I still haven't received my second purchase I was not even told that the frames were put on back order I was credited $18 and I still have not to this day receive my glasses that I need very much

Glasses fell apart

Ordered frames and prescription lenses. Worn them a total of 3 times before the frame popped open and the lens on one side fell out and I can't repair.

THE WORST Customer Service EVER
August 20, 2020

Took nearly 3 months to receive my glasses. I NEVER heard from the company unless I initiated contact. No notice that the back order had been extended. For over 2 weeks, I was promised that my order would ship "soon" or "within 24 hours". Never any follow up to let me know that would not be the case. No offer to try & do anything to make things right. THEN, when my glasses finally did arrive, the stems are bent out so far that the frames FALL OFF MY FACE. When I reached out regarding that issue, I was told to take them to a local eye doctor for fitting. I am beyond disgusted with this horrendous service & will never be ordering from this company again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Slow to respond by Email

I had a very pleasant conversation with a lady about returning my order. She assured me that I would be email the return shipping label would be sent out. I have not received that email yet and is't been 24 hours. They are very nice on the phone but why should I have to wait so long to receive an email. That email should have gone out before we got off the phone.

I ordered my Costa Del Mar Rincon sunglasses on the 4th of July and it's now the 20th. I have attempted to reach customer service repeatedly to understand why my order is being delayed as I understood that it would take 3 days to ship from their warehouse. All I need is some verification that they have even received my messages - which they claim will be responded to in 2-3 hours... If Covid has affected their ability to operate as their site claims they do, then TELL your customers something. I told them to cancel my order, but who knows if they ever read my message or not!?

Excellent Product and Service!

This was my first time purchasing from EzContacts and the experience was exactly what the company called for - EASY! They have a wide array of products and the designer frames I wanted. Their service was also top notch. When I needed to do a quick change of address, their Customer Support Team was helpful and ensured I received the help I needed. I would highly recommend them and use EzContacts again.

Poor customer service

The prices are great, but my order was not fulfilled properly. I was sent a different color frame. When I called, I was on hold for 23 minutes, and hung up on in mid sentence. I sent the glasses back, and am still waiting for an update on my order. I'm not sure if I will get my glasses, a refund, or be left in the dark. Nobody will get back to me.

A solid four and a half

Was able to find the frame I wanted at a better price. My only issue is that whatever way the left lens was glued caught some type of debris and there is a bit of a thing caught in the edge of the frame. Nobody can really see it but it bummed me out a bit cuz I love the glasses a lot. The service was decent. Took a little longer than I would like but all in all pretty good and good quality product.
