I recently upgraded to paying ahead for a years subscription and was promised an earlier ship date as well as the ability to add add ons before anyone else. Much to my dismay not only was my ship date the same, but I was sent the Winter box minus a mystery box that I added and one additional add on. When I chatted with the company rep I was told that I would have to send a picture of the invoice, the box and all items received. Not only did I not get what I ordered but I felt like I was accused of gaming the system. Shame on you FabFitFun for making me feel like a thief.
I ordered a fall box in September, after weeks of waiting for a shipment email, I received an email saying they ran out. Yet weeks after that, I saw a D List reality person showing their box they just received! They said they would forward my 39.99 to my winter box. To my surprise I was charged another 49.99 when the winter box billing season came around. I emailed the company 1st they said there was nothing they could do, then another person said they refunded my money of the 49.99. My box was supposed to ship on Dec 4th, and I was going to receive an email saying it has been shipped. Surprise no shipping email. I emailed the company asking where is my shipping email & received no response. I replied back to their automated email which said I would be contacted, saying I was still not contacted. I am extremely frustrated, and really starting to get angry! My next stop will be calling my Bank and the BBB!
I love the saying, "expectations are predestined disappointments." You can't assume how things will be, but if you go with the flow, you usually get a better experience.
I've read the negative reviews and most seem to be about the shipping. Shipping is only a part of the FitFabFun subscription, and also partially controlled by other entities. I don't think about my box until I get the email saying it's on the way. I don't sweat it, it will be here. And the billing policy is clearly stated if you take the time to read it.
Not every product is going to please every person. If something isn't my style, I give it to a friend who I think will like it. I actually belong to a few subscriptions, and every once in a while I take the items I won't use to work and let the other ladies pick stuff. They love it, so share your blessings.
As for the items, I LOVE surprises! Sure, not everything works for me (like the jewelry holder, I have a huge standing jewelry box already), but that's OK. I also have tried new things I wouldn't have before, and used things I didn't think I would need.
FitFabFun puts a lot of effort into the packaging, presentation, finding designers/manufacturers to work with them on products, and newsletter. If you're going to join a higher end subscription like this, you probably have disposable income to treat yourself with occasionally, (add up your pricey coffees or take out food for a month sometime!) so enjoy it for what it is, a quarterly gift box of stuff chosen by people who don't know you, and can't possibly please everybody. If you want to pick everything for yourself, go to the mall.
You stated youre sorry I don't love my products. That's NOT what I said. I love them all. That's why I'm a subscriber. My complaint was re: the fall box which was shown as THE box we'd receive & how beautiful it would be. I received a totally different ugly blue box having nothing to do with fall. I was excited for THE fall boxbYOU showed therefore very disappointed. Also, the shipping time after billing is ridiculous.

Both times I have ordered this box, the shipping takes FOREVER. It has nothing to do with being in Canada. It took 6 days for it just to be SCANNED. It is ridiculous. I paid for premium service and the shipping should not take over 2 weeks. This is extremely disappointing and will be canceling my "premium" subscription.

This box is amazing IF you are on youtube, sponsored, or they want you to endorse them. I ordered my box on October 4th, 2017 and I ordered ad-ons for the winter box and was SO excited that my box was going to process early... They said "it takes up to (which actually means OVER) ten days to process...
I had friends who decided to order the box because I talked about how awesome the stuff inside looked. They ordered it after me had no ad-ons, a seasonal membership, and they have their boxes. I called and the manager apologized and ASSURED me that my box would ship no later than Friday December 1st... Joke is on me since its the 4th and still hasn't shipped. Even if it ships today it takes up to (Which again, means over) 10 days to get to you. So if you buy this box expect it to take about a month to get to you, or start a youtube channel, those are really your only options. Their customer service reps are a JOKE who have a set script. I am hanging onto the sliver of hope that I actually get this in time for family celebration since I was gifting a few of these items...
Again this is amazing if you get it mid november with a Youtube channel, but I would NEVER ever ever, promote that on my channel with the crappy service they offer to customers...

After I posted my unhappy review regarding the customer service received at Fab Fit they contacted me. I am very impressed with how quickly they reacted and the level of professionalism and high standard customer service given. I felt like someone was actually listening, no canned email here. My sister loves Fab Fit and although not for me, I can see they are actually a stand up kinda company and will likely be successful as long as they keep putting customers first.

