Nice but slow

Both pairs I ordered are very nice and I feel like they did a great job with my children's +7 rx lenses, but three weeks and 7 weeks was a long time to wait.

Glasses were late with no communication. Lenses were terrible. I'm done with them. Then they want me to give them a good score when the frames finally arrive. Horrible

Glasses are perfect. Thought it was going to be a little scetchy with the entering my prescription and having it turn out okay. But sure enough they're perfect. The packaging, the lens cleaner, the cloths that came with it, they even put the display lenses in the box.

I'm happy with my glasses!

It's good quality and affordable. It came in 10 days after I placed the order. I didn't get an update of the progress of the order for 7 days and base on some reviews I read said that their orders didn't come on time so I expected it will probably take a month before I get it. But 10 days is not bad at all for the price and quality. I would recommend it to a friend and will definitely will get one again.

I found Coach glasses I liked at my eye doctor. I searched the Internet to find them cheaper but they were out of stock on most sights. Found them on EZ Contacts and was excited to give online glasses a try. Paid for speedy shipping. Then got an email saying it would be back ordered 4-6 weeks. Disappointed. But fine. 6 weeks later, crickets. First email to customer service ignored. 2nd said they were expected soon. 3rd email really, they were expected soon. At this point I cancelled the ordered as I was literally lied to. Not cool. Got an email back saying they were in route. Sure enough, got them. It had been 10 weeks. And the glasses were SO WIDE they fell of my face. They were even big on my husband! I wrote saying I wanted to return them as a)I had cancelled the order and b) they were stupidly wide. Cooled down a bit and took them to my eye doc who graciously adjusted them to they fit. Also realized that I saved a total of 50 bucks for 10 weeks of frustration and poor communication. Lesson learned.

The good: my goggles eventually arrived, they were what I ordered, and they were a lower price than other sites.

The bad: I was told "it's about to ship" numerous times when it didn't, the estimated arrival day was wrong, it was hard to get a straight answer from the company about what was happening (took three different conversations before I got one), and the 5-7 day shipping didn't actually get me my item for multiple weeks.

I broke my old frame and wanted an easy replacement, without a trip and hassle of the Drs office. It was easy for me to repkace the lens myself which were very expensive Nikon and did not want to go to the Dr. Easy Peasy.

Bad company avoid

Very poor customer service and it take forever to get your product they was 30 days late on shipping my glasses told me it would be take 2 wks and it took 6 wks avoid this company.

Great place for kids glasses

My teenage daughter was having a hard time finding frames she liked that fit her petite face. She finally found one pair of Kate Spade frames at a local store that was a good size and shape, but didn't love the color. Plus, they were very expensive. I was able to find the exact same frames on EZContacts, but in a color she liked. The best part was that the total price was about 30% of what it would have been locally. Since she had already tried them on in the store, we knew the shape and size worked. The only downside was the length of time it took to receive them. I ordered them on June 9 and they weren't even shipped until June 22. However, they arrived in a cute case with a small bottle of lens cleaning spray and mini eyeglass repair kit. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and will be back in the future!

I was overall quite satisfied, but the time it took to process my order was dreadfully long. In order to post this review, I have to provide more characters than simply the first sentence, which is also ridiculous. Come on.
