I ordered 2 leggings on sale didn't know I would be charge monthly for the "VIP"sale, didn't like the pants i ordered sent them back still no refund after 3 weeks they said will take another 9 days from here. I did receive the monthly refund back to my acct now I'm waiting on the refund for the hideous pants I returned! Won't ever shop there again!
After canceling my membership because the clothes were cheap and didn't fit (I nearly had to cut them off my calves), I came to found out that the six "credits" I had in my account with a cash value of $299 could not be used. Absolutely criminal! I should add that I had to call 3 times to cancel my membership. I kept getting "disconnected."
This brand is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! They make you blindly sign up for their VIP program when you make a one-time purchase. This stupid program charges your card $50 a month! Their customer service is utter garbage and completely useless, especially when trying to cancel your unwanted membership. I wish this brand nothing but continued failure for scamming so many people.

Initial order process was very quick and easy. Ended up having to wait several weeks before getting my initial order and could not login to the website to track my order - my account didn't exist.
I finally did get my order but the shorts were longer than what I had orders. Tried to call to exchange and was told they were out of inventory and tried to get me to sign up for a membership as well.
I ended up canceling all together. I figured what I spent was a sunk cost.
I experienced an overwhelming number of e mails and had to opt out as well.
Overall the product was okay I just think they might be symptoms of a new company trying to optimize their experience. Might give it another try in a couple of years.

My order showed up with different sized inseam. My joggers were noticeably different lengths. I tried to return for refund but have a credit instead. I spend money on quality - not a fan of cheap clothing that has not been inspected for quality.

Always a good experience with these folks. Their Only pants/shorts may be the best casual dress pant/short on the market...and whenever you can get a deal on them, take advantage if it.
Lately on the first of the month the site refuses to allow me to "skip the month" so I have to keep returning to attempt to skip the month and often it does not work until the 4th of the month. This is scummy behaviour as they're hoping I will forget to come back and then they can charge my account.

I love the leggings but Ive only worn and washed twice and already there are two small holes in them. I'm disappointed that I spent so much on them. I love Powerhold but they need to be better for normal wear and tear.

I signed up recently. I missed the cutoff day to go in and review the outfits. I received my credit of 49.95. I ordered a pair of leggings and it was less than 49.95. So i apparently paid for 2 items for last month. So I was dissapointed. I had to walk into Del Amo store and ask more questions. The lady helped and explained how it works again.

They get you to join VIP for good deals but as soon as you try and cancel after your purchase they say your order will be canceled as well. They prey on people forgetting about their monthly charges. Don't spend your money here

Took longer than expected to receive the goods. One of the goods, the tank top, was way too small (I am a large at every other brand) and was disappointed by the delay in shipping and the way that that the shirts fit me, when I was looking for a good new brand to turn to.

I bought three products because of a promotion I saw on Instagram. I got the product and they are okay, but apparently I signed up also for a membership of 54,95 euros a month. I never saw where this was written (if it was) and never even got emails confirming this or anything like that. I've talked to the support and cancelled the membership, but the person answering would't answer any of the other questions I had. Awful experience, expensive, horrible customer support, and all that for nothing then an okay product. I wasn't expecting such a dirty scheme from such a company.

I ordered the 24.95 special. The items were too big so I called to get an exchange they sent me a shipping label and I return the items and I was told to order new items they charged me twice and I called about this. 4 times I called and was told different things each time. I have repeatedly asked for my money back. To date I it's still have not had my money back. I just spoke to a supervisor and he hung up on me and said he would not be issuing me a refund
I am so disgusted with this company my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau

Fabletics used to be great, but then the membership changed and now it just doesn't make sense. I keep skipping the month waiting for the black Friday sale, but it seems that when other sales come on (ex: labour day) the sales don't really help members. It doesn't make sense to me that credits and sales can't really be used together, and it makes me feel unvalued as a long-time customer. I love the fabletics clothes, but hate the company.

Had 2 packages go missing through the shipping process. Tried to reach out for help but they were very unhelpful and said that the responsibility to figure out where my package is is on me. I was left on read with messages about the situation. I did get my money back for some of it (even that process wasn't gonna go smoothly and they were gonna give me not enough money back but I made sure that gave me what I was entitled to) but I will never be shopping here again. I have one more credit to use and then I'm done (not sure if my package will get here or not).

Bought a trial pair of underwear and they fall way short of comfort and feel. The selection of underwear is beyond poor. I'm a big guy and the description of sizes is poor. To make things worse is that I was charged $54 twice on my PayPal account for items that I never ordered. I would never buy from you again!

I have purchased products from Fabletics many times over the years — always reading the customer reviews to check on sizing and materials. I have only had to return products once over the years — and it was easy and the customer service was excellent! Fabletics was my introduction to online shopping — and I have not looked back…….

The fact that I have to choose between using my own money charged in a previous month or get the sale promo is a scam. That's my money and I should be able to use it regardless of promotional pricing! As soon as I find out how to get my money back or am able to actually spend it towards something that's not a complete ripoff, I will be completely done with fabletics.

I've had an awesome experience with fabletics. The workout gear is comfortable and functional. I love that there are always new styles coming out to fit so many shapes and sizes. The fabrics are soft and supportive for working out. Even the sleepwear is insane! The couple of times I've had an issue with a delivery or size, customer service has been responsive and really kind. I couldn't be happier with them!

I put in my first order. It took three weeks to get my order. Nothing fit, it's OK it was my first time. Put in the return order for credit. One of four items was shipped as a replacement, even though I wanted the credit. The item that was shipped as a replacement never arrived. Although tracking said delivered. Turns out the item was returned to their warehouse. I was never notified or issued a credit or refund. 2 and a half months later, I finally get on the phone with them and get the information that it was returned to their warehouse. I am offered a refund. But what really gets under my skin is I was never informed that this item was returned to them, how would I know without going out of my way to get a refund processed. Very disappointing, months of stress and headaches. It's unfortunate their e-commerce seems very very poorly run, especially for a company that is suppose to specialize in this, and I work in the industry.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
