The worst ordering site I have seen in my life! As soon as I ordered shoes for my daughter, they kept my card number and kept the supposed credits of $52 when you call for a refund, they only give you back $48 for supposed costs! The first time was last month and twice this week unbelievable! Be careful with this company because if you don't look at your account statements they can take a lot of money from you. My last order was at the end of October, the shoes have always been great but for these reasons of scams I will never buy anything again. It's a total lack of respect to credit customers for no reason!

Absolute scam in my experience. Placed an order and never received it. Contacted the company and they told me they didn't have those items in stock anymore so they offered a store credit. I accepted and went to spend it but my new order was not enough for free shipping. Since I'd already paid shipping on the items I did not receive I reached out again and have received no response from the company despite multiple attempts. An additional order I placed at the same time as the my original order is still yet to arrive. I placed that order over a month ago. The company also will not respond to me on this issue despite many attempts. They took my money and I did not get my order.

The shoes only lasting one to two wears. After that the shoes are coming apart! Only reason I brought some shoes this mouth because I had a credit. I been buying shoes from you guys for years and the quality just not there anymore!

I have a very picky diva who loves to stand out. The clothes we get from here are always well made... in the most adorable prints. And soft! They withhold better than department store brands as well. Highly recommend.

I paid extra to have shoes get here with rush shipping. It's going on day 6 now and still haven't received the shoes, nor have they been shipped out. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Customer service is not helpful whatsoever! Never purchasing shoes from them again. Terrible service!

I bought my items on sale before blackfriday but was able to get the blackfriday prices $155 worth used my $39.95 that was taken from my account to purchase on top of $34.03 extra on Nov. 13th estimated delivery set for Nov. 23rd and package received by lasership. Still no package call Dec. 2nd fabkids said wait until sat and or 72 hours before anything could be done. Again no package decided to give them extra days so today Dec 9th no package and fabkids again said give it 72 more hours uhm no so contacted lasership they don't know if they even have my package. Now on hold for 45 min waiting for someone to refund ALL of my money not send me a check in 6 weeks. I asked for someone that is the boss not a supervisor and they said they dont have a boss they will send me to another supervisor. You are telling me you don't have a boss so you are the CEO/CFO? Everyone has a boss and here I am still holding to get my money and cancel my membership. They now want me to wait 24hours to speak with me. This is horrible customer service and I will never recommend them to anyone. I will personally make it my mission to write bad review after bad review and let everyone know about them.

I placed an order for numerous items. I received an email with an estimated delivery date which was not met. They use a shipping company by the name of Lasership which is unknown to me. I called Lasership and they inform me that it's been delayed and will take up to 2 more days. Well those 2 days came and went AND STILL NO PACKAGE! So I called back... Lasership doesn't know where my package is! Sooo I called Fabkids and they said that my order WAS at Lasership facility! What a joke! I told them to just cancel my order and refund my money! They then told me they can't cancel my order because the package was already shipped AND AT Lasership facility... Ok, this is your shipping company, so why you can't call YOUR shipping company and ask for the package to be returned to you because it sure not getting delivered to my house!?!? If you ask me, this company is a scam and a pure rip off! SO IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM FABKIDS, YOU MIGHT WANNA RETHINK THAT IDEA AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THE HASSEL! IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY BELOW A 1 STAR. I'D GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 100 STARS... THAT'S -100 STARS!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
