I'll start this review by saying that I don't frequently post reviews. I thought I'd share my experience to help others.
The frames I got are real Giorgio Armani. The packaging was great. They came with a cleaning cloth, the original case and box, the certificate of authenticity, and even a mini screwdriver. Opening the box felt like Christmas morning. What I did not appreciate was the fact that I ordered non-prescription lenses to go in them with no coatings, and the website says that the glasses will ship the same day. I work for an optical lab, so I know exactly how long it takes to make non-prescription lenses with no coating: ten minutes. Four days later, no glasses. I emailed support to ask what was going on, and I received a nice reply back within a day saying that they were at the lab. Four days in the lab for ten minutes worth of work. I waited another four days and was about to give them a call when I received a confirmation email that my glasses had shipped. Granted, this was during Christmas time, so it could've been busy, but the truth is, our lab's turnaround on glasses is three days. This company did it in more than twice that. If there is a next time, I'll remember to order the frames with demo lenses so I can put them in myself.
It took a month to get and then they weren't the frames I ordered. I'm not sure what happened because I only looked at one style on their website. They were very nice and I have sent them back to get the correct style. Hopefully that doesn't take a month.
I did not receive my order for one month No communication from your company regarding the delay with my order. I had to call three different times. Was promised a callback from a supervisor which also never happened. You lost a loyal customer.
I have ordered from ezcontacts in the past and have been satisfied, however on my most recent order, it took a month for my glasses to finally make it to me. After a few weeks I sent an inquiry on my order, and I received a generic response a week later, telling me that the glasses were just about ready. Turns out it took another week and half to get to me. Not sure I'd recommend using EZcontacts in the future.
This is my 4th pair of glasses from EZ Contacts now and I am happy with my glasses obviously however I do wish they would be a little more forthcoming with the timeline on getting them to me. It has been the exact same scenario every time! After the website says they are available in 2-3 days I find out there is a delay in waiting for the frames from the manufacturer and it ends up being over a month! Luckily it's never an emergency but I do wish they would be a little more realistic with what they tell customers!
Ez contacts is amazing and fast delivery. My package shipped out the same day I placed order. They are 100% authentic and even nicer in person. I will be purchasing these in gray as well. So in love
We were a bit disappointed in the time it took for the glasses to be delivered, but it was a complicated prescription.
They did turn out great and we are very pleased with the glasses and quality.
Very happy with the product and placing the order online for the prescription lenses was easy.
The only issue was, after I had already gotten a confirmation email from Ezcontacts for the purchase, a week+ went with no update on my order. I called and found out they had issues with PayPal payments and I got no notice that the pymt was not processed. So my order sat in limbo unnecessarily for over a week. Other than that everything else went smoothly.
Price was good, but the order took way too long to be processed. The delivery was as advertised.
Believe or not, I didn't receive the product yet! I already sent you a msg about it and so far the only answer I had was, ask your post office!
Sad to say this experience has been horrible. I ordered multiple frames from them and after over 4 weeks, have only received one. I was buying one as an identical replacement for a pair I already owned that broke, but they looked a little different. I took them to a prada certified eyeglass retailer who confirmed they were not authentic. Now I've been dealing with their atrocious customer service for weeks, explaining how I didn't receive my glasses, and they are lying about how I did (?) and also said one of the pairs is backordered and they would be happy for me to pick a different pair. I don't went that pair or any other fake pair, not to mention their shipping is shady and doesn't come from the US.

Shipping took forever (two days short of a month before they shipped) and the user experience was not friendly. I wound up with frames way too big for me. They look terrible and now I'm out the money. Will not be buying sight unseen again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
