I got the designer frames I wanted for less than 1/2 the price of Lens Crafters and the prescription reading lenses were free! Sweet!
The glasses are exactly what I ordered and they were a great price! But they took a little longer than expected. I wish there was a way to track the order better. My order was 'Processing' for a little over 3 weeks without any updates. Other than that I will definitely order from you again!
It took a month to deliver the glasses - when I asked for a tracking number - they told me the USPS was wrong not them - if you are in a hurry to get glasses - don't order from them.
Took a while but very satisfied. Overall I was pleased with my first purchase and customer service. Please don't force 100 characters it doesn't add to wanting to review a product or service.
I ordered the eyeglasses on February 17,2017. Initially I waited over 4 weeks for my eyeglasses. I called customer service (which was about a 45 minute wait to speak to someone I might add) to let them know that I haven't received my eyeglasses yet and I was told that I was suppose to have received an email stating that the eyeglasses were on back order for another two weeks. Upon receiving the eyeglasses (just my luck) I realized that they were too small. Again I called customer service and again it was a 40 minute wait time to speak to someone. Once I did speak to someone the representative was very disinterested with my questions and was very short with me. To add further frustration I didn't realize that I also had to pay for having the new eyeglasses shipped back to me as well as to change out the lens. Overall I had a not so pleasant experience.
Price was the best I could find anywhere, easy to input prescription and was done correctly and the item was just as pictured. The only thing that bothered me was their turnaround time was nowhere near what I was told when ordering and after some research, I see many people have had this issue. I didn't know when or if my glasses were ever coming to me. Nobody contacted me to inform me of any delays as their website states is protocol. So, that was frustrating and I feel like this should be a priority of things to improve upon.
That being said, I'd give them another try considering the value.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my daughter 3 weeks later still not in. They first told me that the glasses I ordered wouldn't work with the lenses (prescription), they then said I had to ordered a new pair with no extra charge. They then proceeded to try to charge me extra $10 dollars. After waving the extra fee of them (how nice), they told me it would take another week. I then asked for a refund since it has now been 2 weeks since I Ordered my daughter's glasses, she offered me free rush and assured me they would be in before my daughter had to leave. So I had them shipped to her grandparent's house. GUESS WHAT STILL NOT THERE. When I called customer service I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to hung up on. ANd then I call back same thing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY
Ordered a pair of frames without lenses (my local optometrist was going to put lenses in them because I use a high-index specialty progressive lens). Got an e-mail a week later saying it would be another six weeks before they'd ship. What? Six weeks? On top of that, EZContacts charged my credit card immediately, which is against card-issuer rules. You can't charge the credit card until the item ships.
I sent an e-mail to cancel the order and refund my money, which they seem to have "misplaced." Called their 800 number and was put on hold immediately; an automated voice told me that I was "caller number 35." Sure! I have time to wait on the effing phone for two hours! I'm going through hell trying to get my money back and will most likely have to do a chargeback through my bank. HORRIBLE service. I strongly advise staying away from EZContacts.
First time ordering eye glasses online. Was nervous about selecting frames that I hadn't tried on but since I've worn glasses since the age of 12 I know what shapes and colors look good on me. I'm happy with the style I selected, nice Tory Burch frame. My other concern was over getting my PD correct. Both mused and husband measured. The lenses seem perfect! The overall process from order to receipt took about 2 1/2 weeks or so. For the incredible price I paid, happy with turnaround time. This frame and my high index prescription would probably cost me 500-600 retail.
I love my new glasses, but it took over a month for me to get them in the mail, when I called customer service was mostly unhelpful and informed me every time I called that they were "still processing" whatever that means.
Over a month to get the glasses. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times. Sometimes they ignored me and other times they took days to respond. At one point customer service told me the glasses took so long because they were made in Italy. When I got them lo and behold it said made in China right on the frame. They also gave me multiple tracking numbers. It was so bad I was worried it was a scam site. There are so many better sites out there. Do not use this one under any circumstances.
Put an order in almost 4 weeks ago. 1st they say the frame is not available but still charged me, then they say it is available and will process the order. Check a couple of days ago and the order status is still pending. After several emails finally got a response that the frame is not available... well when the hell were they going to let me know? They recommended i consider another frame. I recommend not using this worthless online store.
Loved the glasses that I received, the quality seemed very good, would give a 5 star, but took a very long time to receive.
I have only recieved one pair of glasses from my order. I tried to check the status of my other glasses and have not heard back.
Took a couple of weeks to arrive but arrive they did and they are great. Defiantly use them in the future.

I do love the frames. Needs to more communication with the company concerning delays in shipment and recieving your glasses during the 3-5 days as the website states.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
