I ordered sneakers with the lights in the soles. When they arrived, only one worked. I told my son. He said, let me see. It lit up when he banged it on the coffee table. So, I let him wear them to the store that day. We didn't even make it in and he said, only one was working again. I said, I told you. I returned them the next day and asked for a replacement. The replacements came quickly and once opened, only one shoe, once again, did not work at all. I tried to print off a return slip to return the 2nd pair. It would not let me so I went into chat and told the customer service rep what occurred. He apologized and emailed me a second return slip. I also asked that he recommend to whomever was packing this 3rd set of shoes to verify that both shoes light up BEFORE shipping them to me. It took a while for the 3rd pair to arrive. Happy to state tho, that they both worked and he has already worn them twice! This is the first time I had an issue like this. I think that by sending the lighted shoes in the bags INSTEAD of a box allows the shoe lights to become damaged. For this particular type of item, they should be in a box.

Ordered several items 11/22, received items 11/26. One item was the totally wrong thing. Called 11/27 they said I had to send the wrong item back before they could process the return and ship the correct item. This was not my fault and I needed the item asap as it was part of a holiday item. Supervisor approved shipping the correct item after I sent photo proof of the wrong item. Correct item was processed 11/27 and shipped 11/29. It is 12/10 and I still don't have the correct item. They must have used the slowest possible shipping method even after I explained that I needed the item ASAP for holiday events and I should not have to wait better error was on them. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait so long for them to correct their error. At this point I may return all items I originally purchased because I already had to buy new holiday outfits locally for events because of their error and ridiculous shipping times. They should have used quicker shipping instead of choosing what is apparently the slowest shipping method possible. Very disappointed and will it be using this company anymore once this is sorted out. Clothing/shoes aren't worth the prices anyways.

Every piece of clothing I had ordered for my granddaughter fit her. It's hard to fine cute shorts that aren't to short for school. The T-shirt's I ordered go great with the shorts & leggings.

I never received my PKG. Then I was store credited 4 $16 when I spent 27. Guess I paid 4 shipping when they didn't make sure it was delivered properly. That's not good customer service.

I guess the saying " you get what you pay for" is true. The shoes I ordered were inexpensive which help since everything is outrageous right now. However the shoes came with a hole in the seam of the tongue. And the leather was creased so bad it could not be fixed. In today's economy I do not have money to just throw away. I called and nothing could be done. Then the following month, Fabkids decided to just take $49.99 out of my account. I called and was told sorry it can't be refunded. So in other words they just stole my money. They said they can give it as a partial credit one month on a pair of shoes and then another partial credit on another pair. NO! I wanted my money back I do not want to buy ANY more shoes from the company because they wouldn't take back the damaged shoes they already sent me. In other words, I spent over $100 in with this company and have NOTHING to show for it. SO DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES! It's a scam to get more money from you in the automatic hidden membership they sign you up for when you check out. They are subpar quality and they steal your money with the card information they store on you. STAY AWAY!
