My issue was not resolved. The connection was delaying responses from my agent and communication was not clear.

Never received all my order and or never heard anything from them in regards to either sending me what I ordered, or a refund. Not overly satisfied with there customer service.

I just made a one time purchase and was added to be a new VIP member. And am being charged 49 per month.
I have ordered one time purchases before and was a member before so I am aware how it works
I did NOT choose to subscribe.
And now I see m 49 per month leaving my bank account twice.

It's always easy to shop on FabKids. And I LOVE the sales! I like to get my granddaughter leggings and Tees for her down time. I love soft materials and the clothes usually wear well. Sometimes it's a little hit or miss with sizing but mostly everything works out well.

I have a package acceptance issue and they were very responsive and helpful through the whole process until my order was received.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes and only received one. They did not send me an email to inform me those shoes were sold out. If I didn't call, they wouldn't have reached out about my purchase. Still currently waiting on my other 2 pairs of shoes.

I purchased some cute clothes for my granddaughter. She loves them!

Everything is legitimate, arrived on time, Very satisfied and ready to order more for thanksgiving 💕🥰🥳

I was very pleased when the 2 pair of shoes came for my great grandson.

I ordered seven pairs of shoes for my grand kids and I was sent 4 pairs of joggers for a pre teen boy, No shoes at all. Customer service said they would not rectify my order until I spend my gas and money to return the items they wrongfully sent. I will never order or recommend any one to order from Fab kids ever again.

Items where delivered on time and looked exactly as described. But a week or two later my card was used on the website without my permission. The money was put back on after the back contacted me with suspicious activity on my account. I had to get a new card.

Everything I ordered was great! Amazing quality and you can't beat the prices! Both my kids loved all the shoes!

Great products and great site set up. I purchased some shoes and outfits for my children and they love them.
