I find it very hard to accept the fact that we pay a monthly fee to be apart of the membership, all for Fabkids to use some cheap, second hand shipping company. That doesn't get you your merchandise on time.

My order was delayed and I received it after my daughter was out of school so the Christmas mask set didn't get used. Not to mention I had to buy her a set of pajamas for PJ day. I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving and received on December 20. When I contacted customer service nothing was done and I received a 10 coupon off a 50 order.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never wrote a review on anything until now. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my niece 3 WEEKS before Christmas. Called over 4 times sat on hold and got the same BS excuse that they were shipped. I SENT THESE RUSH 2-3 DAY SHIPPING. 3 WEEKS LATER NEVER RECEIVED THE SNEAKERS. Never even gave me refund of any kind!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my toddler on December 4th, 2020, they have been sitting in a town 4 hours from me since December 17th, 2020, I called to get carrier information so I could file a case with the carrier, I was told it was USPS and given a tracking number. I then looked up the tracking number and it says it's still in Fabkids's possession, so I called back to see about a refund do I can just go buy my son some badly needed shoes, THEY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE! I'm glad I used PayPal because I opened a case through them!

Service at all or shipping products i believe there is something very shady about how you have to purchase read everything before purchasing and signing memberships you can only get a credit and then if you repurchase you are charged the higher price if you don't keep the membership

I ordered on 30 Nov 2020, my order shipped on 2 Dec and the last update was 11 Dec. I inquired about it last week (the last shipping update had my package at a facility 6.5 hours away). I was told if it didn't arrive by the 21st to get back with FABKIDS as it was still within the shipping window. I did and now they tell me they has 20 business days and to not expect if until after Christmas (no shipping update). I gave it 2 stats because customer service was polite and cancelled my membership immediately when I asked. However, I could not remove my credit card information and contact them again. Now they tell me they will call me back within 24 hours so I can have my credit card removed. I definitely will NOT be doing business with FABKIDS again. Oh, there customer support people are not within the US or Canada, but they did assure me the main headquarters are located in both the US and Canada.

I ordered my baby shoes 12/06/2020 and was informed the shoes will be here by the 16 which is 10 days here it's 12/20/2020 and no shoes when I went to track my order it say it's been in Atlanta for four days which I stay four hours away from them it really make no sense how they lie and want give you a refund on something you not gonna receive for the day you need it for then they feel Comfortable lying about the shipping to get you to shop but not thinking about the customer who have to spend extra money to replace what we didn't receive y'all suck and I will never ever shop with y'all after I receive my baby stuff I want the whole account deleted
