Ugly shoes

The shoes are ugly. They styles are so limited. Add more options. It has been the same shoes on there for months! Ridiculous. So many other places have much cuter shoes.

Inconsistent Sizing

I ordered a crop sweatshirt, leggings and a sweater dress and they were all so tight in the arms and I couldn't even pull them over her head the head hole was so small!

FabKids attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Didn't have any issues with the ordering process. When I received my package the box was all beat up, worn out, open, and items from my order were missing. The box didn't even look like it was a new. I chatted with a customer service representative and explained the situation to him, I told him what items were missing, i asked him if i needed to contact the courier and he said no that they were going to contact the courier and then somebody from Fab Kids would reach out to me within 24-48 hours. Then a different representatives reached out to me in response to my experience with the customer service representative and she said that I was told to contact the courier which I wasn't told to do. I told her that the customer service reps should be more coordinated and should all be taught to say the same things. I also told her that I don't think it's my responsibility to contact the courier but that I would ho ahead and contact them. So I asked for the courier name, the courier number and what information I needed to obtain from them. I still haven't received a response to those questions so I can contact the courier. I wish they would just send me my missing items already.

Cute clothes, but they always run small

I ordered size 18 for my daughter and it was just so tight. The clothes for the 2T fit a little better, but I was disappointed I could not do a matching set.

Reward point scam

I liked Fabkids up until now. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my two daughters last month. I noticed I had enough points to redeem for two pairs of leggings. I was excited that I earned enough points to get BOTH of my daughters something. So I went to check out and I had 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of leggings I was going to redeem in my cart. When I confirmed my purchase the order didn't show the leggings. Not a huge deal. I didn't want to pay shipping twice so I figured I will just order next month. Well, today is next month and I go to redeem my points and over 5,000 of them had expired! Hmmm, sounds like a coincidence. I had no heads up to them expiring. I talked to representative and they offered to give me 1,000 points. I have spent 100's of dollars and I was concidered a, 'gold member'. Also, one of the pairs of shoes I received were the wrong ones and a representative said in order to exchange I had to spend $ 29... when the shoes were only $16.99. This company is $#*!ty. Thought I had a good thing going but their, 'computer glitch' and customer service drove me to end my membership.

Don't bother with this company. It was always such a hassle to remember to skip the month if you didn't want to order that month. They prey on people forgetting to skip the month so they can charge you $29. Bull$#*!.

I got 2 different sizes one was right and tbe other was wrong I ha e 2 girl and one can wear her shoes and the other younwould think you size mean one thing but no it don't

I love the prosses but not seeing it not alway

The prosses was easy but the children all fit differently the boys boots are tight, the youngest doesn't like how hard they are, the oldest I got too big. So it is not as easy as I thought.

Several issues
December 9, 2020

I've never had an issue ordering before. However, this time there were several. I had to call multiple times to track my order and each time I was given a different date for delivery. The original delivery date was pushed back 3 times. Then I finally received the order and it was wrong. One of the shirts I ordered was missing and I received another shirt twice. I tried contacting them that day several times and couldn't get through via chat or phone so I got frustrated and put it off another day. I tried contacting them again the following day and the chat feature would say it's connecting me to an agent and then end the conversation (which is what happened the previous day). I then tried calling and it kept giving me an error until finally after about the 3rd time I was able to get through and speak to someone who gathered all of my information including telephone number... put me on hold to research my complaint and then it disconnected. I waited a few minutes thinking she would call me back. NOPE. I called back again and was put in queue with 28 other callers ahead of me. Finally got to another person who then told me the shirt I ordered was no longer in stock. So I said can I at least send this shirt back and get a store credit as I don't need two of the same shirts and she did do that for me but I have to wait until they receive the shirt to get the credit. Which is fine. It's just the principle of it all. They screwed up and offered me nothing and I had to ask to send the shirt back and receive a credit. But the clothes I did receive are cute. I just wish I would have received my whole order.

Cute selection but the limited with life

The light up shoes my daughter only wore ONCE to school! And the front of the lights stopped working.smh now we'll see how long my son's lasts and how long the shoes actually lasts.i bought 4 pairs.

Very cheap= Made cheap & Delivered broken

Very cheaply made. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and when they arrived the tongue of one tennis shoes wasn't even sewn into the shoe... And the bottom of the 2nd pair of tennis shoes was already coming apart.
I wrote them on messenger (sketchy) and they told me I could return them thru the mail and they would send me better pairs of both shoes.
It took over a month. And I received an email stating they no longer had the same pairs I had initially ordered.

So I they refunded my money THRU STORE CREDIT... I picked a cheap pair of Velcro sandals for my little girl and a rainbow glitter $25 tennis shoe.

When they finally arrived, the Velcro sandals had some kind of black tar/ resin on the pink strap. My daughter never noticed it... But it upsets me that we went thru all that trouble and couldn't even receive a clean pair of shoes. Loose strings hang from the straps like fringe... But they were under $10. (original price is above $10)

The new pair of tennis shoes had both tongues attached this time... However, they are so loosely fit in the shoes. My daughter refuses to wear them because she says the tongues stay on the side of her foot, rather than on top like they're supposed to.

I will never go through the trouble again of ordering Fabkids shoes... Yes, they are cute. But cheap. And even for your growing kids, cheap isn't always better.
