I saw an add on Facebook and went to their site from there. Their shoes are cute and average quality. What I did not anticipate was the monthly fee charged to me automatically. I did not agree to this or if I did, it was not explained well or was not out in the open. I bought shoes for 20$ in October and saw charges in November for 39.99$. And December for 39.99 $ without shopping with them since then. I am disputing those charges. Even if they are now "credits" for their shoes but why would I want their credit when I can keep it as US dollars. Stupid.
Have a whole bunch of "points" accumulated and finally wanted to use them. I place my order and the WHOLE thing was cancelled due to them not having any of the items available. I don't understand. Not just 1 item but ALL! Took all that time to pick out outfits and shoes. At this point I just want all my money back from my points that accumulated over the months that I paid!

I've been charged monthly for a while & thought I could pay for my shoes with the balance I've accrued but that wasn't the case. My bank account got charged & I still have a balance at fabkids. I use fabkids as a convenience. It's certainly not cheaper nor better quality than other shoe stores. Why keep my money & my rewards but charge my bank account? Sure, you'll get more money upfront but you'll lose potential & current loyal customers. I won't be letting fabkids charge my bank account again. I'll be spending what balance I have left & I'll be deleting my account. You guys are dirty business people. I've told everyone I know about this.

Sparkley shoes are super cute yet the soles were already PEELING off on day one, cute furry boots Falling apart, week one. All of the leggings are super cute yet paper thin. I would compare the quality of clothing to the granimal clothing line... only difference is their leggings are $3.

Never again I order on 11/29/2021my order was SUPPOSED TO BE HERE ON THE 1st of December. Nothing was received I even called fedex and they said they haven't even received the items. I am very pissed because they will not refund me my money and nothing was ever shipped. Currently going through a dispute with my bank about them. Don't order please they are scammers!

I submitted an order in Sept. It was scheduled to arrive on Oct 6. By the end of November, the package still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer support to ask for the status of my order, and they told me my package had shipped and just keep checking the tracking link. Every time I checked the tracking link, the delivery date would update to tomorrow. Seems like a scam.

Customer service experience for me calling in with 1 question did it. They are hard to understand and don't seem to know or care, rude, hung up on me multiple times never called back, while I was trying to place first order(knew then something wasn't right). False advertising!

The clothes are not as cheap as they say and the quality is so/so. I was a member for quite some time, and only because I kept forgetting to cancel each month so I would have to keep using my member credits. I had built up 7665 reward points over time. One day I talked with someone online to cancel. I was never told that all my points would be erased once I was no longer a VIP. Interesting that they don't credit you the $40 they charged you for the month but they will delete all the points you EARNED. I spoke with someone and explained and was told no way to get them back. I even asked if they could possibly give me a small courtesy credit for being a member for so long. NO. They will, though, offer you credit to stay on as a member, so they have the capability. Waste of money! You can get better clothes at Children's Place and way cheaper will free shipping all the time.

Problems with my order! Instead of sending back my order that I had already paid for! And doing a email that I don't check daily you could of picked up phone and called me! Left me a voicemail if I didn't answer! Then the money I spent out of pocket you put in my account for your company! It should of went back into my checking account! I've been with y'all well over a year now. The stuff I paid for you did something else with. So three items were no longer available! I'm pissed how you guys did that. How dare you sell something that I've already paid for! Or whatever you did with my kids stuff. Still trying to figure that one out.

I ordered several articles of clothing for my son. He is a small 3 yr old. 3t is typically large on him so that's what I ordered from your company, except I washed it all once before wearing and it's all to small. So now he can't wear it and it was a waste of my money. I think I'm going to cancel my membership after this.

They have the coolest shoe but the last few dinosaur shoes i got. Seem to separate at the toes after about a month. If you not getting the 2 for $6 deal then these shoes are $20 $30 i need more than a month of regular walking for that price. Shoes are cool look great my son love them. He gets compliments everywhere he goes. I would just save those shoes for special occasions to help make them last longer.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
