DOnt buy from this site. They said product available within 5-7 days but doesnt ship for more than a month.
Customer service was responsive. They gave me a time table for when my order will be shipped and it was on time.
Given the Covid-19 situation, they were still able to ship as promised compared to other vendors that took over a month and without any updates.
The sunglasses I ordered came with my prescription for a no line progressive. So far the quality is spot on. The lens is pretty close to original. Pricing may be a bit on the high side but they do offer some discounts and you should take advantage of it. Overall, I am very happy with my EZContacts buying experience. I will order again and hope the processing time will be shorter once Covid-19 passes.
I was a little uneasy buying eyeglasses online, especially expensive glasses. Although difficult to reach sometimes, EZ made the experience easy. The staff members I spoke to were all courteous, helpful and product knowledgeable, Raizy was my primary contact. She always gave me straightforward answers to my questions. She never rushed me on the phone. She made me feel comfortable buying eyeglasses online. She is an excellent representative for the company. I have no problem recommending EZ Contacts to anybody interested in buying eyeglasses online. I'm very happy with new glasses. Five stars for EZ.

Stay away unless you are willing to wait 3-4 weeks MINIMUM for your order to be processed despite their FALSE ADVERTISING claiming that they ship within 3-4 days.
I received sunglasses with prescription lenses. The right lens have a stain on it, I already sent three emails: the first asked me to clean the lenses with the spray provided with the glasses, and I didn't receive any spray! The second and third email, both with pictures, I never receive an answer. I could not be more disappointed with ezcontacts.
My glasses arrived at local PO on Thur, sent S 125 miles then returned then sent N 275 miles. Took a few extra days but finally came after 750 miles extra. Skeptics might assume they drove them around to make sure I had to wait 5-7 days, free shipping y'all!
Terrible experience and customer service is hard to get a hold of. I placed an order for glasses on 6/29 and still haven't received them a month later. I filled out a "contact us" form on their website asking for an update and never received a response. I called their 800 number on 7/14 (two weeks after ordering) and waited on the phone for an hour just to be told that they were "in the lab" and would ship out in 2-3 days. Another week goes by with no shipment info, so I call again on 7/20. I'm told again that they will ship out in 2-3 days, but they will upgrade the shipping method to Priority mail. They finally ship out on the 22th and I still haven't received them. So much for "Priority mail". At this point I just hope they show up in some day in good condition. I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I hope others can learn from my experience.
Bought glasses, tried them on once, didn't work, returned. Their own systems openly show the return has been received back within days of purchase. It's been over a month. No refunds of any amount and judging by absence of customer service responses, none are coming. Small claims court anyone?
I placed an order with this company for a pair of non prescription sunglasses and never recieved them. They charged my credit card and upon contacting their customer service weekly, they just kept saying they are waiting to receive the sunglasses from the manufacturer... It's been over 4 weeks since I placed my order. Do not order, worst experience.
It took two weeks to receive my order even after I paid for 2 day shipping. Frames were ehhhh, your better of buying from your nearest optical store as they run about the same.
My glasses were made with my prescription and shipped out within a reasonable time frame. My issue comes with the fact I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get them after they originally shipped. I reached out voicing my concern that I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive them in that time frame, that I received them in a normal shipping time frame which would have been free if I selected that option at checkout. Never got a response when I asked for a refund for the 2 day shipping that I paid for since they couldn't deliver in that timeframe.
I liked the frame but when i had it, it wasn't leveled properly and it was looking slanted, went to local store and got it fixed.
Prescription lens are good and crystal clear but little curved. Looks like I have high prescription. Should be thin and mostly flat.
I loved the price and the way the fit except ot took a while to arrive i had to call twice to customer service until i finally resolved the shipping they had told me they were under staff thats why it was taking so long.
I ordered prescription frames for the first time from EZContacts after years of getting contacts from them. The frames arrived with both lens frames cracked and the eye pieces free. In order to get a refund, I had to pay my own shipping costs to ship back my defective lenses. I did not want to do that so I called the service center, spent over an hour waiting on hold, and to get a prepaid shipping label. EZContacts defective merchandise protocol is ridiculous. All this to gain nothing but headache from EZContacts. I'm still without glasses and time lost I won't get back.

I paid for a pair of sunglasses and paid at the time of ordering. The company sent the glass 3 weeks later and charged me again. When I asked for a refund they said they had no record of the payment being paid twice. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account showing both transactions and they they - without apology - said they'd send a refund within two days. That was a week ago. No refund. On a side note the glassEd arrived and are really beautiful, so I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
I was very happy that I could find my favorite frames and order them with my new prescription. The price is much better than my my current specialist. I did have to self-adjust the sides a bit but can't say it was an issue. Quite happy with the service. I will be ordering again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
