I didnt get to pick any items for my summer box and wasnt even aware I was signed up for it until my card was charged 60$ I had only signed up for the editors box and I got lip stain and gloss and I dont even wear gloss or lipstick. The eye mask seems decent but not worth 60$ for what I got and will never use including the towel wrap for wet hair. What a waste of money and when trying to speak to customer service they just put you on hold for 20 min.
I got my first editors box and was very happy with it. Of course you might get something you might not use but that's what the surprise factor is right? Love the add on value. Way better than even sale prices most of the time

I've got some really good stuff in my fab fit fun boxes. For things I would not really use, they made awesome gifts. They don't just stuff a bunch of stuff into the box, all of the products are quality. I love that everything is full size. My two complaints are regarding the shipping and quality of jewelry. Once you are billed for the box, it can take more than a month to get to you. Granted, the shipping is free. But paying $50 for something and not have it show up for 4 weeks is a bit much. So if you're one of those people who tracks their packages constantly, this box probably inst for you. If you are willing to wait, the products are honestly worth it.

I ordered my first box, and was so excited. I got an email about two weeks later saying it had shipped, then I waited another three weeks for it to get here. When our mail guy came in (I had it shipped to my office) he said that there was another box waiting at the post office to be picked up. He said that Fab Fit Fun had just duplicated the shipping label on the first box and stuck it on the second box and that I would have to pay the shipping fees if I wanted to pick it up. SO, I opened the one box he had brought and there was two items inside - a sleeping mask and a mug. (Where the hell was my other stuff I paid $50 for?!) Then I go to the post office and pay to pick up the other box, guess whats in side? The same mask and same mug. Nothing more, just some shredded packing paper. I WILL NOT EVER recommend this to anyone. I refuse to pay $50 for two items and awful customer service. BYE FABFITFUN. What a nightmare.

Got my starter box and loved it. So glad I didn't go by the reviews. I can't wait to get my summer box. Thank you fabfitfun. I have been sending this to so many friends and family. People keep in mind everyone has different taste on what they like. You may get something you don't like, but it's worth it and I loved it.

I paid 19.99 for a "Starter Box". Well let me tell you, disappointed is a complete understatement! First of all the products were CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! Not worth your hard earned money.
I have baby fine hair and very fair skin - and filled out a questionnaire indicating my preferences. Which FabFitFun obviously ignored. This is what I received:
1. A brown lip stain that was absolutely hideous - (and I couldn't pull off if I wanted to). It was a brand I have never heard of, with extremely cheap packaging. Like a Dollar Store brand.
2. An Argan and Hemp Oil Hair Elixir - I already have baby fine hair and an oil product like this would turn my hair into a grease pit.
3. An Ahava Hand cream - that was damaged and leaking - and very small.
4. A cheap (very small) pleather crossbody bag - like the ones you get for free when you sign up for a magazine subscription.
They claim this had a value of 100.00!?! They are not very good at math if they honestly believe that. In my opinion this is false advertising and clearly a bait and switch operation. I don't believe these products are worth the 19.99 total I paid. I'm feeling very ripped off. Buyer beware! Dodge this scam! They spend money on marketing to lure you in and then send you a box of junk that you will invariably toss in the trash. Not even worth gifting. I really wanted to like this company and was excited about receiving my products. What a major let down.

So much for beginners luck. I had so many damaged items, delayed delivery, and hours spent trying to get help that I wondered why anyone would continue this. Reading some of the community comments its scary- members talking about spending hundreds buying overpriced junk. I cant get onto the website to see the add on, and the box quality and items are not good. I will not renew.

This started off well but each box gets worse. Quality has gone down hill. One quarter they included bathroom wipes as an item. Not sure how that spells glamorous to anyone out there. The last box had a bracelet with the word LOVE on it that might work for a 7 year old, but no one i offered it to from 16-40 wanted it. I received a necklace that turned my neck green, and a jewelry holder that appeared to be from the dollar store. The gym bag that was included in one box had the zipper break on the second use. Would loved this to be something that I looked forward to getting and was pleased with but unfortunately that was not the case at all.

Ive been getting these boxes since Summer 2017 and Ive been pleasantly surprised every darn time! Each one has had a full-size product I was just about to purchase, which essentially made up most of the cost of the box (Im looking at you, Murad skin perfecting lotion). Some of the stuff that isnt my style I regift to friends, but overall Im coming out on top. Plus its like my birthday every few months. Great way to get introduced to new brands and stock up on ones you like.
Also, have never had issues with shipping (Im used to shipping taking about 1-2 weeks for Canada). And anyone who put items into their cart during the edit sale and then got charged: that was the entire point of the edit sale! There was no check out, you just left the items you wanted in your cart and it automatically checked you out at the end of the week. There wasnt a check out button at all.

