 4 different agents and then was told they would email me. Suprise! They didn't. So I cancelled my membership

Customer service is terrible and quality of the products are subpar. You would get better clothing even at Old Navy, Ross, etc. Tried to cancel membership to no avail and will be reporting to BBB and bank.
Items are frequently out of stock, so many of the items I have wanted are never available for purchase. I feel that some items are not true to size. I also find returns or exchanges difficult. These are the reasons I stopped shopping Fabletics. The mediums I ordered looked like they were for a pre-teen so I sent back all for larges. Now I am stuck with leggings that are too large. I didn't call back and bother running through the gamut of trying to exchange again. It's too time consuming and I don't have time to waste.

I bought two lovely pairs of discounted leggings and 2 tops. Very pleased with purchase until 2 weeks later the company had 'taken' the discounted amount from my bank account and 'credited' my VIP Fabletics account. I clearly did not read the small print - maybe one of the drawbacks of buying from a phone. I contacted the company and managed to stop any further payments but they will not refund my money. I am reluctant to buy anything further because I feel mislead but they have my money! I feel that I have been stolen from.
I ordered my items Wednesday April 3rd, I paid for express shipping (2-3 day shipping) and here it is April 8th and I still haven't received it. I would like my money back on the shipping cost of 15 bucks. Regular shipping said 6-10 days, so for it to be 5 days already I could have got free shipping.

Commonly out of stock in most popular color options. It had a lot of availability on ugly colors/patterns and light colors that will get dirty easily. Wish they had decent stock in all sizes and color options.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
