My sunglasses were sent with the wrong Rx. Once they were sent back thru their shipping choice (USPS) taking longer than the privately owned services, I have to wait 7-10 days before they will talk to me about the status and what to expect for the return. You would think they would expedite a messed up order since I have already waited so long for initial arrival, return shipping and waiting the required time to review the return. Great prices but BAD customer service!
I've had my glasses now for a week and half. At first I loved the frames. Lenses seem cheep. But since wearing them, the frames have now stretched out. Mind you, I have the same exact style and size but in the tortoise color that I purchased from my optometrist office. These are not the same quality. I would not recommend purchasing these.
Glasses were great and fit perfect. I would definitely buy them again
The company has had the glasses I returned back in their warehouse for almost 3 weeks now and still has not refunded my money. I have called 3 times. I would not order from them unless you are 100% you will keep the glasses
It took a month and a week to get my glasses and I paid for expedited shipping. Now to EZ Contacts credit Covid 19 shut everything down but I hadn't received any updates or anything on my purchase that I had already been charged for until almost a month after ordering and I had to call to get the update. That really upsets me because I didn't have to call in to be charged so the same efforts made to get the 350 or so bucks I spent should have been used to communicate with me. After I called the SECOND time I was told the glasses were on back order and it could take another week to receive and then a week to cut the lenses. Well after those two weeks I had to call again Because well NO GLASSES at that time I was informed that the glasses were jus arriving to the lab. That really puts a bad taste in my mouth and it's sad because when I finally got them I loved them but the service was horrible
My order was never received, however the order tracking states that it was. In the process of filing a claim. It's now a month since my order. Very dissatisfied.
A day after I ordered I learned they would be closed for a week for Passover (would have been good to know before ordering). The website also gave no indication that COVID was slowing things down. No one reached out to me about delays at any point. When I contact them (multiple times) I was given no information or inaccurate info (will be sent to you in a few days, will be sent to you overnight--none of that true). I ended up having to order glasses from somewhere else in the meantime. Those arrived in a week. I also don't think the glare treatment was right. I ordered the best one but they will look super shiny. (My other pair of glasses from another site came out much better.) No one could have anticipated COVID's impact, but that doesn't mean you can't communicate with customers to let them know you're being impacted.The worst thing is that I noticed after only a day or so that the frame has a big vertical scrartch on the nose bridge. I don't know if I did that or they arrived that way. But certainly won't be ordering a replacement frame from this place, that's for sure.
I absolutely love my glasses and the prescription was accurate. I get lots of compliments. The delivery was accurate and the order process was easy. I recieved updates on each location my glasses were until I recieved them. Thank you. EZcontacts on you wonderful customer service.
It took 25 days for my order to arrive. There are comparably priced contact lens sites that has 1-2 weeks turnaround time. I highly do not recommend this site.
The prices are decent, that's the only reason I would come back. If you use out of network benefits, just file your own claim. They totally screwed mine up and used my benefits for my daughters items and now I can't use my own benefits and have to send the reimbursement check back and refile the claims to be able to get my contacts.
I love it my prescribe MK sunglasses are great. Due to Coronavirus situation it deleted the shipping but normally you guys are on time with delivery time but my product is great no complaints very happy with my purchase.

I chose a special pair of glasses and placed an order. Within a week I was emailed to let me know that pair was out of stock. Once I made another selection everything went as smooth as it could of. I will definitely order again from EZContacts.
The Versace frames I ordered were just like the picture. Great quality. I freaking love them. I wear them every day. I would highly recommend ezcontacts. My order shipped earlier then excepted. Thanks again I love them

They still can't seem to find time to respond to me regarding my emails I sent or the review I posted. They said on May 14th that considering my bad experience, they would send one pair of complimentary contacts to arrive on Monday May 18th in time for my son's wedding. I had to pay shipping of course. It's now Wednesday and NOTHING.
I love the selection of frames on EZ Contacts. The prices are very competitive and in a lot of their designs they are much less expensive than any other site. I ordered 2 frames with progressive lenses and all measurements are perfect. Totally satisfied.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