I am a fairly new customer and have received two boxes. I like the products and it's a fun surprise to get every few months. The issue i have is with the shipping. I am so confused why the box takes almost 2 weeks to get to me in Massachusetts? I get so excited when the new box FINALLY ships (after a week or 10 days from being billed) and then my excitement wears off by the time it arrives eons later. I am thoroughly confused by this with all of the overnight and 2 day shipping offerings from other companies. I think it's reflective of the company and their standards. I may reconsider being a customer if it continues.

My box was just meh. I was unimpressed with most of the products. The clutch was ok. To make matters worse, there was a candle missing. And to make it even more worse (is that even possible?) during the "edit sale", I'd checked a few items out and put one in my cart but ended up leaving it due to finding it elsewhere for a better price and quicker shipping. I NEVER checked out. Today I was send an email message thanking me for my purchase! WTF? I didn't make a purchase! I emailed back and was told that refunding me would be a one time courtesy... ok, I DIDN'T purchase the item to begin with! So, long story short, I cancelled my subscription. Get it together Fab Fit Fun!

I received my Fab Fit Fun box last week after paying for it in late February. I don't understand why it took so long even if it did come form the states. It didn't ship until literally 5 weeks after I subscribed. The clutch I received was the worst design of the three, tried to give it away and no one wanted it. The Murad cream was lovely, and the ridge filler for your nails is also a nice product. The earrings were really fun but very cheap and flimsy... certainly not worth $45, they are already falling apart. The candle burns poorly with black soot even after cutting the wick, the whole thing feels cheap. I blew it out after 5 minutes... will save it for outdoors this summer. The other products are ok. Would have never purchased the eye mask (way overpriced anyhow). The plastic massager is also ok but cheap looking. The lip kit is nice too. I think ultimately in the end, they need to find ways where they can profit off the box so it's a combo of full sized products with some cheap accessories that can fit into a box. I'm debating ordering it again as it's not for minimalists who like chosing their own colours. You get stuck with cheap things that you wouldn't even give as a gift to someone. But honestly... 6 weeks to receive the box? That's the absolute worst... all my excitement about getting the box had died down by then and then opening it to realize it's kind of meh...

My first box just came (it took so long I had to cancel my membership so I wouldn't get charged for a second box before the first arrived!). It had 4 items: hand lotion, hair oil, a small cross-body bag, and dark brown lip gloss. I was expecting more items based on the advertising, and thought the choice to send dark brown lip gloss (I didn't have any option to customize color) was strange since it's not a very popular color. I'm sure I'll use the lotion and hair oil, but don't think I'll be ordering again.
ETA: I have now opened the hair oil and the scent is SO strong (patchouli-ish) that it went straight into the trash with the brown lip gloss. So I'm down to the hand cream (which has a strong scent, but one I'm okay with - like rose) and the small cross-body bag which isn't my style but maybe I'll use if I ever need to go out with only a few things with me.

Ordered first box as I found a promo code and thought I would give it a try. Was not thrilled. Found even better promo codes for the next box and purchased a few add-on products. With the amazing deal, it seemed to be worth a second try. When customizing a few items, it was clear that this company uses this tactic as a marketing ploy unless you pay, you cannot customize all options and wind up with the junk that those who paid to customize did not select. Adding to my frustration/distrust was that I was charged the FULL price despite my order having clearly had the promo codes applied. I will take my $$$ and spend it on something less mysterious and that I can actually use rather than donate or put in the trash. It is unfair/unethical to make it appear that a customer is paying one price and then charge them a much higher price. This company spends more money marketing the boxes than finding products that are truly fun or useful or of a high quality for the price. They inflate the retail price to make it appear that customers are getting a great deal. Though it is fun to get a package delivered, for what they charge and then try to add on, it could become extremely costly. All it took was one box and being ripped off on the second for me to figure out what this company is doing. The most immoral issue that I am seeing is that the company is targeting low-to-middle income women who should not get caught up in the hype of the Facebook ads. Just say NO!

Ive ordered several boxes from FabFitFun and have always been pleasantly surprised. The boxes turn me on to so many amazing full sized products that I wouldnt otherwise think to try. I love giving the boxes as gifts because theyre so fun, and my friends always enjoy the products. I also love that they have an add-on section so that I can choose some of my past favorites or find new things to add to the box.
Their customer service is also the best! Anytime Ive had a question about something, theyve always been quick to respond. Cant recommend this product enough!

When I received my first box I was totally in love with it. I was so excited to receive my second box them. So when it never came I contacted customer service through email. They ask me to wait a week, ask around my neighbor to see if it was misplaced and if I still didn't get my box to contact them again. And I did all of that and still no box came. I contacted them again. I got the same respond again! I am so unhappy I decide to cancelled my membership. They STOLED my money and Rip me off! Never got a box or my money back

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
