I received my contact lense order yesterday with the wrong prescription - Biofinity vs Biofinity Energys. This morning, I called the company and the customer service representative literally said nothing that would help resolve the issue, but rather proceeded to shift the responsibility to me for receiving the wrong order. She only apologized once I pointed out that in our entire conversation that she had not once apologized for my situation. It was a surreal experience that was going in circles, so I ended up abruptly ended the conversation. Needless to say, I will not order from this company again. I've ordered my contacts online from various distributors and this is the first time I've received the wrong order, but I suppose this situation shows the risk associated with ordering from a random online distributor.
They LIE so much...
If I could give minus 5 stars I would. The worst thing about them is that they LIE LIE LIE.
Ordered contacts on 11/29. Didn't ship. Called on 12/5 when shipping was going to happen. Was told "oh for sure no later than Monday 9th"... didn't ship.
Called on 12/11... they promised a "drop ship" same day, I would have them next day... didn't ship.
Called them again yesterday morning 12/11 to ask again.
Was promised AGAIN a drop ship yesterday and I would get tracking email shortly... didn't happen.
This is the 2nd time. I thought I'd give them another chance about a year later, thinking they fixed their shipping stuff.
In the mean time, I am running out of contacts.
Remember, they LIE LIE LIE to you every time you call.
So, EZContacts, now that you did it to me for the 2nd time, I will NOT ever order from you again!

I've been told over and over the glasses were shipping today. Glasses were never shipped and no one is responding. This company has a long history taking people's money and never delivering anything. I filed a police report

There was a bit delay in receiving them&every time I called it seemed like they were off or closed early.
Once received it was all in its original packaging and the beauty of these glasses made up for the delay.
I would def order from EzContacts in the future.
I waited 6 weeks for the first pair and they arrived scratched. They ordered a new pair but not sure how long it will be. I started this whole process 2 months ago.
Took over a month for my glasses to arrive and only then because I chased up.
I was able to purchase a pair of prescription Armani sunglasses. Not only was I able to customize almost all aspects of the frames/lenses, the price was impossible to pass up. Many distributors were out of stock on this pair and I was pleased with my entire experience on EZ. The sunglasses did take about 2-3 weeks to arrive which is average for custom, prescription lenses.
Name brand frames at the best price I have found. I can see as good or better than the over priced glasses from my optometrist.

From day one that I received my Versace glasses I emailed you guys stating that I needed to make a return. Reason being that I was not satisfied. I've sent about four emails and not one has been sent.
Ordered my exact prescription that I paid extra for and received bifocals. I paid extra for the type of lens and all the add ons to the lens.
My eyeglasses are great, very reasonable for over 50% discount, great lenses and delivery time is more than expected. No wonder ezcontacts is very famous and have excellent reviews. My spouse will have his prescription soon too and I will surely buy from here again. No more trips to optical stores coz they charge you 2 to 3x the price than here. I'm so glad I checked the price online first before I purchased from the store, otherwise I would have been ripped. I ended up buying a Versace sunglasses there though as I felt bad for the saleslady. My eyeglass is Gucci and it looks so awesome.

I think I said it all in my title review. Your CEO should anonymously call in with a problem and see just how shameful they are. They didn't follow the prescription they asked me to email to them and shipped the glasses with a lens out of the frame. Then they asked for additional costs to correct the problems
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
