My glasses already had scratches on the lens when I obtained them. I called and kept getting transferred to "Customer Service"

Bad experience, ordered prescribed eyeglasses which was filled wrongly by ezcontact. Discovered the problem and ez contact wants me to pay $150.00 to correct the problem that l did not create in the first case
I put in my order for custom frames for my daughter on November 12 2019. After not hearing anything about my order I followed up on December 19th asking where the glasses were, to which I received a response that they were backordered and would be received by December 25th. After not receiving anything or any email follow ups, I emailed customer service AGAIN on January 30th, to which I received a response that they were finally being filled and would be shipped out. I finally received the glasses last week (February 7th). This level of non-communication and poor follow-up is unacceptable
There was a bit of a wait for the availability of the frame I chose. That was communicated immediately which I appreciated. Customer support was stellar! Once they began filling the prescription, the process moved quickly. Delivery was right on time as promised and they did a flawless job! I will be ordering sunglasses next. It's a great place to go for authentic designer frames without spending a mint. Love them!

The left lens fits poorly into the frames. The lens is loose because it is too small for the frame.
I ordered prescription glasses from EZ contacts and I love them! They came within a timely fashion and they are in perfect condition. The prescription is exactly what I ordered.
The company should state if the frames are out stock. I had to wait well past their supposed turn-around time to get my glasses and only found out about the situation after I called to check on the past due order. I expect at least an email to let me know what's going on with the order instead of being told nothing about the situation until I call customer service.
Ordered sunglasses (listed as in-stock on website) for a Christmas gift, and paid for overnight shipping. Nothing arrives. Called the next week and was told "they will be shipped in time for Christmas" refunded part of shipping fees. Nothing arrives. Called after Christmas and was told "they are lost in the warehouse, will be re-ordered and shipped next week." Nothing arrives. Called after the new year and was told "they are out of stock, need to re-order from manufacture, will ship next week" and refunded shipping costs entirely. Mind you the website still says they are in-stock. Nothing arrives. Called at the end of January and was told that they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Fortunately the first helpful person is on the phone this time, and she switches the order to an eyeglass frame and doesn't charge extra to have tinted lenses put in. So basically I was lied to over and over and over again, and if I hadn't called so often, they probably would have stolen my money. The only reason to give any stars is because the last person at least made it right, and my husband got his Christmas gift for Valentines day.
I placed my order was very easy and efficient and received it in 2 weeks my daughter loves her prescription glasses

Waited over a month for my order. Called/ emailed a few times. Told item was just received and my lenses just had to be placed. Another week goes by called in and told my item was never received. A little customer service would have gone a long way. At the very least... Call your customers and keep them updated on the status of their LATE orders and way.
Easy to order, got my glasses in about 10 days, and it was a great deal compared to what i would have paid at the eye doctor! Def would order again!
At the beginning of January I bought eyeglasses with expensive photochromic lenses (transitions). I received lenses with an uneven photochromic coating that does not voce the entire surface of the lenses, leaving a white section that does not color. Horrible and I'm still trying to figure out how to get them fixed or replaced without remaining without eyeglasses for another month

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
