Do not EVER order from FabKids. I ordered these clothes on November 27th, and just recieved a package today. What did I recieve instead of my kids Christmas clothing? A pair of stilleto knee high boots that are longer than my legs.
They are saying the only solution is to reship the items. However, it won't make it to my house before Christmas...
That is such a waste. My kids will out grow the clothing by next Christmas. How could you as a company mess up and not either expedite shipping or refund the customer?

My daughter was very excited to try FabKids because they have some really cute options. The first order we placed arrived within a week, and the clothes were cute as pictured however they started to fade after one wash! Her leggings are already torn at the knee after only a couple months of wear. The second order we placed on Nov 21 still has not arrived. We've been charged, but no order has been delivered. Every time I contact them I am told "shipping delays" are the reason, and to contact them in a few more days. Every time, they add more days. At this point I figure I am never going to see an order or be refunded. Steer clear of this company! We switched to KidBox and have had MUCH better service.

I ordered shoes on the 4th and it said online if u order by the 7th it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas im on the phone now 30 mins for them to tell me my items wont b here till the 28th because an I quote " the pandemic" did they call me and say this NO I have to call wait 20 mins for them to tell me my items wont arrive till after Christmas! Wait another 15 min to speak to a supervisor oh they are having technical difficulties and cant connect me. Then they hang up on me! Buy from amazon this company is a joke!

I ordered shoes on the Justfab and Fabkids sites. Never ever again. You can't track your order, they lie about shipping times (5-9 days is actually 20 days, even when you pay extra,) and you cannot get your money back unless you haven't received your shoes by the end of the year. Crap site. Should have known. I bet they won't fit if we ever get them.

I order two items from FabKids. I received a tracking number within a few days. The items reached my state and was in some limbo for 6 days. Then it said delivered when it was not. Called FabKids and they indicated that Lasership were suppose to take pictures when they make a delivery which did not happened. They told me to wait 72 hours to see if the package turns up. Of course the package did not show up. Called FabKids back and they refuse to issue a full refund now that one of the items is out of stock. I mean what a load of $#*!! I would never order anything from these people. What am I suppose to do with a store credit. Buyer beware.

Do not EVER order from this company again. I was told 3 different delivery dates for 1 order. I placed an order December 1st and was told I couldn't get a refund until after December 22nd. I am livid at this point!

Ordered my daughter 2 pairs of shoes on 12/1 and says they shipped 12/2 but have yet to receive them. Also apparenrly didnt read the fine print about being charged $40 for VIP. I did like the fact that it was easy to cancel the subscription! Just wish shipping was better.

Thought I was getting a great deal for being a first time customer. Less than two weeks later, I realized my credit card had been charged $39.95 for their VIP club. I recreated a fake purchase to go in and see what the fine print showed, and sure enough, there was something on the SIDE of the checkout box saying that I had to buy something once a month or my credit care would be charged, in exchange for the great deal I got on my first order. I will not be buying from FabKids again. Yes, I could've read the fine print, but never in my life has there been small print next to my PLACE ORDER box telling me that I'm agreeing to be in their VIP club WITH A FEE, without a checkbox telling me I had to agree to those terms. I'm just glad I was watching my credit card, or this charging my card crap might've gone on for months unbeknownst to me. STAY AWAY!
Upon reading lots of other reviews, I'm not the only person with a complaint about the charges they make on people's credit cards without their consent. They must be making a lot of money doing this, otherwise WHY would they deal with all the angry people asking for the charges to be reversed? If they weren't deceitfully making money this way, they would make it VERY CLEAR to people that they are agreeing to join their VIP club just by making a purchase!
Update: Customer service was quick to issue a refund and hopefully cancel my membership (unless "refund my money, I never would've signed up for this if I'd realized that's what I was doing" didn't clearly indicate that I no longer (and never did) want to be a VIP member. As of now, I will say their customer service is good, but I did suggest that they revamp their website to make it clear to people what they are signing up for!

My order shipped 11/22/2020, called 12/10/2020 and was told the shoes would be here 12/11/2020. So here I am on hold with no shoes. I've never had an order take so long. Also the shipping does not actually update, so it has told me it was in the same location for the past week. Starting to wonder if this a scam site. The annoying this is I ordered this for a Christmas gift and figured ordering in November would give plenty of time...
Edit finally received the shoes 2 boys 2 girls on December 29th after shipping on the 22nd of November and the shoes are great! Did not receive in time for Christmas, but my kids love them.
