I Love glasses, look really good. Prescription not really right, the transitions seem to high and the lens does not transition to sunglasses like they are suppose to.

My presription glasses came with the len loose. (Not in the frame). I took it to get fix. However, I like the mail convenience and affordable prices.
My Tory Burch frames and lenses are perfect. A bit longer of a delay in receiving finished product than originally anticipated but overall, I am very happy with my glasses. Huge savings, almost 1/2 the price compared to $300 LensCrafters vs. $179 EZcontacts.com! Yay!
Ordered contacts, which I needed within 2 weeks. Their site never claimed any were backordered. Only after I ordered and one set (one eye) shipped did they say the other was not available. Oddly, they shipped the first one priority mail so it got to me fast. 2 days later, I e-mailed them saying that if my other set couldn't ship within 2 days, I would have to cancel the order and go somewhere else because I needed them. Very conveniently, I got an e-mail 4 hours later saying that they had shipped... with 5-7 day mail. NINE business days later, I called them and after being put on hold for 10 minutes while they checked the tracking (right) they said "Good news. It shipped out on the 11th." Mind you, this was a FULL WEEK after that e-mail claimed they had shipped. Had I know that, I would have canceled. I had to go to my optometrist to buy a box at their ridiculous prices because I needed them.
Also. They ILLEGALLY charged my credit card for the full amount 11 days before the second order shipped.
I guess I expected more. Tint is too dark. It's damn near impossible to speak with a live body. After I sent them an email they responded after glasses was shipped.
It was so easy. All I had to do was call a toll free number, give my prescription number, pick out my frames, pay and within 10 days I had my glasses which fit perfectly.

I found this to be a great website; my beautiful sunglasses got to me in less than 2 weeks. They were exactly what I expected and the price was amazing. I will definitely use EZContacts from now on.
My son picked out glasses from a retail store and they were considerably higher in price than our insurance would cover. He found the same frames on EZContacts with better lenses and antireflection for 1/2 the price. The ordering and communication was great, but it did take a little longer than I thought it would take to ultimately receive the glasses. Overall we were very happy and I will be ordering my own glasses from here when I get my next pair.

Great experience and price. The sunglasses came in a timely manner. I ordered polarized lenses and they look great.
Through a fault of lenscrafters I had sent a prescription which was too old, and so sent credit card info. For 50.00 plus shipping back to ez contacts at least ten days ago. I have heard nothing, that they have been received and the new pay is arriving, or anything. Hard to know what to say, I am patient but very perplexed.

The process to receive my new glasses was somewhat slow. The glasses were were not tight fitting. I had to take them to be fitted.
I have been ordering Rx glasses from Ez Contacts for the past 4 years and have never had any problems until now. I ordered my glasses on 04/24 and received them a week later which was very fast. But the RX was incorrect. I requested an exchange with the correct RX enclosed so that it can get fixed. That was sent out 05/05/17 I also requested next day delivery to have them sooner. But I have not heard anything. I have called 3 times already and they keep saying they will contact the returns warehouse and get back to me but nothing yet. So I'm very dissapointed I still don't have my glasses. :(

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
