I've requested multiple times to stop having monthly charges and yet, still getting charged.
Your clothes continue to shock me at how poor the quality is. Things don't fit my kid properly and after wearing the shoes a handful of times, there are already broken straps. Ridiculous.
Refund any and all monthly charges immediately and close my account. No excuses. Email me a confirmation.
My wife a year ago ordered shoes for my kids on this site. I then was getting bank alerts of 2x$30 charges on my card from them. She called to cancel but they told her that she has to spend the current balance. She then spent the credits and canceled, but I still was receiving $60 charges on my bank card. They then told her that they will cancel but again she has to spend the credits. She did as told, canceled and I was charged another $60 this month. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Buy from them or you will be charged every month. I have tried talking to them myself, but they told me only my wife can cancel even though it's my bank card that it's under. I'm super frustrated with their service and they should definitely be checked out by the BBB.

I love everything on fabkids from the clothing to accessories, and shoes. I am a frequent buyer and my kids love everything that I have ordered from fabkids. The quality of the clothing and shoes material is always superb. Stitching of the dresses is always perfect. Shoes are very comfortable and trendy. Sizes are always try to fit and sometimes little bit bigger which I always prefer as kids grow really fast and they need bigger size with in few months. I'm a happy customer and will keep buying stuff from fabkids whenever they have good deals.

Don't pay for the $14.95 Express Shipping! It's a scam! When you pay, the express shipping option for an extra $14.95 shows that it'll arrive in 2-3 DAYS. However when you get the email confirmation, the express shipping shows that it'll arrive in 6-14 DAYS (same as if you didn't pay $14.95). You don't get your order any faster AND you don't get the $14.95 refunded.

Bad website and customer service. I ordered two shoes size 9 but I received one shoe size 9 and the other one size 7. I called customer service it was their mistake and It was a gift for my nephews (Twins), they told me I have to exchange but the mother doesn't drive and she can't leave the home for personal matter but they didn't care and they didn't help and It was there mistake. I am a VIP member they need at least to have had another option for VIP members especially it's their mistake but they didn't care. Now, I paid for a shoe that I won't use for the child and I waste money for nothing and it's their mistake! I am so mad and I don't like to deal with this website again.

These shoes seem really cheap my daughters were so excited for them to come one of the four pairs I ordered the gems fell off of them in the bag before they even went on a foot. Super disappointed.