I was not very impressed with my first box and decided to cancel. Apparently, my cancellation request was not processed properly, quite possibly user error. The day after I seen the charge on my account (6AM PST) I logged into my account and could see that the transaction was pending so I immediately contacted FabFit to cancel and refund my money. Of course, I was told the order was in the "Processing Queue" and they do not do refunds and all sales are final. Must be in the very fine print somewhere. Wow, now what I thought was an amazing idea/concept just went out the window. I will be sure to share my feelings with others.
Every time I order add-ons they do not ship me all that I ordered and paid for. I have been with them for over a year and still have issues EVERY shipment. My winter 2017 box was shocking. All add-on items were just dumped into the box (over $300 worth
~ except the missing items) and only had packing paper on top of a large 18 1/2" x 18" x 18 1/2" h box. Items were crushed. Box was in great shape but the items inside were not. Customer service is ridiculous through the email and they seem not to understand common english. Zero management and takes a month to fix. Sometimes they tell you that they sold out of the product and they will refund your money ~ which takes forever for them to process. You'd think they'd refund your money if they weren't able to ship you but "NO' you have to email them. That is their customer service. Overall, customer service is terrible and it seems like they don't care to fix the problem which clearly seems to stem for the warehouse packing. I do like the boxes but wish they had better customer service and would actually fix issues ~ instead of ignoring them when they happen over and over again.

I know a lot of the reviews on here are negative, I loved the seasonal fall box so much I signed up for the annual membership but seriously FabFitFun has been so helpful! There was an issue with my billing and my subscription got cancelled but they responded within 24 hours and they were super nice and everything was fixed within a few days.
I was hesitant about buying the fall seasonal because I couldn't pick the things that I wanted but then I saw that $10 discount and I saw all the celebrities ordering it so I was like why not. When the box came in it was absolutely gorgeous! I was bummed about the "wine lip color" at first but now I use it every time I go out. I love the balm and pencil, I loved it so much I just bought the other color for daily use with my add ons. At first I wasnt a fan of the hat because i wanted the belt, I didn't like the size or the color black, but honestly I am so glad I got the black color cause I wear it all the freaking time the only issue with the hat is its a lil to big for my head but it looks so cute on me. The scarf is so beautiful and I love the color however it leaves fuzzys all over my clothes but it does keep me nice and warm. I was bummed that I got the teeth whitening instead of the hair rinse and it was weird to use it at first. I use it every day now and have noticed a slight difference with my teeth looking less yellow so I really am glad I got that also. I didn't think I would use all this stuff every day but I actually do! Well they sold me and I am so glad I got the annual membership those add ons are fantastic. I am counting down the days til my winter box comes in I seriously cant wait. Does any one know when the priority ship date is for select members?

I paid the annual subscription and my box was missing items so I contacted them the customer service rep was rude and he finally agreed to cancel my account and refund me for the boxes I did not get. But he will not refund me the amount that I am owed he keeps trying to refund me less.

I ordered the fall box on 9/15. On 9/29, the tracking information showed it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Customer service told me to wait 5 business days because sometimes it shows up during that time frame. Mine did not. So on 10/7, they offered to send me a new one. They asked for an alternate address and I gave them one. The customer service associate confirmed my address and even offered to change the address listed in my profile. I thought. YES! This is great customer service!" I was wrong. Because 3 days later, I get a notification saying my box has shipped out... and it was going to the wrong address.
I contacted customer service immediately and didn't receive a response until 48 hours later. They told me that if I have a forwarding address set up with the post office, they'll forward it there. The problem is, the alternate address is already a work address and I have no other address to forward it to. They told me nothing can be done because it's already on its way.
REALLY? You can't call fedex and tell them to reroute it since it's YOUR fault?
It's been 5 business days since that response and I've emailed them everyday since and there's been no response. I want my money back!

Signed up on 9/22 for VIP subscribers. Was told by Jennifer to choose my scarf color (blush) beanie color (blush) lip color (fig & rose), etc., and that she would personally pack my box and ship it out. 10/14 & still no box! They say it shows delivered but that maybe it is at someone else's house?! What? I asked for proof of delivery so that I could go pick it up & they have none. Their response was, "wait 5 days because it might show up!" So unprofessional. Very disappointing. Every time I reach out to them, I receive the same silly scripted reply... it takes 10 days. Your goodies are on the way! I promise you, that if I do not have a box here by next Saturday with all of my choices that were promised to me by Jennifer, I am contacting my credit card company & filing a claim for non receipt of goods & then I am contacting the BBB.

