I ORDERED THE SHOES 2 FOR $9.95 AND AFTER THAT THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 39.95 THE FOLLOWING MONTH AFTER. Nice but the stitching did not seam long lasting. The colors are nice. My children love the designs. Simetimes the pants wear quickly on the underside.
I received an email a few months ago about and offer for 2 pairs of shoes "FOR" $9.95 but when I went to the cart, it was coming up way higher. I contacted them via chat and phone and was told "I" read the email wrong, the offer was 2 pairs of shoes "FROM" $9.95 not "FOR" $9.95. I sent them all the emails I received as proof of what I was saying and they still said "I" was wrong. Only after I complained publicly on social media, they honored the email. I received the shoes and they were poorly made and did not fit my daughter so I sent them back at the end of August. They sent me an email on September 26th saying they received my return and that my refund would be processed in 2-5 business day but that never happened. I contacted them today to get an update and I was told that the "system" does not process the returns even though they sent an email saying it did. I was told today that the refund is going to be processed today and it can take 5-7 days which is not what the return email stated. When I continued to question why I had to contact them about not getting my refund, I was told there was a "system glitch" which was a total contradiction since I was previously told the system doesn't generate refunds. I asked for an address to the corporate office and was given 2 email address that don't work and now am being told that my complaint "may" not be answered.

When i order the shoes, it came up with a magazine. If i return the magazine, i could get $25 refund. I received shoes, but no magazine, no one response my concerns, diasppointed.

I placed an order for a sweatshirt and pant combo. When I selected the size, I picked a 2T. I did not realize that I had to select the size for both the shirt and the pants separately. Most other companies have you select the size once since items come in a set. After I placed my order, I realized on my receipt that the top was a size 2T and the bottom was a size 4. I immediately contacted the company via Facebook. They claim that with that option they respond immediately. I did not get a response for another 60 minutes. At that time, my order has not been processed yet. I was hoping that they could just change my order before it went through. They said that they could not do that, however other companies are usually able to do that before the order is processed. The options I was given to fix my problem was to buy another pant set for the $12.85 or exchange the pants once I got them and pay for shipping etc. The problem with the first option was that I had use credits, and I did not wanna have to pay $12.85, where my first charge was just with credits. So basically, the company would be charging me more money, no matter what route I took. I understand. I ordered the wrong size, but I figured that since I contacted the company as soon as the order was placed, they wouldn't be able to change it before it was officially processed. I was a little disappointed by this. Now my daughter has size 4 pants, and it'll take years for her to finally wear them.

It took me 9months to finally have this company cancel my membership. I asked to have it cancelled in january 2017. I was told it was cancelled. Then in May I was charged a credit on my card because they had not cancelled my account. I used a live chat to fix this issue and they refunded the credit and said they cancelled my account. Then again yesterday (September 7th) I received another email saying I had been charged so I tried to log in and it worked. My account had not been cancelled and they had been charging me a credit for the past 4 months without my knowledge. No emails or anything until yesterday. That being said, this morning I opened another live chat and was on "agent typing" status for 15 minutes before the agent cancelled my chat without ever acknowledging me or my issue. I then called the main office and had to be on the phone for 45 minutes before someone finally said they cancelled my account and that they refunded all of the credits they have been charging. I have to pay extra close attention to my card now because they charged it so many times without permission. This company is not worth the time.

I ordered some sandals for my son. They are nice quality, but a full size larger than typical toddler sz 10.
I got a larger size than needed and the leggings were sooooo small it was ridiculous...i could not return because of return/credit would have ended up with nothing so had to donate then. VERY DISATISFIED!

It is absolutely ridiculous what I have went through from ordering one pair of shoes! I received my order & everything was fine until I got a random 50$ charge on my card about a week after I received my order. The lady I spoke to tells me they automatically charge people for a membership which is nothing but scamming people. I told her I wanted nothing to do with the membership I just want my money back and she said it would be 5-7 business days…now a week later I get an email saying I have 50$ in store credit which is not what I wanted so I call again and the man I spoke to told me I was a liar & have never called & I wasn't in there call log when I have my call log and email from you guys. He says I will receive my money in 5-7 business days when I was already told the same thing a week ago but nothing! I will take legal action i do not receive my money this go around. It's absurd I have to wait over a month to get my money back when you guys didn't hesitate to charge my card at 3am. Very unprofessional & I would like to know a reasoning behind this! Thank you!

It took a week to get the 1st email with a delivery date they were supposed to be here on the 4th I still haven't received them
I have not received my order. The shipping says it was last in Indiana on February 3rd with no further update. An estimated delivery date listed was February 12th. It is now the 16th.
