So according to the delivery services representative (Ontrac) my package was delivered to my address. Yet I have nothing! I have been home all day waiting for my package and as soon as it shows delivered I run outside to see where they are and nothing. Mind you I have the ring camera/ doorbell and no one ever came to my door! I ask neighbors who were outside and no one seen any deliveries made. I only have 3 neighbors a total of 4 doors in my apartments and none of us received my package! I'm very upset and will never order from fab kids again! I will warn everyone of the unprofessional delivery services of ontrac and the fraud of fab kids! I will be calling my bank for my money back and block fab kids for taking monthly v. i. p payments! Very upset!

The mobile site is slow and awkward to navigate it's always so jumpy. Customer service tries to help but are limited by the company themselves. I've had one problem after the other from the site not letting me put in my correct zip code; leading to me not being able to purchase with credit card. To exchanging items telling me I can get the exact item just in a smaller size to it being out of stock after I've returned the item that I would have just kept if I'd known I couldn't get the smaller size. To being told well you can purchase it when it gets back in stock why can't you just send it out to me then when it gets restocked?! The shoes and clothes we get from here I love, my kids love, and we've never been upset with the quality but the headache of dealing with the company has me wondering why purchase with them when Amazon makes everything so easy and has amazing customer service. If everything fits so you don't have to deal with hoping you actually get your exchange and if they ever get the zip code thing figured out (it's been 3 years and even suggests the correct zip to ship to) they'd be a great company but until they get their issues fixed they seriously are horrible to order from. Just wish their service matched their product quality.

When you buy once from them they automatically take 50$ every month from you even if you dont buy! They got me and i could not have my money back. And the shoes are cute but they do not lasts they are sheap. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER DONT BUY THERE!

This is the SECOND package that's either lost or extremely late. I've ordered 4 times from FabKids, the fourth time being this recent order. That's 50%. What grade would you give yourself? Your customer service this time was a joke. I still haven't recieved a confirmation email saying that anything was even documented. I ordered on September 13,2021. I first had a delivery date of September 22, then it delayed to the 27th, and now on September 29th the carrier doesn't even know where my package is and neither does customer service. 2 lost packages out of 4 orders in a year? I'll be passing on you guys from now on, so disappointing.

I am writing this review wondering where the hell the items I ordered could possibly be. According to Fabkids it left a place in Georgia on August 30th. I placed the order on August 24th. Well here it is September 13th and nothing has updated or changed. Last time I checked something shipping from GA to VA doesn't take two weeks.
All I know is I'm getting irritated and my patience is growing thinner by the day. Guess I need to get on messenger and attempt to find out where my items are being held hostage. I will not be purchasing from this site ever again.

I love shopping on FabKids website. The prices was super awesome and affordable. I only paid $21 for 5 t-shirts, 5 jeans, shoes, and 1 denim jacket that is that value of $330. My 7 year old son look cool and hip when he goes to school. I am a happy mom. The packaging was perfect and organized. The clothes were folded and clean. The shoes were clean and brand new. Honestly, what is the point of leggings if you can see their underwear clearly through them? The one pair that wasn't see through felt as rough as sandpaper. Not at all worth the price. I'll stick with Target or Walmart instead.

I've had only good experiences with fab kids, size fits perfect, good quality, he enjoys wearing them. I wish they had more selection though. There are times I want to order something and they don't have it in stock.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
