These folks are truly awful. Spoke to customer service who could not have cared less that they sent me the wrong product, couldn't tell me when I'd get the right product. Was like speaking to a robot. Avoid avoid avoid!

I will never shop with FABKIDS again! I do not recommend them they take over a month to even consider delivering and no updates as to when packages will be delivered! I had to cancel and wait a week until they can process the return! Damn shame my kids were looking forward to their shoes!

For VIP. They charge you $39.95 a month if you don't shop. They will not refund it or let you cancel. Until you buy something else. I do have screen shot of them telling me that..

I've been a member for awhile now. I recently ended my membership.
I was no longer finding a good variety of clothes for my daughters, the quality was never the best when I did find stuff.
Things are way over priced. Definitely not worth the $29.95 a month.

I am a subscriber and have been for a while. I like that o can go and use my credit when i wish. But what i am kind of disappointed about is when there are good deals and i want to use my credit, i dont get the deal. I have to use a credit or more to purchase it. Being that we are "VIP" members, we should be able to use our credit and get the sale price.

Don't buy they automatically sign you up for 40 a month charge and then lie to you about the refund called on Jan 12 and told refund would be in my account in 5-7 days 21 days latter called and told it had never been processed! Was again told it was processed case # ******* and now waiting to see if they are going to lie to me a second time

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