First let me preface this by saying many of the reviewers on here dont seem to understand the process so even though it is clearly explained on many sites I will attempt to clean things up. FabFitFun is a subscription box that ships out ONLY 4x a year (aka seasonal). For example if you decided to join AFTER the summer box had shipped and after the supplemental boxes were sold out (I believe they call these editors boxes but could be mistaken) you would then move on to the next seasonal box Fall! If you ordered/joined in August or September your box isnt going to ship UNTIL the next season which is OCTOBER! People are billed after joining (if you signed up as a quarterly biller you will be billed $50 4x year ($49.99 I believe). If you signed up as a select you are billed all 4 installments at once (I believe theres a bit of a discount for this but dont hold me to that). You are NOT billed $50 MONTHLY as someone stated. Now I see many people seem to also have issues with add-ons and billing. I personally havent had an issue and neither have the myriad of my friends who subscribe. However since so many people seem to have this issue i would take notice of that possible hiccup should you decide to subscribe. As far as quality goes this box is geared towards higher end labels. Wheather you are a current lover of them or are looking to expand your interest you will be given items that are priced higher. For example my latest box was valued over $400. This means if you were to go out and buy everything individually it would cost you that much. Did I absolutely love every single thing? No. I agree with some reviewers that that jewelry holder did seem cheaply made (although mine was fine and served its purpose plus I loved the story behind it). The gym bag was different and not my style, but it will def be used. Everything else was great and I felt like it was a great box. Not as great as some in the past, but still worth the money. The idea is for you to be surprised with new items and perhaps expland your preferences, but if you find yourself to be a picky person I would advise against this box as youre bound to be upset with something every time you receive one.

Lets just say its a box full of junk! A cheap ugly jewelry holder, a belt with 1 loop? And a non shampoo that you actually have to shampoo in your hair and it smells terrible.
So disappointing, Ill never order from a Facebook add again.

This was my second box I ever received and it's not a very good one. The scarf leaves fuzzies on everything! And the jewerly holder is crap. One of the legs is shorter than the other and it does not fit properly in the holes so therefore leans forward and falls out if anything is put on it. Not sure if FABFITFUN tests this stuff out before hand as the scarf alone should not be sent or purchased by anyone. Totally unusable :(

To remove the fuzz from the scarf, we'd recommend either doing a quick hand wash and dry on Medium heat or even just pop it in the dryer on Medium heat - it helps get those loose fibers off! Im going to be taking this to social media but just buyer beware the wait times are terrible their customer service is a joke I ordered my box in September we are now October and I was told another two weeks before he gets here then they tried with there are some things that cant ship to Canada theres nothing in that box it does not ship to Canada are you joking I ordered a Halloween costume two days ago from the US and it was here three days later get your act together fabfitfun theres nothing fun about what youre doing to your Canadian customers maybe instead of concentrating on A listers YOU should be concentrating on those of us who had our yearly subscription with you and will not be renewing or canceled in time. I was told that my yearly subscription has now been cancelled I will wait for my fall box only because I have no choice and cancelling it honestly its not worth the wait or the hassle.

I got mine a while ago but it's been sitting unopened until yesterday. I read all the spoilers a day before my box arrived so I knew I'd be disappointed. I got the summer box and loved it. I wish I could just return the fall box. The jewelry holder looks like something from the dollar store as well as the super flimsy hat. Another item that looks really cheap is the gym bag with a stupid saying (I got "Gym and Juice" and while I appreciate Snoop Dog, the wording looks too juvenile and it reminds me of someone on steroids). The other gym bag sayings were just as immature. Did I mention it's denim? The scarf/throw is nice but it seems way too big for a scarf and way too small for a throw. Mask has so many ingredients in it including fragrance as does the cuticle oil. The lipstick and ACV hair rinse look good but I'll still have to review the ingredients. Ice/heat pack is useful but again, it's like an $8 thing. Not risking this on the winter box so cancelling subscription.

I bought the box last month, for 61 dollars (I'm in Canada) and have recently had money disappear out of my account so I had to call my bank as I use a Visa debit. Fitfab fun tried to take 280 dollars out of my account after my purchase of 61. I have had to cancel my card because of this company trying to steal my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered this damn box on Sept 1 and it's Oct 6 now and all the customer service has to say is "no worries, your goodies are on their way!" it's a pain in the $#*! trying to get any sort of real answer out of the live chat "people". Who buys something and wants to wait over a month to receive it? Will not be ordering again. Maybe they should concentrate on shipping to real customers and not worry about making sure every B list celeb has them first.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
