Took a month for glasses to arrive after a 5-7 day time frame was given. Each time I attempted to call customer service, either received an automated message that they were unavailable and to call back or sat on hold for over 30 minutes before reaching someone who could only tell me my glasses would be shipped within two days and never were. When contacting through email, the representatives didn't respond for 3 business days. Was promised overnight shipping, which also was untrue, was shipped regular UPS ground. No attempt at a good resolution was ever offered. Would NEVER order from again!
I ordered contacts on May 5,2017 and still have not received them. All written communications have gone unanswered. Phone calls have resulted in being disconnected. I month and still no contacts. Today and yesterday May 31 and June 1 closed for holiday... what holiday? Everything about this company is inconvenient... everything
I am very happy with my purchase but dissatisfied with customer service. My purchase was delayed twice and the second time around no updates were given proactively. Neither was any inconvenience compensation or discounts. So it left me a little irritated. Overall I would still purchase from you guys again but I would be a bit more hesitant.

They took almost 2 months to deliver when it said it would be 2 weeks. I called and they said that it would take longer than expected but never realized would be this long. Not sure if I would get glasses from this place again.
Once I received my prescription glasses I was shocked at all the items that came with them! Not only were there glasses cloths (2) provided but so was a convenient size glass cleaner spray as well as a repair tool and the thread for under the lens.
As for the glasses I love them they are perfect. I hadn't even mentioned that I purchased new glasses and everyone seemed to notice and compliment me on them. They are perfectly shaped for big eyes yet the frame does not cover my eyebrows. They are just so chic! I couldn't have found a better wear to purchase!
I have used your site before and once again, I received excellent service and product. Why do you need me to enter 100 characters when I have said all that I need to say with the first sentence, which should be sufficient.
This is a great company. I typed in my doctors prescription but I typed it in incorrectly, the company called me and I spoke with a real doctor, who correctly interpreted the prescription. Glasses are great; my son loves them.
I made my purchase March 1,2017 and there was no indication on the website that the glasses I chose were on backorder. At all. I received an email that there would be a delay on shipping, then after that given date had passed, I received another email stating another date shipping would be pushed back. I tried to reach customer service many times and did not hear back. The ONE successful time I was able to get through to a live chat representitive, they were able to set the order straight and get shipped. AFTER TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. No explanations, no apologies, nothing. The worst part is that I really needed these glasses as my other ones broke, and I would have never chose this pair of i had any idea it would take that long to get and dealing with the horrible customer service was a whole other issue. I have never come across a company like this and still cannot fathom the service I received.

Your website allowed me to filter for mens sunglasses, and by width of the frames like I needed to, but the results it gave me included youth frames, which I unknowingly ordered and have no use for. When I sought help, I received email responses that did not actually address my concern, but merely told me to return the glasses and pay a restocking fee.

I got a pair of designer prescription glasses for a fraction of the price as I saw in the store. The shipping was quick and the prescription was done correctly.
I ordered Rx glasses, when they arrived I couldn't see out of either lens. Returning for partial refund.

I love my new Ray Bans. This is my second pair of glasses from EZ and I'm very happy to use their service. My glasses are perfect and were delivered to me within a week.
Ordering my glasses was easy. However, USPS lost my glasses for awhile, I ended up getting them 2 weeks after ordering. When I called customer service they told me there was nothing they could do until USPS returns to ezcontacts. And told me I had to contact USPS, which of course took the better part of a day to be told by them, "Sorry we don't know". Was very annoying and long process to get them. But I am happy with my glasses.
1)Price match has too many requirements to fullfill. They have alot of excuses to not to provide the price match. They don't even accept sears and wallmart.
2) Items came 25 days late. As a excuse
3) I bought prescription grade sun glasses. Tinting has a horrible quality. They could not even cover the all glasses. Some surfaces are without the cover.
4) I have some doubts about the originality of the sun glasses RayBan frame but i can not say anything without proof.
Other than these, i can not say i am totally dissatisfied. It is cheaper than store and some problems are normal.

Ordered my glasses... Waited 2 weeks... emailed customer support to find out the status of my order... Received cryptic response... Waited another 2 weeks... emailed customer support again... they responded saying my glasses had shipped... waited another week to receive glasses. Glasses showed up with one lens popped out. No matter how many times I put the lens back in it kept popping out. Returned glasses.

I paid for frames online on May 7, and at the time of purchase was promised delivery in 5 business days. AFTER I paid, then EZ Contacts let me know that my item was backordered for an unknown amount of time ("estimate product will be available May 29 to June 19"). No offer to refund. Still no glasses. I would avoid ordering from here.

Prices are attractive, but service and fulfillment is incompetent. Two weeks after I placed my order, tracking still showed as in process. I hit up the service center who said order was placed with their supplier. Really? An hour later my order shows as completed. Click the shipper link, shows that a shipping label had been requested. THAT'S IT. Several days later still nothing. I asked them to go ahead and cancel the order, but too late, it finally shipped. Probably can return, but after three weeks, not sure it's worth it.
Clueless organization. Avoid.

I still didn't receive my eyeglasses. I resented it because bifocals or progressive was missed. I sent my prescription and I received mails of your employee can not read it and asking me about my prescription. I thought you have professional personal for this.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
